My daughter recommended Fernies. This guy known his stuff and is very fair. He has had 5 different cars from our family. All I can say is get there early before he gets booked.

I had service done at Fernie s few weeks ago. I was told elsewhere it was the AC Compressor so I came for a second opinion. Fernie was so honest with me I really appreciated it. Turned out to be just a Relay, nothing else. He really saved me over 1k since it s a newer model car. Thank you Fernie for your honesty, you re doing a great job. I appreciate you!

I had an amazing experience at Fernie's Radiator & Auto Repair! The receptionist, Janet, was so helpful and trustworthy, guiding me through the process of getting my car's air conditioning repaired. Her call backs were timely and she worked with my budget, making the whole experience stress-free. Now my car's air conditioning works like brand new, which is a relief in Riverside County's weather. If you're facing financial struggles, I highly recommend this shop; they genuinely care and are there to help. Thank you, Fernie's, for fixing my car on the same day as well!

It's been a while. But I was just thinking about some lousy service my friend JUST had elsewhere. I recommended next time he try Fernie's. We all usually rate when performance is bad. Several years ago I took my 2005 dodge dakota in with AC problems. It was a simple fix. A leak in the freon input stem. He fixed it in minutes and rrcharched my system for $85! He also replaced the coolant at my request for a minimal charge. He has also worked on my 97 saturns AC with great results. Very professional. He wont cheat you. I have recommended Fernie's to all my friends.

This place does excellent work.the owners name is fernie he is a honest and hard working guy he gives the best prices and does excellent work I take my cars and all my families cars to him. He only replaces what is wrong with your car he doesn't try to over charge for parts you don't need..I recommend anyone that needs work on their car to take it to fernie...he guarantees all his work..he does ac repair and mechanic work.. brakes..tune ups.. just about everything ..I will always take any car to fernies shop..he is open Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5 pm and some times on Saturday for half day.. believe me you can trust fernie to do the job right .

I'm Happy that i found an honest technician, went in for an AC problem and it was just a minor problem with the radiator and it was fixed really good. Now my AC works very well thank u Fernie for an awesome job. I recommend this 100%

Tried to buy a radiator for a home project. The man who answered the phone was rude he told me that he didn t have time! Well why are you in business in my city. Where I pay taxes! Do Not use this place! They don t need your business! This man never even let me tell him what I needed the radiator for? He got upset , I ask for his name he never gave it he just talked over me. Very poor customer service. Tell the truth MR. ! You told me that you didn t need my business to take it elsewhere. So I m advising everyone to take their business elsewhere! IF YOU LISTENED TO ME TELL ME WHAT DID I NEED THE RADIATOR FOR?

Would not recommend. Last week I spoke with a lady and scheduled an appointment for today Saturday 5/7/22 @ 8am for my A/C. Been sitting here since and no one is here or answering the phones. Wasted my time driving here and waited for nothing. Quite an unprofessional business if you ask me.They could have at least given me a call to let me know no one was going to be in.
