Incompetent people, the worst customer service I have ever experienced and rude. I wonder if the owner is actually aware of how his business is being conducted by those people.On reply to the comment by the owner, I went there today around 11am for a smog check and there were 2 people there coming in and out, I was wanting patiently for about 10 min, then both of them were in the front area one of them didn't make eye contact at all the second one saw me and he didn't even asked if i been helped, I waited for another 10 min and same thing happened they didn't asked me anything at that point the lack of courtesy and customer service was so bad that I decided to take my business somewhere else, if I had workers like those running my business I would be really upset. They are driving people away.

Found by a card on my doorstep. My car initially failed the smog test because I had the OBD light on, but the technician came out to explain the issues exactly. Turns out it was just a small emissions leak that was fixed with just the replacement of a gas cap(I already had the spare, but could probably have just cleaned it a bit and have it work lol) and have the OBDII reset to process it. Easy fix and just had to return for a *drastically* reduced price. They forwarded the data to the DMV and good to go. Ez, really good prices, fair and honest. I'd happily return here for a smog test again next time.Service: Smog certification
