Just got 6 brand new tires for my trailer. Probably one of the best experiences I've had at a tire shop. There was plenty of room to maneuver my trailer. They even put metal valve stems on just out of the kindness of their hearts and just genuine good human beings. I will definitely be back with my other vehicles in the future.

Robert literally just saved my U-Haul truck from having to be unloaded and transferred. He diagnosed the problem and fixed as quickly as possible, with help from the office staff delivering the part. Great business!Thank you!

Had a reservation for a 26' uhaul on Friday Dec 30. I had a small problem with the pick up location being changed, but it was quickly resolved. Rosie helped to make adjustments and get the truck. I used it for the weekend and did 4 trips. Loved the functionality of the truck and efficiency on fuel. All the staff were attentive and courteous. If you need a uhaul I would go here since it's easy access on hwy 74.

This is a great family run business. They have provided mobile service to our lot for trailer tires and we have taken several units to them. Santiago is great and takes care of everything for us. From start to finish he makes for smooth service that is hard to find these days.

The worse experience ever seriously they over charged me charged me for equipment I never even had access to because it did not come in the truck charged me for gas even when I did I have a picture of time and date I left it showing the gas and miles. They charged the initial fee of 138.00 then a fee of 30 something dollars and for some reason charged us a final separate fee of 205.00 I tried for two days trying too get in touch with a manager Fabi and Rosie insisted they could help and said no manager was available please people do not go to this place a avoid them moving is already a headache these people are cheats dishonest company!

Took an hour to rent a U-Haul truck. If you need to rent equipment go elsewhere. They charged me a little under $500 to use for 3 1/2 days. Many fees and extra charges that were never discussed. I drove a U-Haul across the country and it was 300 bucks total. Borderline scammers at Briseno Tires

second time I have tried to rent uhaul trailers from this place both times has been a major Hassel. I told them this was the second time I was leaving unhappy in a row and prob will not be back they did not care some older lady made sure to rudely interject and snap at me. Very unprofessional rude and stuck up place!

Located on Hwy 74 it won't take long for Briseno to get to wherever you are in need of towing, or if you plan on coming to them for their excellent tire service they're very visible immediately off the street. With great customer service they can assist you in any tire and towing needs you could think of. With good pricing there isn't much more you could ask for of Briseno. On top of this they are a member of the Perris Valley Chamber of Commerce, meaning they have community based ideologies. Never going back.... was hoping they wouldn t be a rip off just like many other mechanics... but they re worse... car wasn t even fixed and charged me $250 for wasting my time
