They have there shortcomings but all and all it's a solid parts store. And if they don't have it in stock. A 5 min drive to there warehouse and they have part pulled usually when you get there.

I request help at the counter, one gentleman help me with my Part s. Toyota Parking Brakes. I hireMovil mechanic to install for $150 pay him cashBrakes Didn t Work I they give me the wrong partTaken back to the O Reilly . I let the guy know that they give me the wrong part, he s Replied to me No Big deal I give you you money Back.So No Big Deal? Cost me $150 dllrs and wasted my time. No Big Deal . No Big DealNever Buy Crap Again From. O REILLY AUTO PART. Two many others Choices.

Although they got always have your part, That is awesome, that calling them is a nightmare ALWAYS busy, and pick-up gets worst SO take your patience and time. My negative review is because they give me my price twice by phone $138.99 AS SOON I get to pick it up sell it to me for $189.99. I called w/2 different sellers (called twice) they told me the same price and resale as soon the part arrives I think is not fair.

I've been to over 100 O'Reilly auto parts across the USA. So far, this one is the absolute SLOWEST. Put emphasis on the SLOW. At any given time, you can run in, find your item, and jump in line in just 30 seconds, but then you'll wait 15 minutes because of how slow and dull these employees are. Few of em always have bad attitudes as well. My biggest problem is just how slow this place is. Granted, most auto parts stores are slow, this one is special.

I love O'Reilly. They are always.very nice,professional and willing to help any way possible which I truly appreciate cuz I'm handicapped,can not walk, and it makes things you need difficult. So when you can drive up and call the business and tell them what you need and they have no problem coming out to help you. Thank you!!

I m very disappointed with this store, I was recently Falsely accused of shoplifting, by the store manager himself TED. He claimed he saw me stealing several months ago, but never confronted me for a Receipt nor questioned me, but waits half a year to tell me, when I asked to speak to him about my business account being disabled, he didn t recognize me, I had to tell him who I was. He then unexpectedly raised his voice and disrespectfully kicked me out of his store, he claimed I was a thief, didn t let me say a word, told me he didn t want my business, and that I wasn t allowed in that store no longer, this was very unprofessional of Ted, if he would of asked for proof of purchase on the items he claims I stole, he would of been apologetic, this is unacceptable, I don t know who trained this individual to be okay with accusing customers of theft, that should be in the handbook of oreillys policy s not sure if he doesn t know that, or he simply doesn t care about his work ethics or this company. I tried to contact higher management, but I have yet to receive any calls or information regarding this misunderstanding. I send all my clients to Oreilly auto parts, I ve been a loyal customer, I love this company, I was even a part of it, I left in great terms to start my own business. It s a shame things have changed, when I was employed, we learned the importance of great customer service, seems like nobody there enjoys their jobs. I don t think an apology at this point is rational, I ll be taking my business needs elsewhere, directing current clients and future clients down the street to the zone

They seem to close early on the weekend. Showed up 7 minutes before close. they had the door locked already this was 2 minutes after I had left AutoZone for the same reason seems like nobody wants to work a full day anymore just sad

DO NOT let Lily help you in any way! She is rude and disrespectful. She did not want to let me speak and was interrupting me as i was trying to explain my problem. I have a lifetime warranty for my breaks and I went in to get them exchanged. She said that it was all my fault and I have no care for my vehicle for my breaks. She was rude and kept telling me that I can not get them exchanged because it was my fault the breaks were used up. I just recently bought my breaks not even 5 months ago with the lifetime warranty. A young male worker however got in and was helpful and greeted me with respect and kindness.

O'Reilly is a pretty good store, at times it doesn't have what you need, and is out of stock on merchandise at times forcing me to have to drive elsewhere for what I need. They don't have hardly anything at all for people that has quads and need parts for them. They should try to specialize in carrying merchandise for quads! So if i was you I would definitely call ahead to see if they have what you need, it will definitely save you some time and effort!

Knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous staff. O'Reillys has always been my default auto parts store and the main reason is consistency. The tool rental programs are great and the Fluid recycling is another convenience I appreciate. I will gladly continue being a recurring customer.

They had what I was looking for...say all you want about online shopping ... but if I have to order it, wait a week, plan ahead to install it. just to get my car back and running.... I'll take the in store experience every time..!

I appreciate the people that works there for helping me out changing the battery. I had gone to auto zone and was told by one employee they would help, when I got to the cashier register the other employee said they wouldn't. So thank you again.

Ive had mixed feeling about this place in the past. Today there was a long line and only 1 guy at the register. Joe was holding it down pretty good. The others in the store were busy but if the customers paid attention Joe was doing what he could and staying patient with customers theothers had things to get done and were moving quickly to get to customers asap. Lilya helped me and was friendly, helpful and quick. Thank u guys

The staff here is friendly and helpful. The part listed as in stock online wasn't in the store, but I ended up finding a compatible part in a different section in the store. Surprising the online portion didn't show that option. Went there to get a 36mm socket to remove the oil filter housing on a BMW Mini.

Walked in O'Reilly's auto parts store and got greeted and assisted by Guillermo! Let me say this he helped me with everything i thought i was asking to many questions but he gladly showed his number 1 customers service . you can totally tell he's a peoples person .. Will definitely be returning..
