The service this shop provides is top notch. I looked far and wide for a honest, reputable place to get the transmission changed on my truck , and this shopdid not disappoint. They keep you updated on the work getting done on your vehicle, they send pictures of the work , and detailed inspection reports.On top of the 5+ star customer service, they got the work done blazing fast, and had my truck back on the road quick.They did an excellent job on my transmission and it is shift n gears better then ever . I highly recommend this shop . The price was fair and the quality of work excellent.

From my first phone call with Kevin I was so relieved to find someplace to take my mother's car. They got me right in and emailed me a lengthy detailed and lots of photos everything about my car. Priority #1 was new tires which is a bonus that for a great price they installed them right there. Very highly recommend you try them.

A very nice and warming environment for a automotive shop. The shop staff was very knowledgeable in answering all of my questions pertaining to a certain vehicle, and they also emailed an estimate for possible repairs. Great shop. Highly recommended. 5 Stars

I had my oil changed at Walmart. My car ended up in their shop just a few days later. They did a full inspection. One item they stated my oil was a "quart low and I needed an oil change for over $100. At first I thought Walmart had ripped me off and I was upset and frustrated...turns out my oil was not a quart low or in need of changing. I have receipts and reports. If they were dishonest about that I certainly did not trust them with the other thousands of dollars in repairs recommended on my car. My catalytic converter was bad. I was referred to Mom's Mufflers and their quote was $2300 less than the aboves quote for the converter. It was in out and the main issue was fixed at Mom's. These guys are great! Offered to wait after hours for my daughter to limp her jeep to the shop. Came in under budget and earlier than expected. And they offer a veterans discount!!! Bravo Zulu my friends!!!

The minute I walked into the office and engaged my vehicles problem with Kevin (service writer) I was in good hands. A complete inspection of my vehicle found a couple of unexpected problems and were taken care of. Very professional.

Great, great business! From start to finish you are treated well. Their diagnostic report was above par. The honesty and integrity was impeccable even with a difficult situation (on our side, not theirs); they helped us to make some pretty important decisions and feel comfortable about it. We knew we were going to the right place when other shops and peers recommended them! What a pleasant experience for a broken down car in a new town. The shop was highly recommended. Leigh-Ann was knowledgeable, clear, personable and quite kind. They were able to get my car in for diagnostics quickly and provided a detailed, clear report and a written summary of problems and recommendations. Great service, on time, informative, and creative payment solutions. Five well-earned stars Went in for some transmission maintenance. Upon inspection, they helped me understand why my front right tire was starting to wear out. They offered solutions to the repairs needed to solve my issue in a very pleasant way. I originally declined these services. Then, a few days later, I decided to have them repair the issues. They gladly scheduled me an appointment and repaired my 2500 Dodge Ram.I'm very pleased with their level of professionalism and their courteous communication. I will use them again for future repairs!

Very friendly and figured out why my car wouldn't start sometimes. Saved me from having to replace my starter and battery when they were not the cause. They even gave me a ride home after dropping off my car. Definitely recommend

The staff at Shift n Gears are so friendly. They know their stuff and they keep you updated on what's going on. After being told repeatedly I had to have my electrical work done at the dealer I was ready to give up and sell the car. I contacted them and they got me in, diagnosed the problem and repaired it. No dealer necessary. They are going to be my new mechanic. Fantastic. 5 stars all the way!!Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

I use SHIFT N GEARS GARAGE for all of my vehicles. They are honest and stand behind their work. Once I called them when I was out of town because my vehicle lost power. They talked me through the issue & where to get a code read. We were able to trouble shoot the problem without me having to go to an out of town shop.

I cannot say enough how much of a tight ship this shop runs. I called on a Friday and was able to book an appointment for the following Wednesday morning. They require a full vehicle inspection which has a fee but I think every good shop should do this incase there more going on. They found a nice list of items that should be repaired but did not insist on getting them fixed which is the right approach. My water pump was leaking and they were able to get a new one and fixed it in the same day. Although I may be the exception, they seem to really focus on having great part suppliers and quick turn around so that you can get on your way. I will be bringing my business there for all my future needs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I have used Leigh-Ann and Jimmy for all my diagnostic and repairs since my truck warranty expired. They have always been honest, straight forward, and successfully corrected any issue timely and completed it the first attempt. I needed to have my 2012 Hyundai Sonata checked and diagnosed. Having issues with an oil leak. Once again the team is amazing and corrected all issues. I had thought I may need to replace the vehicle. Now I can hold off on that and the car runs great.
