I had a great experience at Wright-Way Collision. On a recent road trip to Paso Robles, the undercarriage cover on my Tesla unexpectedly fell off in the middle of the drive. I contacted Tesla service for help, they were no use.Luckily, I called Wright-Way Collision and they were able to take my car in right away and fix the problem, saving me thousands of dollars in the process.The owner, Mr. Wright, is very friendly, honest, and clearly very knowledgeable about all types of cars, especially Teslas. He got my car fixed up quickly and had me back on the road in no time.I can't recommend Wright-Way Collision highly enough. Their excellent customer service and ability to promptly fix my Tesla issue absolutely saved the day for me. If you're looking for a trustworthy, skilled auto collision shop, look no further than Wright-Way!

About a month ago, our vehicle received some damage. The auto insurance referred us to a different auto collision shop, who advised us that they had no openings til several weeks, and that would be for a visual inspection only. Otherwise, the other nearest shop was nearly 100 miles away.We decided to call around and found Wright Way Collision Shop, where they responded quickly with a visual inspection and within a week. They were willing to work with our auto insurance, and they advocated for us. Fortunately, all the work was approved and the repairs to our vehicle were completed in 3 days. It looked like new again.Thank you Sunshine and Richard, the owner for the great customer service we received.So, if you are looking for a repair shop to do the work the right way, look no further. I just have to shout out to everyone at Wright Way Collision. I had a bit of a bumper bender. I took it to Rick at Wright Way. He was able to give me the estimate on the spot. He worked with my insurance company and took care of everything. I didn't have to do a thing. The turn around time for the actual repair was excellent. They have made a customer for life. Their professionalism and attention to detail made a bummer bumper issue into a non issue in all aspects.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Want to get it done right? Wright Way Collision is #1! Super nice new shop over by lowes, everyone is super chill and welcoming, and the service I got from Rick and his team was excellent! Definitely recommend Wright Way Collision!

Truly lucked out here. On a road trip we got a tear in the plastic panel under our car that made driving at high speeds dangerous. We called ahead and they were able to see us right away. Pulled right into the parking lot and they assessed the damage and removed the ripped panel on the spot so we could safely be on our way. Driving a Tesla I was uncertain about stopping into a mechanic on short notice, but it turned out Rick is a former Tesla employee and an expert who knew exactly what the issue was. Could literally not have gotten more lucky and everyone at the shop is so nice too!

Personalized service that's got the quality and integrity to make it the only place I'll take my vehicles for any body and paint needs. Richard the owner took several set backs in stride, and made the hard choice to make the right choice for me as the customer. The final outcome was my truck being returned to me looking far better than it did before the accident. Completing several things that were way outside the scope of the job was just their way of smoothing over some timeline setbacks that weren't even their doing.It doesn't matter if your driving a 67' AC Shelby Cobra or a new 2020 showroom model that had a piece of bad luck just after you took it home, they have the knowledge and professionalism to restore them back to their original condition and glory.Give them a try the next time you need a body and paint professional to bring your baby back.

Went here to get a handle on my door fixed. Rick was so helpful. He had it fixed in no time. They service was fast, efficient, and he did a great job. I ll definitely be coming back if I need anything else done to my car.

Had some minor car trouble on a road trip from LA to Carmel. Wright Way Collision was the closest shop and that was the luckiest thing that's ever happened to us. Called them up and they said to come on by. We were looking for just a patch job to get us to Carmel, but the owner immediately got under the car and fixed our problem completely. All in all, it took about 10 minutes. Now we're back to enjoying our vacation and even happier than we were when we left thanks to Wright Way Collision. We can not recommend them enough. Friendly, honest, and fast service.

I was told my regulator for my window was the problem . Given a 367$ estimate. Then told they were unable to get the part.so I Took it to grossinis auto body in Grover beach. the problem fixed buy getting a new master switch and I was charged only 208$. Response to reply from. I beg your pardon but you response is inaccurate. I am not a mechanic and I brought my vehicle in to find out what I needed. Not the other way around . If I knew what the challenge problem with my vehicle I would not have brought it in and asked for help to figure out what it was. You are completely mistaken with your reply. My review is accurate and true and your response is not. And I am at a loss to figure out why you would respond in a way that is contrary to what actually happened. Either good luck to you.

Well at least they answered the phone. I called and requested general information about a repair to a Chrysler 300. The person who answered the phone asked for the information and said they would call with the information I was after. . . .I never heard back. So on a fluke I was in the neighborhood and went in, I was told the person I needed to talk to was not in but I could leave the information, which I did with a telephone number and an email. I am still waiting on that call or email and it is 4 months now. I guess my business wasn't needed. Cash is not number one apparently.Response to reply. I did come in there. And left my information with one of the shop techs. And never heard back. The car is currently about 500 feet away from your shop.Service: General repairs & maintenance
