Truly one of the top hotels on the west coast, the service is second to none. Mike the door man was truly so helpful and had wonderful recommendations and really knowledgeable about local area and people.We had a room over looking 18th hole was stunning. The fireplace place made it extra cozy at night. It s a must stay. If you do get up early for sunrise

this "hotel", which both is and isn't is of that rare breed of lodging that makes one feel at home. literally.if you have ever had the occasion and opportunity to be a guest in a better home, The Lodge at Pebble Beach will remind you of that kind of experience.every interaction with staff gave one the feeling they were being attended to by an old family equerry. there was nothing corporate about the experience. at no time did i feel i was being subjected to some "standard operating procedure" or employee's manual.the rooms, even the modest ones, are palatial, for what they are. high ceiling and sprawling floorspace make for an en-suite guestroom in a mansion, sort of vibe.room service. the food arrived hot, even though the kitchen was a few hundred yards away and it was raining, cold and windy.the concierge. a more affable exchange can not be had.the bar. i asked that the bartender prepare an obnoxiously off-the-menu cocktail and he did it, without thinking about it. without hesitation. and not with any complaining or exasperated vibe, either.the people at the front desk kind of put you in the mind of a fuzzy episode of the TV Series "Hotel" in the way they tendered the keenest and intentional care to every word that comes from your mouth.at every turn i was confronted with nicety, service, and warmth.i'll be back.thank you, Lodge!

A must for any golfer. The golf courses are absolutely spectacular and very well-maintained. Accommodations are top-notch and the restaurants are very delicious and great staff. The greens are all cut by hand. The fairways and greens are spectacular. Views are from room 149 overlooking the 18th green.Rooms: Top rate 5 starFood & drinks: Amazing food

Excellent Service & Stay made us feel like home ,Comfortable Relaxing , Love the Massages in room especially Leslie & Jessica , Cleaning Service A PlusRooms: No disappointment, all aneminies provided , there were some improvements needed , no handle to get out of tub , hand held shower head needs to be added , this would help cleaning crew too, a win win . Love the attentiveness but knocking on our door at 9:00 pm , a bit of intrusion , for some.Nearby activities: All was fine , if not close shuttles were providedSafety: Felt safe , area that needed to be lit was , shuttles were provide if neededWalkability: Pebble Beach Lodge everything was walkable love loveFood & drinks: No complaints here , Delicious food , nothing disappointing, Nice at Spanish bay we could add anything to our room even if we stayed at Pebble Lodge , ConvenienceNoteworthy details: Still water Nice dinner with Great views , Soecial note for our anniversary above & beyond , Convenient to walk too . We had the honor of planning & coordinating a wedding for our client here! My review is specifically a shout out to the wedding planning team at The Lodge @ Pebble Beach. From the beginning as we communicated with the on-site wedding team I knew we were dealing with pros! From the floral design team, catering staff, mixologist, setup & breakdown team we experienced first class service. The 18th green is a one of a kind backdrop for a wedding! My wife and I will return for a getaway soon. Thank you to all the wedding planning teams for providing an all inclusive wedding experience! The staff and accommodations were incredible. The room was spacious, comfortable and with views of the water as well as the first tee at the course. Spending some time in the evening on the balcony of the room was very relaxing. I would not hesitate to stay at the Lodge for my next Pebble Beach trip.

Don't eat mussels and make sure your fries are not cold. We don't like to complain, but we mentioned to the waitress that the first mussel my wife tasted didn't taste good and stunk. At $28 per small serving, one would expect her to suggest a remedy like another order of mussels or another type of dish, none of which happened. And the fries had to be sent back, it was cold.

Great food at still water restaurant, unbeatable views. You can make lunch or dinner reservations even if you are not staying at the lodge. Parking is free in the visitors lot. The golf shop is open until 7.

BEWARE! I am so disappointed a bucket list of a course, that definitely lived up to its hype, but has put me through the ringer now with incorrect charges.My wife got me the combo Pebble, Spyglass, Spanish golf package, in which she prepaid. Upon arrival of each course, they mentioned it would be charged again to my room, and credited.Upon leaving, I went to the front desk to ensure this would happen, and they said it would take a few days to process. I swiped my card for my $3,800 balance, and called it a day.6 weeks later, and several calls to their accounting department, and nobody has called my wife or I back yet. Additionally there is another $3,000 charged to my card, and $4,000 charged to my card. My wife s card was all charged almost $3,000 for the golf package she purchased with Michael from concierge, who has gone MIA. Oh, I went with a buddy and he was chargers over $4800 as well. About $18,000 in charged for 3 nights, and 3 rounds of golf doesn t seem quite right, and the fact they will not respond to me is alarming. I m very close to having my counsel deal with this, as this is blatant negligence on their end to help resolve this.I hope nobody else has their experience ruined by this resort, it s truly a shame.

Pebble beach is a legendary course with some of the most beautiful views a golfer, or spectator, can experience. Because of this, any room accommodations must match the same feel and awe of the course to have a truly wonderful experience. I m happy to say, that the Lodge at Pebble Beach met each and every one of my expectations that I had for it. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was some of the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever encountered in any of my stays anywhere. The customer service was top notch as each one of my accommodations were met, and they went above and beyond what I expected. I think that a stay at the Lodge and a round at Pebble is truly one of those things you must experience.

The Golf was great. Caddies were terrific and we enjoyed our dining at the Hay. Other than that the trip was a real disappointment. Our room smelled musty and at $1,000 a night that is unacceptable. We stayed at Spanish Bay 4 years ago and the trip then was a 5 out of 5. But there is just something wrong with spending $1,000 a night for a hotel room and having it stink. It is a wonderful destination but this experience has left me wondering when I will want to come back next given they require you to stay at the resort to golf Pebble Beach. They called us after we reported the room stunk but never returned my message back when I returned the call that also doesn t sit well with me. Again if they weren t charging such an exorbitant rate for the room I would be more positive but these are extremely high rates for even a 5 star hotel.
