Pros: I haven't had the appointment for install at this time. I went into the store and was greeted quickly, offered suggestions, and was not pressured into the highest price tag item. I have an appointment soon and will update when that is done. Customer service has been amazing!

Les Schwab has come through again! This is a very busy shop and when I needed to bring my car in today without an appointment, I knew I'd need to wait (and came prepared to wait). They let me know it was going to be quite a wait--which I appreciate! They managed to fit me in and it was done a lot quicker than I expected. Great job! Thank you!

Eddie is the man ! He was professional and did a fantastic job on my tires. I highly recommend him , he prioritizes the customer and makes you feel like you re in good hands .

Called them asked about tire size and price. They gave me a quote and so I decided to go. They got me in right away and the price was even cheaper than costco without the wait.

Do not consider scheduling an appointment at this establishment. I had an appointment set for 11:00 AM to have my tires rotated, and they took more than 2 hours just to begin servicing my car. Furthermore, they estimated it would take an additional hour and a half. It would have been courteous for the technician to inform me that they were experiencing delays due to high demand, allowing me to plan accordingly for the extended wait time of 3 hours.

My car has always gotten good service here. I usually schedule ahead of time OR call to check if they can take me as a drop in. They are great about estimating wait times over the phone, so I know if I need to bring something to pass the time or if I ll be out quick.The techs are friendly, listen to the problem, and do a good job explaining what they re going to do / what needs to be done. and I ve never felt pressured to add additional services (which happens a lot at other places as a young woman).

This is the best place to take your car. They mechanics are all very nice and HONEST. They don't rip you off like other mechanics do. There very respectful and if your a female you can definitely take your car here because they will look out for you. I've took my car here a couple of times and I feel safe bringing it here.

Not Very Accomadating when i went in on a Saturday for � wheel alignement and granted I did not have an appointement, I came in pretty earlier. The lady at the desk told me since I had no appointement the would squeeze me in. I waited till almost 12 at this point bays and parking spot were clearing up. I asked if I was going to be next and was told that the people that made appointements are showing up and they come first so I may not be able to have service today the next available day was Tuesday. Having new tires and needing an alignement for safty i could not wait till then. So I had to decline. Had I been told there is no way to service your car due to the amount of appointements I would have went to another location before spending my morning in the waiting room or had I even seen effort to get my car in to a bay that would have been different. The location I went to after completed the job with no fuss and did it in less than an hour and they were busy aswell. This was the reason for the 2 star review

Very knowledgeable and HONEST TECHS working there. Were able to complete in 3 hours what a " Big BOY" service center said may take 2 days not including the 3 I would have to wait for the parts to get shipped in. Cost me less in the end. Ill tell anyone who asks to choose Les Schwab. Sorry for the overtime Ryan, I do appreciate it.

I ve been coming here since I moved down here 5 years ago. If there s anything I like about this place, it s the honesty. Another place told me I needed new brakes and rear tires. I didn t trust them so I came here and they told me that I didn t need it. So that s a lot of money saved. Your honesty keeps me coming back. Please keep this business model.

I just want to warn you this place has thieves working here. If u decide you want to get anything done here make sure you leave nothing in your car. I had tires put on my car well this was my husband's car and he passed away a year ago. My husband kept everything in his car clean and tidy and he kept all important papers for the car in a case with the car manual and for some odd reason this is what was stolen. I talked to management and corporate about this but I felt they treated it like it wassince it was a car Manuel nothing . It had sentimental value to me. Very upsetting

I have been coming to this location since they opened. I have brought all of our vehicles here for tires, oil changes, flat repairs. Always great customer service. I have never had a single issue with any services received here. 4, now 5 vehicles with new tires, none have had any issues and still have tons of tread on them. If you are looking for a place that is quick, this is not the place because they get extremely busy. Best to make an appointment.

Great Customer Service! They work fast especially if you have an appointment. I believe they are honest as well which means ALOT these days. I was ready to have to purchase at least two new tires but they found mine could be patched and didn't try to sell me tires anyway like other shops. I used to go to America''s and no place else, but this place has them beat and I will be coming here from now on!

Service was great! I was able to walk in and get a new set of tires and my alignment done without an appointment all in one place! They also do oil changes which is neat, but I did not utilize that service during my visit.All the associates and the manager were super helpful. The selection of stock is limited (that's why I'm taking a star off) and I had to wait a little longer because they had to run to another store to pick up the last tire, but they were really great about it! They were thorough with the installation and alignment.

Don t come here. Took my 2017 Honda accord in for an alignment on Wednesday the 14th and of course I need tires and brakes which brings me just under $1100, which I kindly rejected and asked for the alignment only. Of course all of a sudden somehow after the alignment is finished, my battery dies. So they charge it say it s good and I m on my way. Well it s good for a couple days then Saturday night my car isn t starting, which is weird because it s never not started ever since i got it two years ago. So why after I get serviced here does my car not start and why is my battery all of a sudden not working? Lift the hood up and I see the issue: an Acura battery in my Honda accord car. Well, that definitely wasn t there before I took it here. Crooks and thieves here I m never coming back here and if you do come here check your car out before you drive off the lot.

Just don't care for these employees mostly the manager. I had a credit account for my tires .Next thing I know I have another bill on my account that I never purchased for some rims and I know for a fact I didn't buy because I don't use rims.when I tried to talk to them about it. They wouldn't help.its still on my credit report till this day.they doing something funny.

Wife has been coming in for regular rotations and I myself just recently had a tire patched. Every appointment has been handled in a timely manner and the mechanics who have helped us have been very nice. Glad to live near a shop as capable as this one and don't see myself going anywhere else for our tire needs. Highest recommendation for sure!

They fixed vibration issues for my truck because they have a Road force balancing machine. This is different from regular balancing machines. Thank you very much Les Schwab!

Customer service is way too awesome! Knowledgeable and also honest nice people. I have been going to them for a few years now and I can say because of that I will keep giving them my business. Always received my vehicles without any issues as well. Keep up the great work everyone!

The service was friendly, courteous and respectful. It took the entire day to have the rims and new tires installed (that's why I'm only rating it with 3 stars) but I think this could have been avoided if I had made an appointment.

I came here because I was referred by family by the great service. my sensor light went off that morning for a flat tire So I came here without an appointment and was greeted by Anthony was provided with a time frame of service. Brady was very courteous and professional and provided great friendly service me and my family had to travel 100 miles back home. Thank you Brady and everyone at Les Schwab for providing a positive experience. I will recommend.

I highly recommend this place for all your tire needs. Nice old town feeling with all the bells and whistles. I love the service provided, my tires are awesome and can't beat the warranty. I got a flat and they replaced it with a new tire quickly with no questions asked. They service my tires for free anytime.

Very unhappy about the service from this place because they had me waiting for a while just to tell me that they couldn't fix my tire which was still under warranty just because I didn't take it to them to get my tires rotated by them. They lost my business and trust because I bought my tires there thinking they would respect the warranty and they didn't.

Amazing customer service! Great prices as well. Store is incredibly clean and child friendly. Free snacks and drawing center. Rim design center to view rims on your car and lots of demo tires and rims on walls around store to see dofferent products. I give this place 5 stars and will return for all future run and tire needs.
