I had a great experience with the team at Patterson location. They were all friendly and professional and got the work done. They were able to get my oil changed and replaced 2 new tires for me. I like coming to this location because of how welcoming it is and put my worries at ease. They are always straight forward with me.

My recent visit to Les Schwab Tires for a tire rotation, PSI adjustment, and oil change was unfortunately disappointing.Before the service, I meticulously recorded each tire's position and PSI readings. Notably, one tire had a PSI of 36 and another at 31. After the service, I was surprised to find that the tire with the highest PSI (36) and the lowest (31) were still in the same positions, indicating no rotation. Additionally, the PSI levels were not adjusted, contrary to the service report which stated that these tasks were completed.This discrepancy is concerning as it questions the reliability of the services provided by Les Schwab Tires. I suggest future customers take similar notes to verify the completion of requested services.In conclusion, the lack of attention to detail and discrepancy in service reporting at Les Schwab Tires was disheartening. I hope this review leads to improvements in their service integrity. Customers should remain vigilant and double-check the services rendered.Just to add onto this, but my experience before this, the last oil change they did not screw the bolt tightly enough so oil leaked all over my driveway and I had to go back to get it done, where they apologized about this occurrence. The low quality of the workers is detrimental to the business.

Somehow this review of Les Schwab in Patterson ended up @ Patterson Tire Pros. I found Les Schwab very friendly, polite and most important..HONEST. I bought new tires, was in and out in less than an hour. I now don't have to worry about blowing a tire & having an accident. They put my mind at ease. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you for being there on 10/2/2023 when I needed help the most. I'm a senior citizen on fixed income and they worked to give me a fair price and great service. I don't know how this review got posted under Patterson tire pros. I am correcting that now. It was Les Schwab on Sperry Ave in Patterson, CA. Patterson Tire Pros quoted a price $200 more than I paid @ Les Schwab Patterson Tire Pros is way over priced.Posted by Karen Keyes in Newman, CA12/8/2023 Once again, Les Schwab Team to the rescue. I had to have new brakes installed on my truck. It felt as though I had "family" doing the job. I had the same experience when they recently replaced the tires. So compassionate and caring. Armando and the rest of the Saturday crew are AWESOME! I got there late in the day on a Saturday afternoon and they took extra good care of me. Everyone was friendly and had a great attitude. Got me back on the road in almost no time at all. Now my family will be safe when we hit the road tomorrow morning. I would highly recommend this location! Hope corporate reads this and gives them all a raise!

Moved to CA May 2022, and was referred to Les-Schwab by a few different locals. After my un-realistic expectations fell short, and was given bad news. AJ was able to console with me, and make the experience come full circle by going above and beyond with his patience and people skills.

Long story short my girlfriend took my truck to get aligned and they said they couldn t do it because supposedly some ball joints and tie rod ends were no good and needed to be replaced (I replaced a month ago). That in order for them to aligned my truck they had to replace everything with new ones they said they can take care of it but i had my doubts since I just replaced everything a month ago. so I took my truck to a mechanic shop to get it inspected and they said everything was ok that nothing needed to be replaced. I called a different alignment place and they inspected it and gave me the green light to get it aligned. Nothing needed to be replaced they confirmed again.

Hit a pothole on I5 and broke my wheel just before the exit to Les Schwab. Some good luck there! Friendly experienced staff talked me into buying 4 new Rims for my Impala. I am actually happy I spent 2 hours on the side of the highway waiting for help to get to Les Schwab!

Sept 2023 - Thanks for all you guys do, always so professional courteous and helpful.AJ is great as the manager and always ensures we are taken care of.We are loyal customers and have also brought in my parents who moved to the area.I will post a review on Google and Yelp.Armando and Javier treat us like family. We can even take our dogs in, so long as potty trained and well behaved of course.We always know our vehicles are in good running condition after you have worked on them for us.April 2023 - Josh was great, we had a flat tire, it was a nail, he fixed it for us within 20 minutes. Our dog was allowed to go inside with us.We returned to get new tires a few days later as he let us know the tires were worn. We feel we got a great deal on a good quality tire. Josh gave us a few options.Everyone there is always so nice, and we take all our vehicles to them. Our doberman is always treated well too, they love him and he enjoys going there ha.August 2022 - I have said it before and I will say it again!! This place is great!! Thank you. They just helped my nephew with his flat tire, they sent out their tow truck, fixed tire for him and he was on his way. AJ scheduled it and Alex drove out. Great customer service as always!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! :)August 2021 - Trey is great!! We made it in Saturday to have a B12 maintenance service completed on our Honda Odyssey. They stayed open late to get our vehicle done for us!! Great customer service, and friendly people.Well ran and so great to have this one stop shop in town.

I had a 9am appointment, 80 minutes later I had to leave on foot to handle some business. My car still hadn't been touched. By 12:30 they called to let me know my brakes and rotors were replaced. $550 seems a bit steep but I was in a rush. Next time I'll just go to Patterson Tire Pros like I normally do

They fixed my tire issue that I had from another tire company and they didn't even charge me for it they were experts on what they were talking about and from now on I'm probably gonna deal with them thanks for changing my opinion at 1st I didn't have a good experience with them but I will say that they are absolute professionals and they know what they're doing. They may cost a little more than the place I had credit with (wheel works). Keith informed that the now have in-store credit so I will be applying soon thanks for being so helpful.

I always bring my car here for an oil change. I love the service. These guys are always kicking but as Michelle is an amazing receptionist. They are quite understaffed so if the waits are long that is why. However they get the job done no exceptions.

My Toyota care service ended so I decided to go with a local shop. Mistake. The receptionist Michelle is wonderful, but the tech who changed my oil failed to replace/tighten the screws on the OEM skid plate on my Tacoma. By the time I realized it, one screw was missing and two were loose. Thanks for "screwing" up on this, Les Schwab! The missing screw will be my reminder not to go back.

The service was good but the price was ridiculous. I needed a trailer tire and they charged me $213 for the tire that I could get for $80 at other stores. The young man that put it on for me did it a good job. Thanks Codi. He checked all my other tires and I was out of there in a timely manner.

Just realized they just fix your car enough to work so you can bring it back for the same problem. The techs are bad there and the tech that supposedly diagnosed my truck there was offering something I didn't need which was 400$ dollars. Never taking my vehicles there anymore even though I live down the street from there! GARBAGE

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LES SCHWAB LOCATION!!! My boyfriend and I were driving down to so cal from Sacramento and noticed a nail in our tire at one of the rest stops. We found this Les Schwab location and called them as soon as we found the nail. They told us to bring the car right in and they took the nail out, filled the hole and reset all of our tires pressure FOR FREE!!!! We went to go pay them after they had serviced the car but told us not to worry about it! They were extremely sweet and got the job done in less than 30 minutes of us arriving there. We were able to get back on the 5 and continue our drive to so cal. We were VERY pleased! They were awesome!!

Came in for a new battery, an oil change and tire rotation. The only problem was my battery, and I left with a car leaking a ton of oil, and a shock broken telling us that "the previous shop didn't do the shocks right" and "the previous shop didn't do your oil change correctly " it wasn't leaking oil when I took it here. And I didn't even get the battery installed that I want for in the first place because they couldn't go get the battery I needed... Horrible place, if you take off the oil filter and put it back in cross threaded it's going to leak oil. I am going to look deeper into this. Worst place to go to

Excellent, speedy and efficient staff and service. Stopped in to price tires and 45 minutes later drove off with a new set of tires. Got a good deal on tires and will definitely be back when the next set is needed. I also get free tire balancing and rotation as well as flat repairs as long as I own my vehicle.

These guys are awesome. They do, literally run out to your vehicle I was almost tempted to drive off and come back to see if they'd do it again. They are highly knowledgeable, very friendly and polite. Fast and efficient service and they didn't even charge a dime for the rotation and flat service. I highly recommend them. I did tip and the young man was very happy to accept. He did say I didn't have to but I did anyway.

I took my truck to get the brakes checked because they were making noise. I was told that the brakes were fine and that they don t need to be change, and that they made noise because of dust.3 weeks later, I took my truck again for the same reason, they told me it was going to cost me $686 to change the front brakes and rotors because they were all messed up. Spoke with the manager since this is overpriced and it could have been prevented since I took the truck 3 weeks before for brake check and change, and was told they were fine.Very disappointing service!I took my business somewhere else for half the price!

Service was good. I have a K&N air filter and asked them not to replace it. They did. I did get it back. Biggest issue is I had a 10 O'clock appointment and my vehicle wasn't taken in until almost 11. This is the 3rd straight time. Why make an appointment?!

Great, reliable service! Erika helped us today. As always, she was friendly, knowledgeable, competent, and efficient. We had our tires balanced and rotated before I even had the kids settled into their clean and kid-friendly waiting room.

This is a great place, They make you feel comfortable. They have really good deals with full warranty's and they have a really good all season tire. The brand is called Confidence!! Plus plenty more other great brands....They also have their own alignment and brake and suspension shop.You can even walk in or make an appointment!

Super clean facility and the friendliest staff in the business. Honest as well. Won't tell you that your car needs service or products it doesnt actually need yet. Unlike their competitors that lie to you to get you to buy tires/brakes/shocks before you actually need them.

Went here to get tires put on and brakes and they cannot do brakes for my vehicle. 2019 Cadillac XTS. Waste of time for luxury vehicles, go to dealer.

Alex was great. I showed up late in the day and they had already booked more than they could finish before closing. I explained my situation, he discussed it with his manager and they added me onto an already full schedule. They fixed me up and had me out by 6pm. I couldn't express my appreciation enough to the team at the Patterson Les Schwab.

Fermin the alignment tech. and the rest of the crew did a fantastic job on my vehicle. A1 customer service is rare in today's world. I definitely recommend this place if your in need of great customer service for your tires and suspension needs. Thank you ladies and gentlemen from Patterson Les Schwab great job from a happy customer.....

We got an oil change done with Trey who is very detail orientated. Trey took great care of our vehicle and gave us extreme trust in his service. He fit us in and the job was done promptly. Thanks Trey!
