I had a Tire alignment on Friday and I noticed it was wrong so I brought it in on Monday. When I walked in on Monday, I said that there was an issue with my tire alignment. The lady at the front desk was lacking personality and not understanding in anyway. She claimed that when I brought the car in to have the tire alignment fixed , that was fulfilling the warranty, however I feel like the warranty shouldn t even start until the alignment is done correctly. I asked for the managers number they said he won t be in till the next Monday, so I asked for the corporate number and I called that but I was put on hold and hung up on. Not to mention even though my car has been worked on twice now the alignment is still off!

Went in to get a tire patched, first thing they asked is if I am looking for a new tire and I told him no I need a tire patched. He changed his mood and when he saw my tire he said it was irreparable when clearly it was still fine. He told me I would need another tire. Took it to another tire shop and they fixed it with no problem. Companies like this just try

Dropped my car off with broken brakes and they fixed it in less then 4 hours, this is including shipping parts from another store. My rear brakes feel new again. Nothing but goodness to say about this store. Thanks guys for getting me back on the road!

Do not do any Lyft or Uber inspections at this location. My car was passed at another location. They will fail you to sell you tires.

Had a vibration in a tire on my dually hauling a 5th wheel headed towards Chula Vista for an extended week end. One of the guys noticed a front tire that did not look right. They were extremely busy but fit me in. Got a new front tire put on and it cured the problem. Only a couple hour delay.

I made an appointment here over the phone for a Lyft re-inspection. When I arrived, the receptionist appeared to have no record of the appointment. She took my key and paperwork anyhow as if honoring the appointment I had made. I sat for an hour and a half waiting for someone to see I had replaced two tires. I went up to ask how long the wait might be and was told it would be done by 7 as that is when they closed. I m here writing this at 7:30. They did, however, provide the form so I guess it wasn t a complete waste of time.

They didn't have tire for my daughter car so they couldn't help left car went looking for tire at Walmart they didn't have tire,I called back 2hr later they quote me, $230.00 for 1new tire But at first you didn't have it so what happened! I got peace as I said so I rate 3star.

Just Tires was great! I strongly recommend them. They did a great job on everything from ordering my tires quickly to installing and aligning them. Edger really took care of me. I will be a forever customer and recommend them to everyone. Prices were excellent. Thanks again. Edger!!

Service varies. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. Last time I got my tire replaced they stripped all the lug nuts. They usually recommend things I don't need and insist on them... Not very thorough in explanations. Also, do not come here if you are near the end of your life because you will die before they finish

Had my van aligned here a few months ago after getting new tires and ow I have the worst tire wear. After reviewing the alignment specs I see the tech set it to wear the tires. I'll be getting it realigned elsewhere. Don't use this place for alignment.

I absolutely love this shop! I bring all my vehicles to them and never had a single issue! They are extremely trustworthy because every time I bring one of my vehicles in they tell me only what absolutely needs to be done. I have even brought my truck thinking it needed brakes and was told it didn t need it. Their prices are fair, customer service is amazing and will never take any of my vehicles to anywhere else for maintenance.

Made an appointment online ro purchase and install tires. When I arrived, they had my appointment but not the tires. They had only 1 set in my size (225 60/R17) and a different brand. Much more expensive thaan what I reserved.

Consistently terrible customer service. I made the mistake of buying their 3 year alignment package. The quality of their work doesn't appear to be much better than their customer service. Of the last 3 times I tried to make an appt, their satellite equipment failed preventing them from working, they had a new software package they couldn't figure out, and one time just being too busy to make new appts. Add this to the fact that all of the employees have an IQ below 70 makes this a place to avoid.

Brought my car in with a flat tire on 10/4/21,. Jennifer assisted me and told me they were booked for the rest of the day & the next day. She assisted me with purchasing new tires and I left my car over night. They were able to fix my car early Sunday morning and my car was ready before noon. Jennifer was polite, friendly & helpful....thanks Jennifer.

Why so low ratings? I took 3 of my cars here. My car my wives car and my son. They did a great job on all cars with brake changes and tire changes at reasonable prices. Also did not suggest services I didn't need. Honest people. Deserve more than a 4.5 at least.

This has got to be the most honest place around. I brought my 2015 mustang in for an oil change. It has less than 1600 miles on it and it was the first time I was going to change the oil. The mechanic said that new cars can go to 15,000 miles before the first oil change. He saved me over $68. I highly recommend this place.

Always courteous service here.At this location, they are truly there to help you.They actually helped me figure out a custom tire size, when I got bigger rims. A size that would match the actual height of my original tires. Even though I was buying the tires online from somewhere else.

I came in needing air for my tire and the "lady" or man( I couldn't tell) completely ignored me. Then when I asked her again for air she got an attitude with me and completely blew me off... I'll never go there again.

Very friendly people and great service since I've been going here the past 4 years. Especially love how it's in a big center next to plenty of amenities for those long wait times you get occasionally. I recommend making an appointment and and being punctual since it is a very busy shop. BTW for those of you that know the roads out here, I recommend the 3 year alignment plan, it's has saved me a lot of money on my lowered car with all of these pot holes lol :-)

I have been going here for YEARS and bought 2 sets of tires from them and had a lot of oil changes done here and the service just kept getting worse. Wait 2 hours for an oil change. Not replace the washer on the drain plug so it weeped oil. I asked them to leave my car 1/2 quart low so I could add some Lucas additive and they refused saying that was an unsafe level...... the add mark is a quart low? I will never go back here. 3 strikes...... Oh, and they have told me in the past not to bother bringing in the coupon mailer they will give e the best price since I am in there about 2 times a month since I drive a lot.... this time wrote an estimate for the full price. Rip offs.

I got there a couple minutes before they were closing and hate being that guy. Luckily they helped me out cause my tire was gashed. Had the road hazard warranty and they replaced it quickly and were nothing but polite. Thank you for always being great Just Tires you truly saved me a huge headache!

I've been taking my truck to this store since I bought it two years ago! I refuse to go anywhere else. They never try to sell me on stuff I don't need, even when I thought it was time, they let me know it wasn't. Jennifer is amazing, her customer service is A+

This place is great! Adam got me the best deal possible and really took care of my vehicle. I was in and out in about 1hr. They even reset my dashboard tire light warning. I recommend this place without a doughbt!

Mr. Eric was so friendly in professional when he greeted me as I walked in to such a clean establishment. Plus they have an area where I have a table and very high chairs. This works for me because I am disabled with a bad back so I'm quite comfortable while I sit as they service my vehicle. And to keep up but current society wave, table has most multiple electrical outlets to recharge your phone or to charge or any other electronic device that you need to charge. I will definitely be returning for services here I recommend you do the same! OMG and the sitting area with flat screen TV and free coffee. Love this place!

Went in told them I needed a flat checked to see if it could be fixed. Clerk said just one minute. While I waited another customer walked in. She finished with the one customer she was helping and turned to the new customer who was picking up her car. She served them instead of coming back to me. I walked out. She lost a 4 new tires sale. I hope the manager reads this.

We buy tires for all our vehicles here. I frequently bring them by so the guys can verify inflation and do tire inspections. I used to patronize another tire company in Temecula and started at this facility because it's close and handy. Quality customer service keeps me coming back!

lobby was nice inside was clean. The guy that helped me was shady and he just added on road hazard protection with and additional 13.50 fee each tire without saying it was optional just made it part of the price shady salesmanship will never go back to just tires again pep boys will be my store of choice
