Highly reliable, trustworthy and arrived to the crash site earlier than expected! John was incredible. I had just been in a traumatic crash far away from home and he expertly loaded my car on his trailer, safely drove me and my cat all the way back to Sacramento, no problem. John was personable and helped me to keep at ease the whole way. He went above and beyond once we arrived at the repair shop, helping me to get into my crumpled car to retrieve my belongings. I m so grateful for his professionalism and service, it really turned the day around in a positive direction!

John is incredibly patient and kind. We were pulled over with an overheating engine from SF to LA and he saved the day!! He towed us to an auto parts store where he was able to replace the part on the car right there and then. Would highly recommend his service to anyone in need of it.

On friday 3/1/24. My car suffered a flat tire on the I-5 south . I called several mobile tire repair businesses they all laughed at me saying they don't repair car tires only big rigs. To me a patch is a patch. To make a long story short. After calling random services on google. I got a hold of patterson towing and roadside services. John arrived within 20 minutes took me to Guerreros tires in patterson ca. After couple minutes I was back on the road. Thanks john and also to Guerreros tires God bless.

Had a great experience. They were fast, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me out in my time of need. I had hit a pot hole on the back roads of Newman and blew out two tires. He was able to get out to me within a reasonable time and charged a reasonable price compared to others I had called. Great service and would use again if I was in need!Service: Car towing

Had a great unforgettable experience with John after being saved onthe side of Highway 5. Even looked out for me at the gas station with a bite to eat and some water due to my funds being tied up. I was broke down and I called this number not knowing who it was other than a mobile service. The gentleman came out quickly replaced my battery and got me going again. I was driving through highway 5 over the weekend and my tire blewout on my suv. I'm not really familiar with the area, so I called the closest roadside assistance companies that came up on google. I m always worried when my college age kids are driving to SoCal. Today, when my daughter s car broke down 100 miles from home we we re lucky enough to have John from Patterson Road Service show up in his nice truck/trailer and bring my daughter, her friend and the car safely all the way to a shop in Sacramento. You see, John has four daughters himself and knows just how worried we were, and thankful we are that he was the one to be there for us today.Thank you John.
