I called 5 minutes before sobbing in, to check on availability for an oil change. When I arrived I was greeted kindly and my truck was serviced in a promptly time. The guy was super generous and went up and beyond

I will NOT be using Jiffy Lube again after this experience. While the service itself was fine, quick, and efficient as I would expect, and price was also as expected. They claimed to my face and in the 'service comments' section that I had an "Excessive Oil Leak" and "Unable to Pinpoint Leaks." This is something I know to be 100% false. I have no oil stains where I park and have been parking the vehicle for more than a year. If the vehicle had even a small leak, let alone a significant oil leak, there would be evidence of that. Such a claim is extremely concerning at best and if I do develop a leak now, the only conclusion can be that my vehicle was sabotaged by the employees at this Jiffy Lube. I will then seek confirmation of that and will be consulting possible legal representation.

I always have my Dodge Journey's oil changed here. I'm like that they keep a record of all that's done, and what you need next according to your car's manual.

The guys up there are very very good. They always take care of me and my car. I drive a Dodge Magnum RT so they take care of my car. Very good. Perfect service prices can be better but everything else is excellent

It was a fast friendly and affordable oil change when I showed up there wasn t a line I got in and out they also referred other services for my truck but didn t push too hard on the issue

tried to force services that are not needed and said if my car was in an accident. one of the staff faulsly mentioned before i left the facilities that my abs light was on. plus they forgot to return one of my tire plugs after my tire rotation.

Second time there. They opened up late both times. Not the best customer service. Tried to convince us to replace 2 filters that weren t that dirty for an expensive price. Didn t take no for an answer first time. Otherwise, did well the extra services like checking fluid levels, check tire pressure and vacuumed front floors. I won t be returning though. The employees are a big turn off.Service: Oil change

I notice they were busy I was going to leave and come back. One of the employees told me go do your shopping and that my vehicle would be done when I came back. There it was so it only toke 1 hr and I was home by 10:00am that day. Thank you

The workers here are very friendly and have great customer service. They re very fast and pay attention to detail. Cesar is great and their staff is trained to meet customer needs. They tell you everything your car needs. I got an oil change along with an air filter cleaning and I must say I m happy with their service and it s why I keep coming back here.Service: Oil change

Had oil change done, my fuel system cleaned, and my engine flushed. The service was completely quickly while I had a chance to catch up on some TV. The waiting room is clean and reasonably comfortable. Cesar and the other staff were pleasant and efficient. I am confident that by taking my car to this location for the past several years has been instrumental in keeping my vehicle running safely for nearly 200,000 miles. I m very glad I decided to come here. Oil change was a comparable price, and I received immediate care from the second I walked in. Waiting room was clean, and I was treated with patience. Cesar helped me with my car and immediately recognized the problem and how to fix it. He narrowed down what it could be, explained why (since I am not very familiar with cars), and provided options on how to fix it. Not only did he give me educated recommendation, but he also didn't pressure me to take them so I didn't feel forced. He gave me the best deal by balancing my budget with my card needs. He was personable and respectful, and I know I'll be back.Service: Oil change

10/10 service not only fast and efficient but very attentive. Cesar answered all my questions & explained everything to me very thoroughly, very pleased with the customer service. I've been coming here for years and have never had an issue. The service is premium all the time. The staff really got the extra mile. Ceasar is cleaning up my car pretty good
