Can't say enough good things about Jeff's Twin Oaks Garage. Stopped in for the first time and was referred immediately to Jeff the owner. It was obvious early in our conversation that Jeff is a fair and honest businessman who cares about people. He helped me find the best solution for my situation at a price i could afford. If you're looking for a plush waiting room with TVs and vending machines don't go there. If you're looking for a mechanic you can trust JTOG gets my highest recommendation.

Jeff was booked Solid but took us in right away as we were just beginning our 3 week family holiday! Him and his entire staff were so kind, taught the kids stuff, gave us awesome hats, and was just an awesome human! Jeff, thanks for everything, I would very highly reccomend you!

If you want personal service from a team that take care in their work and puts the customer first this is your shop. The "can-do", attitude of this garage is such a refreshing experience in the service industry. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. Twin oaks Garage was recommended to me and I can see why. Customer service and customer satisfaction is number one. Every employee is polite and courteous. I had the full service on a motor home that is new to me. I highly recommend Twin Oaks Garage

Just got my RV back from them after a complete engine replacement. Had to wait a long time for the engine itself to come in, but Doug kept me up-to-date as to the status and once it did come in they had it for just over a week to do the complete job. He also went back-and-forth with my warranty company to try and get me as much out of them as possible to reduce my out of pocket costs. After I picked it up, there were some misfires. Doug had me bring it back, and he took care of the issues no questions asked, replacing all of the coils, plugs, and injectors. It's been running perfect just on the few short trips I've taken. I'm getting ready for a cross-country trip, and I have confidence that it'll make it no problem. Their labor rate is a little high, but I always say, "Cheap mechanics ain't good, and good mechanics ain't cheap." So far worth their cost.

We have taken our brand new Thor Freedom Traveler for all schedule service, any issues that pop up and had an amazing light bar installed. We also have acquired a 2008 Itasca which had some odds and ends that needed to be addressed. Jeff and his team have been amazing with every need we have had, they provide very personalized service and we really trust them! He has some really knowledgeable people on his team, and between them they can always figure out even the most random issues and provide a solution!

Seriously above and beyond one of the best experiences I ve had with a mechanic. Jeff, the owner, and Doug took great care doing a thorough safety and service inspection on my new-to-me 97 F250. Robin in the office was also super friendly and responsive. Jeff gave me a few calls during the service to update on price, give an overview of work and projections, and let me know what priorities were. They addressed all my concerns and had the truck ready to go quickly. I appreciated the incentive to pay cash, and I highly recommend this local business! You ll be in good hands.

Very helpful people. Jeff the nicest shop owner saved my day by expediting repairs of my stranded RV so that I could get on the road same day. His mechanic and shop manager were very knowledgeable and talented to diagnose the problem quickly.

I had my Diesel Pusher RV in for some engine work at Twin Oaks Garage recently and would rate the work done as 5 Star. The owner Jeff is a very honest, professional and knowledgeable individual. He and another mechanic spent quite a fair amount of time diagnosing the engine problem. When a problem unrelated to the diesel components or other components they work on came up and delayed the repairs he was to do, he spent more time helping me figure it out. Once I resolved the unrelated issue and returned the RV to his garage for the repairs he did them promptly, despite being very busy, and did the repairs very well. Overall Jeff did not charge me for all the time he spent, but just for the actual repairs he did, while I felt he could have charged for the diagnostic and assistance time on the unrelated issue. I had heard only positive things about him and the work they do and now have experienced this myself. I strongly recommend Jeff and Twin Oaks Garage for diesel service and repairs and will use them myself again in the future whenever possible.

Jeff replaced a defective alternator in my 450 Cummings. I'm a full time RVer and he worked me into his schedule, took care of insurance issues and got me on the road at the committed time. Office staff and workers were great. I'd certainly recommend Jeff and his team for anyone looking for competent, reliable diesel services.

We stopped by after 3 other mechanics have not been able to help us with an issue with our RV. Jeff and his team resolved it within an hour. Outstandingly friendly, focused on solution and customer service. We always would come back here. Clear recommendation!

I these days of so many poor examples of customer service...Jeff and his team are the shining star in an industry that is already plagued with a dark cloud over it .. Keep up the great job!!!!!

Jeff was so accommodating to helping me out with my Class C RV. He said his out of town travelers he will always help. He was so quick 5 hours and we were back up and going with a tune up. Thank you Jeff .

Our RV started overheating on a cross country trip. We limped 3 miles to the shop on a rainy Sunday afternoon, found a hotel for the night and my husband went to the shop 7:30 am the next day. He was greeted by Jeff, the owner. Jeff gave us priority in his very busy shop and wanted to get us back on the road ASAP. He had the problem diagnosed in 1 1/2 hours (a broken water pump belt) and back on the road by 1!Thanks, Jeff and team!

I have a 2 million dollar satellite TV news broadcast production truck to maintain and Jeff is always my first call. He gives you honest answers and his technicians are top notch. They will bend over backwards to accommodate your needs. Don't let the outward appearance of this shop fool you, inside this old building, this staff knows what they are doing!

Their service was fast and friendly. Coming from someone with a slight mechanical inclination they are very honest about what is going on and what they have done. I generally do most of my own work but for things I'm not comfortable with I will definitely be taking my vehicle back for any future problems.Great shop!

I had some trouble with air leaks on my 2013 freightliner cascadia, I called they said they could help me out today so I stop by and they were able to get me back on the road in about an hour. Excellent service! Thank you very much!
