This place ain t no good .. I bought a thermostat for my truck here and it was a defect , I went into the store to replace it but was told that there isn t anything they can do without a receipt wow .. what king of rip off is this ??? I paid to order the part because they didn t have it in stock so I paid and gave my phone number thinking nothing of it , I thought I would be put in the computer for future reference . But no .. Napa said sorry Buddy but we can t help you with out your receipt.. I will never go here again to buy parts.. stay away from Napa poor customer service.. no good

I was always going to other auto parts stores for my automotive needs until I stepped into this store and was impressed by the knowledgeable and helpful staff. NAPA is my new go to auto parts store.

Store hung up on me when I requested to cancel an order. Had no idea who I was just hung up before I could give him any information. I called corporate two days later and they confirmed the order was still pending. Just another place where customer service has gone out the window.

It s was great I expected worse like other auto parts stores. employee #130 really consider me as the customer in front of him.You know how when your at the counter being helped and their phone rings and they pick up the phone and start helping the phone customer while tour right there in front of them we ll this guy didn t do that to me. The phone rang he answered and put the caller on hold right away and continues assisting me. Wow thank you. Got my stuff at a great price and was on my way I ll be going back all the time thanks Napa Auto Parts.

Had to exchange a AAA battery that was under warranty. The assistant manager didn't even know they did that. He tried almost everything to get out of doing it because it was "a lot of work." I found him rather rude and definitely won't be back to this location! He finally put the new battery on the ground and said "you're done".

Everyone is super knowledgeable and super helpful inside the store. I don t think I ll go anywhere else but here for my car parts!

This is my go to place for all my car needs. All of the employees have always gone above and beyond but today was extra special. I bought windshield wipers last Feb but never got around to putting them on until today. Turns out I had the wrong bracket for my car. I went in and they handled it for me! No muss, no fuss, and Ryan even put them on for me and had me check them to make sure everything was correct and I was happy. That is real service and I wish more companies had that ethic. We will always come here for as long as we are living in Southern California.

I ordered 4 napa gold oil filters with Richard, I asked if they were in stock because I would have to travel 15 miles one way, he insured me they were and will be ready by the time I get there. I arrived and they had one wrong filter, and they decided to change my order and give me a different brand filter (not as good) in exchange, so that's two different filters and another one he said I could come back tomorrow to get the other.I know what I want to buy, if I want all the best filters then sell me what I asked for not do a bait and switch with a lesser product.I passed an O'Reilly and an autozone half a mile from my house to get a better brand, I drove 30 miles for nothing.Napa/ Richard, Be Better at your job, we come because you're good on the phone insuring us the product is there.Don't Waste My Time And Money!

Well yesterday I was working on a 66 Chevy Impala restoring this car I needed a float for the carb the old one was bad. Went Napa they had to order it the part came by closing time. Timing was perfect they always do all they can for me I really appreciate the boys down there at NAPA Auto parts

This place is a joke. They have 4 employees working and it took over 10 minutes to get help. They didn't have any Transition Fluid and no employee knew what they were talking about. No employee was wearing a mask. And the only employee who did. Had it below their nose and mouth. Horrible Service. Will never return.

I like Napa quite a bit. Order from them all the time at my shop. Last we ordered from the same Napa, but ended up switching to elsinore location because of some messes.However, our main guy that drops the stuff off is a rude little ****Short Hispanic old man with one of them hats from the 20's and wears too much cologne. The guy doesn't say hello, doesn't talk at all, sometimes he'll come and say he's here and here's what he's got, other times like right now, he comes, drops something on the table, and leaves. We had an issue with him smoking in our yard and have had to ask him to not do that. He'd drop-off our parts, pull out a cigarette, and just start walking around here smoking. We're not with that smell.It's a shame you got rid of Willie. Dude was the best, most friendly, polite, and respectful dude ever

I have bought from Napa Auto parts for many many years. I went in to get oil oil filter and air filter to do my regular oil change. I got the oil and they had the oil filter but have to order the air filter. My car is a 2010 Chevy and I have never had problems getting these items. I like to make it a One stop shop. There is no reason for me to go in there if they are not going to have the simple things and I cannot get everything I need. It was a simple waste of my time to even go in this place! Already had to stand in line and wait and then not to have all the items for this simple oil change was a true let down! The lady that helped me was nice enough but she really didn't seem to care one way or the other if I came back.

Very friendly staff, courteous and professional. I was greeted at the door, and although I had to wait, I was assured that I would be helped soon.They helped me find the best option for my vehicle in comparison to the rude and unprofessional competitors. Store was very clean.

I was there yesterday afternoon, I was looking for a windshield wiper insert for my car, I did have a napa part#, the attendant stated that they don't carry that, and refused to look up the part, in my opinion he is lazy. I went to the hemet location. They had the part.

I do not like this place. Every time I go into the store (three times already), their are a ton of employees standing around or trying to look business not even willing to greet me as I enter the door. Plus, I can never get anyone to help me. Last time I went in and asked the lady at the counter if they had a battery for my car see rudely replied "NO." She didn't even offer to see if they had a substitute. I was upset and told my wife I will never go back their again. The manager came out to see why I was upset (that was good), but he never really asked why I was mad rather he just said "O you better call around are your going to waste a lot of gas and walked away"Their customer service is clearly lacking. The fact that I have been in three separate times but yet have had a bad experience each time is reason enough to write a bad review of this place and never to go in their again. The days of good customer service seem to be long gone, but I refuse to spend money in place where I am ignored. Don't go this place try O'riely down the street I had a much better experience their.

Called before going in about a part and was told it was in stock. Got there and they didn t have the standard part had to get a different one which was more expensive. I don t like making a big deal about it because I know things happens sometimes and I m not going to blame the employee for something that wasn t located where it said which I m sure is not her fault. I appreciate the fact that they are open and working and I can fix my truck!

I was in and out quickly. The gentleman behind the parts counter was very knowledgeable about the oil filters that they stopped. Also he offered the full synthetic oil that was on sale, saving me quite a bit of money.
