I just wanted to give a huge thank you to Joe, Michael, and Rolando at the dealership. They made the whole car buying process super easy and made me feel so comfortable throughout. These guys are the best salespeople out there. The customer service was top notch, and they really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I can't thank them enough for making my first car buying experience great.Thanks again to all of them!

Huge thanks to Michael at Perris Valley Kia! I reached out yesterday for info on a Forte GT. It's a 90 minute drive, so we handled 90% of the process over text. Less than 24hrs later I was able to walk in and just sign the contract once Finance had everything ready for me. Most painless car buying experience I've ever had!

I wouldn t think Adam and Michael for my recent experience at Perris Valley Kia. I never had a brand new car. I had a Kia Sorrento that was used. I always took my car to The center for maintenance this is crazy but I decide to sell my car and get a BMW. The BMW wasn t what I expected so I recently went back to Kia because of the experience that I had low maintenance a reliable car and this car has everything I wanted glad to be back with Kia.

I never thought I would say that buying a car was easy! Thanks to Michael C at Kia of Perris, this whole process was seamless. We spoke about the car I was looking for, he was able to locate it. Then we had to discuss price, and WOW, Michael was able to get me the price that worked in my budget. When I arrived at the dealership he greeted me with a smile, had the car washed and ready to go. I highly recommend this dealership, and if you can get Michael as your salesperson you will be extremely happy!Thank you Michael!!

I cannot begin to express how much I appreciate everyone I worked with at this location. I am someone who likes to take my time with any purchase over $5. Everyone I worked with respected this. I have been a faithful customer to Perris Kia s service department for over 8 years. I have never received less than amazing service at that location. Eddie and his team always are professional, helpful and never pressure you to have service done to your vehicle. They have the most honest team and provide top notch service. I recently took my vehicle there and left their confident that my vehicle was fixed and I paid a fair price.

This was by far, the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Michael Campoverde, our sales person, was terrific. Not for one minute, did he act like the stereotype of a car salesman.Michael was super helpful, professional, courteous and down right pleasant to work with. We talked to him over the phone and via text, and by the time we arrived at the dealership, the entire agreement was in place. The car was great, all expectations and more were fulfilled. The K5 GT is amazing! I would definitely refer anyone to this dealership, and especially to Micael Campoverde. Thank you Michael! Give this man a raise!

Olivia (CSR) and Anthony O. (Tech) were AMAZING. From start to finish they were professional, made time for me & my questions, and were SUPER courteous. They went above and beyond and changed my outlook on dealerships- I won t be going anywhere else. I needed warranty work and figured it would be put on their back burner but I still felt prioritized, as my car was ready almost immediately. Great service feels like a winning lotto ticket these days and this place felt like a jackpot!

Adam our salesperson was courteous and charismatic and made looking for a vehicle fun and not stressful. I didn't feel pressured at anytime to make a purchase. Freddy the finance person was also flexible and worked with me to get me the best deal. I would absolutely recommend Perris Valley KIA.

Called and spoke to Carlos about recall repair on 2020 Nito hybrid. Appointment made and handed over my keys. After completing inspection performed where additional work needed Belt, spark plugs and 2 tires were red flagged. With 87000 miles on it I agreed to plugs and belt replacement, tires I was already shopping prior and knew I could get a better deal. Carlos called and informed me my car was ready. I paid and went to my washed and vacuumed Niro. Prices comparable with other shops but at least you know your getting Kia parts.

Got my Sorento! Rosalino was a great help, he was patient, helpful, and polite. Made the process super easy and comfy. The guy that greeted me when I got there at 9am (Micheal, I think), Joe, and the financing guy (who s name I forgot) were awesome as well. Overall very satisfied with my purchase and the service provided.

Perris Valley Kia has performed annual oil changes on my 2021 Stinger GT2 for the past 3 years. I always make my appt for mid-day during the week and I always wait at the dealership while they do it. My usual wait time is about 90 minutes. Not bad at all. Olivia was my service rep this year. She was professional and friendly and I look forward to seeing her next year.

I had a great experience with this dealership. Axel was wonderful at showing me all my options and giving me the best deal he could offer. The financer was also hilarious and did a great job getting me a better monthly payment. 10/10 would recommend.

Perris Kia has been one of the best dealerships I have experienced with the service department. With my busy work schedule and long wait times to get my car serviced across other Kia dealerships, Perris Kia has always been #1. I had some complications with my vehicle and Kia Perris had great communication with explaining diagnostics and the undergoing process every step of the way. The team was very accommodating during my car situation and returned my vehicle in mint condition (stress-free). I drive almost an hour out, but it is worth the drive. Shout out to Olivia in the service department for 5 star service

Carlos & the Service Dept. were able to schedule me for an early service appt. on my day off & provided a complimentary ride from the dealership to home while car was getting serviced. They were able to remove stain on passenger seat & the car wash/cleaning was also complimentary.
