My wife needed a battery for her car, because her last one went bad. After that car started acting funny problem starting it was frustrating. We were thinking it was the alternator maybe the starter. It ended up being the battery. We ended up having the dealership put in the correct battery. I went to auto zone trying to explain the situation and they gave me a attitude like it s my fault if you have a policy on returning batteries and I can get refunded cool but don t give me an attitude it s not my fault that workers are not knowledgeable on parts. It s the peoples hard earn money that keeps these businesses running.

Best store in perris. I hope the one on 4th and the one on perris Blvd shut down and all the employees have to eat poo sandwiches to survive

Ok so i pick up about 945 mon jan 29 some oil rigth for my truck there were a suspecius car rigth accros were i park turn out i got a tool box and a craftman compressor stolen from my truck not cool man

Not a good customer service....I bought stuff here and theirs always something wrong and always making excuses when its time to return like my breaks and those are life time warranty they don't want to reimburse my money them claiming that I already return them allready when I still had the breaks with me. I been a customer for more than 20 yrs an now I been having bad customer service specially in perris all the stores and the new one next to homedepot....now im changing to O'Reilly

I was able to get great customer service from Angel, he was very kind and helpful and he found me the correct parts and even gave me the best price for them :) definitely will be going to this location again

Joey the manager at the Menifee location off Ethanac is very knowledgeable and professional he helped me fix mi truka within a few min. 5 stars mi hombre. Felix ano nuevo compa!!!

Got my money out ready to pay and the counter person answers the phone and then disappears, doesn t say anything. After a long wait he returned and ready to take my money. I asked do I get a discount for the wait?He responded it was a upper level management thing, someone called for the manager and he had to go find him. Wrong answer and one more reason not to go there for anything.

I would avoid this Autozone. Between the long wait times on the phone, the long wait in line, never having anything in stock, and employees having a lack of general knowledge I would not recommend this store. I always pass this store on my way to O'reillys. Not to mention, O'reillys most always has what you need in stock at a better price.

Totally disappointed by the employees here rude like I never encountered someone with attitude like that then manager VEGA so rude the guy asked me if I work at autozone I m like do I look like I work at autozone? Guy just stares at me like WTF I m definitely not coming back to this place might be new and clean but seriously who wants to walk in to a Autoparts store that employees don t know how to do customer service

Went in to get a cap for the water over flow, the woman didn't know what I was talking about. Keep pulling up the radiator cap, had to take her outside to show her what I was needing. Told ne to look on isle 6, wasn't there. Order 1 off of Amazon.

Incredibly unprofessional staff came to this location 30 min before closing time to buy a part we needed because we were stranded on the freeway and it's the closes one just to find it was closed the door was locked with employees behind the counter ignoring us while we stood there waiting for it to be open after this we witnessed multiple people also trying to get in very upset as it was not closing time and staff was in there just ignoring everyone coming by. Absolutely ridiculous.

Pretty lousy. Waited in a line of six to seven people to purchase what I wanted. There were two employees checking people out, and about five or six employees stocking shelves and working on other things. I was waiting in the line at least fifteen minutes while waiting. Where I work, getting the customers in line checked out asap is the goal. Now I know why. When the employee did finally help me, the computer system was flawed and inefficient. When she handed me my receipt, not a word was said to me, like "thank you", or "sorry for the wait", or "have a nice day". This happened to me before at another Auto Zone. It's time to drive farther to O'Reilly from now on! I've always had a nice visit there!

I came in today with a problem with one of the battery post in my Jeep and I just want to say thank you to Jorge.C for not just helping me get my problem fixed with that battery post which was which left me in the street on the side of the side of the road literally I had to grab a piece of wire and wrap it in order to get the truck started he saw the problem he knew what it was and he didn't just help me help me find the right parts that would go on my Jeep not only that but also how install it for me which I didn't know what the heck I was doing and so I just wanted to give him a thanks and this is if you if you need anything and you're in the Paris area, this AutoZone's a little further than the other ones but they help you here and they got the parts and the knowledge thank you

Noticed most people, myself included leaving because parts are not in stock and prices are too high. The only way I'm paying higher prices for parts is that I need them now. Drove to two stores that had a part in stock which they didn't.

Came in to the Menifee, Ca. Store to get a headlight replacement bulb.The cashier ( Nadia) was extremely helpful and even installed the new bulb for me.I recommend this Auto Zone to anyone needing parts and help with anything!!

Have had nothing but bad experiences here. LAZY workers ! Had them order a part, which was wrong the first time, no call or anything. They ordered the right part and a week went by with no call or anything. Walked it to all employees talking and siting and sure enough my part is on the shelf. Thank you autozone, will be going to a different location from now on.

Purchase a fuel filter online for store pick up. I went inside the manager was not nice. I put on the fuel filter did not know it should have came with new crush washers. I went into the the autozone asked a gentleman that work there even had the banjo nut with me with the washers with the old filter and showed him what I needed and had him look it up on the computer to see if it comes with and he told me it didn't so I've been driving around town trying to find these Crush washers that nobody has because they come with the part so I call I talk to the same lady manager who was super rude. Did not even say sorry nothing hung up on me when I wasn't done asking her if she wants the whole part back or what.

I was excited about this new hub store open by my house. I called and had the worst customer service over the phone. The guy sounded like he was working for free. I got the price for the part I needed and when i hang up. I just order it from Amazon. I really dont feel like visiting that store.

I arrived at this location at 9:50 this evening. The posted closing hours are 10:00, which means the doors should be open. The doors were locked; two employees were behind the register; one looked up at me when I tapped on the door, looked at a coworker, and continued his conversation. Neither employee came to the door. While I continued to wait in hopes that one of the employees would open the door, a customer whose battery had died arrived, and mind you, it was not yet 10:00. He also knocked on the doors, and neither employee opened them. If a place of business operation hours states that they close at 10:00 p.m., then the doors are to remain open until 10:00 p.m. unless otherwise stated/posted. At the very least, one of the employees should have come to the door and let us customers know that for whatever reason, they chose to close early and apologize for the inconvenience.

The staff was great very nice and polite help me with what I was looking for. Great service keep up the good work. One but parking lot was every dirty it would be good to see it cleaned up. Very nice store.

There was a big line to pay your items,and cashiers too slow i don't know what they were doing i waited half an hr.in line and nothing happened,and the 4 cashiers there struggling with the same costumer for half an hr. Taths weird.i decided to leave this place,you should hire more people or experienced cashiers.i would give 0 stars if i could.

I like that they are open till 11 at this location . But I ordered a part went to pick it up about 10 day.s later- paid for it when it was ordered. Got there and someone took the correct part out and put some other random part in its place. Then the manager that was handling the return has like a sour attitude.

Ninia, manager at AutoZone is the best. I came in needing bulbs for my rear turn signals (me being auto repair challenged. As soon as I told her what I needed,she volunteered to get them for me and followed me outside and put them in for me. Great! Why is this a bigger deal than what it seems.? I went to this same store about a month ago and the man behind the counter refused to help me, saying he's not allowed to touch customer cars because of the pandemic. I left and this Black man that worked at AutoZone offered to help me. I noticed he looked perplexed when I said that's okay because I didn't want to get him in trouble for touching my car. Anyway Ninia thanks so much for your professionalism in helping me. This old woman appreciated it.

Got a defective part. Called them up told them what was happening. Andy set a replacement aside for me. Had my wife go in next day. Came home, grabbed the new one and it went in like butter. I appreciate the team over there for making it easy and helping me get my car back on the road.

The service was nice but they were INCREDIBLY UNDERSTAFFED. What is WRONG with these companies and these managers scheduling three people for a whole shift? Where is the logic? The line was almost out the door, we couldn't even do the six feet rule because of the lack of space!!!! Fix yourselves.
