Mike was very thorough with us. We were loaded and our unit went into derate. We limped one mile from the truck stop and even though mike was busy he squeezed us in and was very very reasonable. He got us going and also have us some advise on the truck. Thank you! I highly recommend this shop especially if your a trucker who needs a shop who knows what they are doing.

Used our Good Sam's Roadside Service and was assigned to Paso Robles truck center. Very timely service and they actually repaired our RV tire on site. Extremely helpful staff and knowledgeable.Service: TiresService: Tires

The best shop in the County. Service is second to none. They help out with time sensitive matters when most shops just don't care. Every truck driver knows keeping the wheels moving is how we feed our families and PRTC gets that and cares.

We were driving down Highway 101 on a Sunday afternoon when the power steering went out on our 35 foot diesel motorhome. We managed to make it to a parking lot where we tried to find someone who could help us. The only place we could get a hold of was Paso Robles Truck Center. They said they could look at it Monday morning. We carefully drove the RV to the shop. A nice young mechanic came out and examined the RV. He said that the power steering hose had burst after rubbing on the frame, and they might be able to replace just a section of it to get us back on the road. Unfortunately, they were unable to get a fitting that would be needed on that same day. So, they suggested that the repair be done the right way and replace the entire hose, since they would need to order parts anyway. We agreed and rented a car to get home. They let us know how much it would cost, and estimated it would be ready on Friday. They kept us informed during the week. Friday, I drove in and picked up the RV. That's when they said that even though they had quoted for 8 hrs of work, it only took 6, so they would be charging us less! They also let us know that they had taken pains to add protection to the hose anywhere it came close to metal parts. In short, Paso Robles Truck Center came to our rescue, did a fantastic job on the repair, and then charged us less than we thought! I only wish they were close to our home so that we could use them again. If your RV or truck needs servicing, I can recommend Paso Robles Truck Center without reservation!

Read this WHOLE REVIEW... This place is morally bankrupt. They have no conscience. First off, they charged $1,237 to tow a truck exactly 65 miles. That's $19 per mile. Oh wait, they charged 4.5 hours@ $275 /hour.That was the tow bill alone. Then they billed 6 hours @ the rate of $125 per hour to diagnose, and replace an oil pressure sensor and clean out the wiring harness. Since they didn't have the part, they drove an hour in each direction to retrieve the part. They made sure they billed $60 in fuel, and 2 more hours @ $125. The bill came to $2,710. They overpriced by 3 or 4 times the industry standard. The mechanic who spoke with my boss yelled and swore at him to the top of his lungs. The service manager was drinking a coors right there at his desk. I would highly recommend you getting your truck towed and repaired 5 states away, wouldn't consider these crooks as an option if it were my last option on earth. Do not take your vehicles here.

Had a great experience here this morning. Lee was very knowledgeable about truck tires and gave me an education on them for our RV. He checked and filled the air in all 6 tires for us. We will certainly buy our next set of tires from this business!

My motorhome was towed to Paso Robles Truck Center for a no start condition. After they got it running they spent 7 hours of unauthorized work and replacement of unneeded parts. The California Bureau of Automotive Repair agreed they over charged me $1201.28. I took them to Small Claims Court and a judgment of $1201.28 was awarded to me. The owner Stephen Ormonde is refusing to pay me.

Today I needed my car towed back to my house from Stockdale Rd. Nichole showed up and actually it was VERY refreshing to see a female Tow Truck Driver!! She was not only VERY PROFESSIONAL she had an AMAZING PERSONALITY! She Made My Day!!! I was VERY IMPRESSED at how QUICKLY and EFFICIENTLY Nichole got the job done!! YES!Thankyou,Dawn Galitello

Stuck in Paso Robles with a dead battery at 10 on a Friday morning. Called AAA and our service call was assigned to this provider. First ETA was 11:15......then 11:50.....then they don't answer their phones and their voicemail box is full.....then their service drive is off duty and they have no one to send......we're still stuck with no response at 2 PM (that's 4 hours later). If AAA assigns these folks to help you in the Paso area, ask for someone else!

Ron, Neil, Brian, Dana you guys are killing it! We had a tough issue in the hydraulically system. They didn't rest for a week until they found it, yet charged us very little. One of them is even a former race car driver. You can't not go there!

The picture shown is not Paso Robles truck center it is San Paso truck stop. Service is 6230 Monterey Rd parts and tires is 80 wellsona Rd.
