Keep up the good work. Customer service goes further than a one time stop. Came here for a tire patch, affordable, fast, they checked all the tires for pressure. My new go to spot for tires and tire related problems.

These guys are good and honest people. First time here not gonna lie I've used the tire shop down the street and these guys are way better, quick and honest repair. Not sure why some people will take the time to complain about the pot holes as you leave their shop, those darn pot holes have been there on and off since I moved to Perris in 2009. Thanks for the quick service guys.

Sold me a tire that had glue on the hole smh lasted 3 days n I had Togo get another tire elsewhere. Dont suggest coming here

If you are in need of great prices on tires and a really fast friendly service and the job done RIGHT! Come here . I ve never been at a tire shop that it took 45 minutes to get all 4 tires mounted and balance . These guys know what s up!

Went there the last week bought 4 new tires. Got them for a great price and left happy. But when I took my truck on freeway it started vibrating at 50 and got bad 65. Waited til Monday and had husband take it in for me. They took it and checked balance, husband left took it to freeway to run and it was still vibrating just not as bad. So he took it back again, they weren't happy. Rebalanced a different tire. Was asked when last time the alignment was checked. Told them not long ago at dealer. As husband was leaving guy at the counter told him it's the last time there doing it. I won't be going back. My dad use to go there when he was alive and I've gone in the past. never had a problem til now. Didn't have that problem before tires were changed & not a old truck 2021.

I love this place! I called Expressway in Perris and spoke with Will and explained that I had an urgent need for a valve stem repair on my big flatbed delivery truck (GMC 3500 HD dually). We had just loaded 20 headstones this afternoon to be ready for a delivery tomorrow morning . then we heard a hissing sound coming from the right outboard tire (dually). Will just said to come on over (right before closing) and his team would help me out before they closed at 6PM. When I got there they looked slammed with lots of big work trucks and other small cars. I thought it would take a long time but quickly that they move REAL FAST and within 35 minutes they were pulling my tire and getting it fixed. In and out in about 50 minutes and I was shocked when he said only $15 total. It s obviously a hard working tire shop (not your Chain stores) and they performed awesome. Now we ll get those 20 headstones delivered in the morning thanks to Will and the team at Expressway tires! They turned what could have been a real bad situation into a quick fix. Thanks again!

Had a hissing leak and needed to swap to a flat. I was seen and done in 15 minutes....was able to make it where I needed to be on time.

It says they close at 4 pm on Sundays but I just got turned away at 3pm for two tire replacements when I already have the tires. There s no one here, the last customer just finished up at this moment I m writing this review. They re just standing outside smoking cigarettes now. Normally Jose is here and offers excellent customer service but it seems like the guy here today wearing a grey shirt just wants to go home early. I haven t been here in a few years but this was always the go to spot. Not anymore.

To me based on my experience this is the best place to get new and used tires around Moreno Valley and Perris. They even gave us water on a really hot day

First time here today for a flat tire repair, and I was in and out in 15-20 minutes! I have been to a few other tire shops nearby before and it's always "drop the car off and we will get to it in a few hours," and that has always been a real negative to me on customer service. I was highly recommended to this shop by friends, and I found my new tire shop. Thank you guys!

These guys were so nice to me and my daughter. They didn't take advantage of us because we're women. They were very thorough and quick. The price was reasonable. Thank you for making our experience a great one!

Didn t do my tire rotation the first time, came back and said they did it the first time and charged me another $30 for it. rip people off and don t like doing the work.

I have been going this place last 4 years and best price and quick service in town. Recently had some issue but Angel took care of the issue professionally. So I am a happy customer. Highly recommend.

These guys are fast and very nice. I've bought tires here for several different cars and always had a good experience.They fixed a leak in one of my tires once on the fly. I pulled in, no appointment or anything they had it fixed in ten minutes and charged me $10 and I was down the road.They also have good condition used tires.

Very dissapointed... been going here for years... last visit was probably going to be my last time..I wish the owners would be there more often to be aware of how this business is really operating without the presence..I had one new tire installed and both front tires balanced.. later.. i see the front passenger hub cap is missing... i call to ask wheather they forgot to put it back on.. the installer says i came with one missing.. i did mention thats impossiible.. these are original bolt on hub caps and bot snap on ones that came fall off easily.. which if i had.. would accept that it could have come off while driving..i explanied these only come off if all the lugs nuts are removed.. i live 1 mile away...all four hub caps were on when i left home and drove up... to say i drove up with it missing is so abviously a lie!!... lets be real guys.. like really!!!... admitting to breaking it upfront would be acceptable.. but to outright lie and be so abvious is really pathetic... i really feel sorry for the owners not being aware of how this business is run... and i hope they reach out.. until then.. i have no intention to support this business and def wont have anything positive to say if asked...

This place is amazing!! The guys that work that are friendly and professional and take care of business fast. They also have an amazing inventory of tires and can get you any tire you need if it s not in hand. Best Tire spot in Perris!!

Very quick and professional. Checked all my tires because the tire light was on (I had tried to add air but the nearby gas station's air machine was broken), found a nail in the back tire, and was able to patch it. Only $10!

Loved the fact that this business is open seven-days a week and the business hours are very convenient for customers! Mr. Jaime was friendly, quick to assist as soon as I walked in & repaired/reinstalled my vehicle's tire; I was in-and-out within 15 minutes wow! The total cost was competitive so I will definitely return & promote this tire business to family/friends. Thank you Expressway Tires!

This place was one of the best and most efficient tire places I ve went to. They had my tire swapped with an almost brand new used one, donut off, tire back on and me back on my way in less than 7 minutes. Really good price too, will use again!

I usually don t write reviews, however I felt compelled to do so today to express the exceptional price and great customer service I received from the guys at Expressway Tires.First off, I was shopping for a set of tires for my fianc�e s vehicle and was able to get a great price for 4 at Expressway Tires. I hesitated in going today because it was already late and hot outside. When I arrived, the place was crowded and I thought to myself I m going to be here forever, on the contrary I was quickly approached by an employee asking me for the type of service I needed and he quickly went and inspected the vehicle and made suggestions which I appreciated. He had me move my vehicle closer and assured me that they would have it in shortly and within 10-15 minutes my car was in the bay being worked on. In this heat those guys were not messing around they moved quickly to get the job done in record time.If your in the area or maybe your not, it might be worth the drive to check these guys out for next set of shoes on your vehicle.

I've had great service for the past 4 years. This is where I always come to get my tires. However, today, a new representative helped me today amd gave me a higher rate. I've always paid $25 for a used tire and today he said its $40.Typically, i get great deals. The gentlemen that used to help me used to give me great deals on new and used tires.

This shop is excellent! The owners are very nice too! They will accommodate you with what you can afford, what makes sense and I have called around after quotes from them, and other shops can't even come close to their prices... And the new tires are just that, made last month or so... I check! They may not be the fastest, or have exactly what you demand that day, but they will get it for u quickly, and not rob u to put it on

Hit a pot hole my rim bent and tire kept losing air. However Victor Jarred and Horaccio fixed my problem gave me a new tire all after they were closed. I highly recommend this shop these guys are awesome and trustworthy.

Got my tire changed 05/05/21 around 12:30 PM. The guy quoted me 35 for a used tire and when I got their up the price to 45. Anyway, the next day I realized they never put my spare tire in the back where it belongs. I head over their this morning and they looked in the entire building and could not find my spare. Before that, they tried to give me 3 other tires that were not even the correct size or brand. They said the size does not matter. (pretty sure it does and I was surprised tire guys said it does not). They tried to give me old used up spare tires even though I explain to them mine was brand new and only used for about 5 miles to get to the expressway tires. Since they can't find my spare in the building and the guy who worked on my tire wasn't in, I'm sure the employee kept my spare since he also had a Honda... One guy tried to cover up for him today and really told me "this is your tire I remember marking it when you left "gray Nissan". I advised him I don't even recognize you as one who changed my tire and I have a Honda CIVIC. He than looked at his co worker with a blank stare. (Nice try) I then ask who is in charge, they say "Horacio" and then I ask who is in charge above you guys, who signs your checks and they say "Horacio". Little did they know I did not fall for it as no business owner would handle it the way he did. Jose R please reach out to me to make this right. My dad and I Spend way to much money at your company to be ripped off like this.
