We visited 4th street Auto Zone in Perris CA, in regards to our battery under warranty needing to be replaced. Katelyn helped me and discovered that the battery that sold to me from another Auto Zone wasn t for our vehicle. Katelyn was so nice to find the perfect battery that was for our vehicle and helped us take the battery off to replace it, she went over and beyond for us and we felt very satisfied with her customer service and would recommend this Auto Zone for great customer service.

Miguel inside was very informative. Everybody loved my ESA miss Layla. They directed me on how to properly hook up and recharge my AC. It's blowing nice and cold right now. They also recommended that I changed my cabin air filter so it has a stronger blow. Which I purchased just need to install. If she hadn't mentioned it I wouldn't have thought about it as I just changed it about a year ago. But when you do a lot of driving especially you live on a dirt road it's a good idea to change it more often.

Worst place to shop for car parts avoid this autozone. Lost my parts and the receipt info is erased from their computers, Scam. I have the receipt too. People using whatever address or number they want. Even the factory sealed part that come wrapped are wrong aswell. I try and shop local but things like this just makes me take my business else where. I had trouble in the pass, thought it would change with new regional managers but its the same. Also when they did an update or whatever alot of stuff is not on my account. I had to re give my number and email.

My car is very old and in cold weather the battery doesn't work very well! I went to buy a tool that will actually help me and I bought this that helped me a lot, and this girl was very kind, actually attention is worth a lot in a business!

I love Autozone my son is schizophrenic and when we go to Autozone for parts they always treat us great with some respect and great customer service ..even with his erratic behavior..thank you..for your patience..

I received the best customer service from a very knowledgeable, young lady, Juliana Ferrel, she informed me and gave me the right equipment/parts I needed, I also observed her teamwork and her multitasking skills that must make this store very proud. Coming from a well satisfied customer thank you juliana .

Well I feel I should just keep buying parts I need online. I do a better job getting the correct parts I need. I spent $170.00 at this store. Get half way into my project, got it tore apart. Then notice that have given me the wrong 4 plugs of 8 to finish my project.These people can t read part numbers? I gave them the part number needed and they still give me 4 parts that are wrong. Maybe they should get rid of there masks so they can breathe and think at the same time.

Awesome service. I was able to test battery on one car and check the service light on another to determine issues at zero cost. One of the cars didn't need a new battery so of course I had to purchase that battery.

I recently visited this location on two occasions. I had my battery tested and decided to purchase a new battery. Then I purchased hood lifts for my truck. On both occasions the staff was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions patiently, and made sure I left completely satisfied with the proper parts and great customer service. I was assisted by several employees, including a manager, and all were awesome!

I got a really disrespectful teller and I was by no means the only one she had been incredibly rude to. The customer before me, he got it worse than I did. This woman acted as if though she were too good to help anyone and any questions you ask her, she acted as if though you were stupid despite the fact she couldn't even answer any of the questions

I would first like to thank Raul for helping me out yesterday when I was having some serious car trouble while traveling on my way home. I had to get a new battery and even though I had tools, they were not able to do the job that needed to be done to take off the battery. Not only was Raul patient, but he was willing to assist and show me the proper tools I needed to complete the installation of a battery (they had that thing strapped down tight!). Even though the place was busy and there were alot of people there waiting to be served, the staff was quick, productive, helpful, and respectful to everyone there. And I would like to thank Carlos too for helping me find the right clip pieces for the air vent that goes over the battery. You guys are awesome and job well done!

Was in line for about 10 mins, 1 cashier, and 3 others talking, and not paying any mind to the 4 customers. But before the lone ranger register wizard, got the customer's cleared, 1 of the talkers jumped in for support. And the store is always tidy.

Poor service, I won't necessarily say it's the employees fault, because so many customers have lots of questions. You will usually pay less for oil and all the basics at a big box store, but check the weekly ad's for deals. If you know exactly what you want you should order online and pick up in the store, but it's likely you will wait in line no matter what.

Terrible customer service! First thing in the morning either they open late or they're open and they have you standing in line still waiting to make a return or purchase. I stood in line for too long while no one greeted me waiting to make a return, walk out the door with my receipt and my item ready to go to a different AutoZone, and an employee suddenly shows up and runs out the door to take a picture of my car as I leave to report theft! Their customer service and attempt at inventory control is a joke consistently!! The worst location to visit.I went straight to another location to get the return done and the difference was like night and day. THREE employees at the FRONT greeted me with a "GOOD morning" (as it should be) and I got the return done in under 5 minutes, LESS time than it took to get ignored and offended at the 4th St. location.

I go to auto zone a lot tell me something why u can buy something from auto zone like shocks or struts u put them on right you driving testing the car out the strut goes out. U have to take it back off nobody pays the extra cost to redo it when I feel like auto zone should be able to help out on the redo because it there fault that this happen right. They never do anything when u have to do job over because of there part.

Took too long to attend me, two associates were with the same customers for more than 10 minutes. And there were two other associates one was just walking around and the other on the computer and the line was getting long and it seemed that they did not care.

The girls there are not knowledgeable at all took all day to figure out. They didn t plug my battery in and had to continue to charge it.

As a small business owner I appreciate the one on one attention they are able top give. Even when I'm not dealing with the commercial side I always have a good experience. Parts are normally up to par. Even the online app is a great resource.

You can't just go in and get something off the shelf and pay ! There's never a cashier ready to take your payment . This location is so slow they make the one on Perris blvd seem like they're lighting fast (and they are not ) Lol ! One star for friendliness ! They are cool people just way understaffed !
