They are fast, professional, friendly and they are respectful. I needed a 2 tires repaired quickly as I was still working but I had already stopped for air 3 times!! I was taken Care of and on my way again in maybe an hour at the most. It ended up getting 2 new tires and a tire repair the tire had 3 nails in it!! It was a good experience and a good morning!!

I stopped in to get a leaking tire fixed. They were busy with cars in every stall. I figured it would be awhile before they got to my car. The people working there were very friendly. We talked about the problem for a minute and i sat down. A short time later they told me my car was ready. It was fixed faster than I expected with them being so busy. I am very happy and will go back to them in the future.

Came in with four tires to have them put on, ask the tech to change valve stems on all 4 . They didn't replace valve stems, and one of my tires was put on with wrong side facing out. They did take care of the tire issue and valve stems. As a customer I shouldn't have to verify these guys work every time.Very dissatisfied customer of several years

After trying a few different oil change options in our town and as a single mother honesty counts and not only did they get me in last minute but they also do both the oil change and tire rotation at such an amazing price I have told all my friends and family this is our new oil change spot . Thank you for such a good job my truck is my family life line .

Big Brands (previously Plaza Tire) in Penn Valley have been taking care of my old cars for over 10 years. My Honda headlight went out. I called for an appointment fully expecting an appointment and a new headlight. Instead they said to just bring it in. The mechanic checked it out and replaced the headlight bulb. It took about 10 minutes and cost me $6.45 for the part. I'm so glad they are in Penn Valley.

I usually go to Les Swab but I don't like their store brand tires, they wear quick. So I had them price BF Goodrich All Terains for my truck and they came back with a price of $2,500. Big Brand was $1,300. They could do it the following day, were quick, courteous, and checked my brakes. This is my new tire place!

Honest and fair. I am a single senior woman and felt myself in very competent hands - and they were able to provide me with documentation that the repair I had made was necessary. Now, I feel a lot safer on the roads. I will do all of my future business with this company in Penn Valley, CA.

The guys that answered to my help to get the oil cap off were amazing, competant men. They added the oil for me & added coolant. They immediately knew which coolant to use. It might seem like a little thing, but these guys were a gift! I am grateful & will be a regular customer.

Talk about an upstanding place I came in for a screw in my tire and not only was it free, it was absolutely the quickest repair I've ever had. Highly recommend this place!Be sure to tip your mechanic as it is a free service.

Have a wonderful experience with Big Brand Tire & Service in Penn Valley. Everyone was super friendly, they were able to get me in quickly and replace my brakes before a road trip at a reasonable price. They ve absolutely earned my business moving forward.

My car had a dead battery. I was at a gas station near the Penn Valley Big Brands. Called them and they came to where I was and gave me a jump start. I drove to their shop and got a new battery installed and they let me remain in the car as I am in a wheelchair. I have been doing business with them for over 25 years. Always great service above and beyond what one would expect. Thank you Big Brands (formerly Plaza Tire)!

Always great customer service. I used to deliver parts to this shop and always thought they really knew those stuff and have a great crew. Whether a customer or supplier to this company, they are top notch on Nevada county.

I had an appointment for tire rotation and balancing, i had to wait over 2 hours for them to even start on my car, then they could not get one of the wheels off. I left without job being completed and will not be going back.

Wow! Took my car there to have a tire fixed that was losing air. They did a great job, but what surprised me was that there was no charge for it! I asked about this and they said they just don't charge to fix flats! What a nice gesture! My tires have 30k miles on them and are showing the wear, so they recommended that I get new ones before the rainy season, which I will certainly do and I will get them at Big Brand Tire!

Big brand tire is my home town tire & repair shop. I brought in a flat tire and they repaired it no charge. I'll remember that when it time for new tires.

I received such excellent service and pricing on new tires that I scheduled my 60,000 mile service for my Subaru with Big Brand. I m very pleased. They checked and fixed things that I m sure the typical dealer service would have overlooked. And much better pricing. Plus, the Penn Valley location is a very comfortable and safe place to wait (with a great coffee/ice cream shop next door).

Quality Service at a great price! Being able to shop, order my tires, and schedule my appointment on-line was very convenient. My tires arrived the next day! On the day of my appointment, I was welcomed into the shop with fantastic customer service. By the time I went and ate lunch, I was getting the call that my car was ready for pickup! Would recommend for anyone needing new tires. I will definitely be returning for my future tire needs!

Arrived at Big Brand Tire with a flat tire. They immediately repaired my tire and then noticed that my back tire had a nail in it too. Quickly repaired that one too. And to top it off didn t charge me anything for those repairs!! I ve always received prompt and excellent customer service there and highly recommend them to everyone.

Andrew at big brand tires in Penn Valley is awesome!On two separate occasions, we took our car in to deal with issues due to an accident. On both occasions he was extremely helpful knowledgeable.I m sure it is also credit to the entire crew But Andrew was our contact point and he was very professional. We appreciated his assistance and professionalism.

This was the second time with in a couple months I had a screw in my tire. They gave me an appointment fixed my tire and do not charge. I m coming here next time I need tires.

Had an unusual request for them, and they were more than happy to oblige and did a very quickly. And everybody there was very friendly and helpful.
