It's a great dealership filled with friendly knowledgeable staff who are experts in their chosen field of taking care of the customer. From the general manager to the finance manager to the lowest service tech they all demonstrated a level of customer service that way way beyond my expectations. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle where they know how to take care of you. I drove over 3 hours to come to this dealership and that is because from start to finish they were about me and what I wanted.

Had a 930am appt....was immediately met with "do you need help" ..and a metion of it was for 9am " but doesn'tmatter" ....upon entering lobby....passed off to person who took appt....overall air of passive aggressiveness when it came to me.....observed other interactions that were very diff. In comparison.FYI thanks for leaving yr liners for me to throw away.

I had never owned a Ford truck, and I was allowed to test drive an F150. The salesman did not pressure me, and even said he would not take down my number because he knew that I would be back. Which meant no bad timed phone calls from a salesman the next day. I did return on my own the following day. Within 90 minutes I had all the paperwork and trade in deal completed. The day after signing papers I had a brand new truck (the truck I bought was a dealer trade and had to be brought over from the valley). Jason and crew at Paso Ford were great.

Paso Robles Ford made me feel more comfortable compared to any other dealer I went to. Kevin Shannon is an amazing salesman, he made sure I got the car I wanted for the best price, I was impressed with all the staff, other dealers can be grimy and feel like you re being scammed but I felt welcomed and appreciated here.

If you want to get a lower sales price on the vehicle you're looking at, you must get out of the Fresno area and go to Paso Robles Ford. They treated my wife and I with kindness and made our visit with them very pleasant. We really liked out salesman "Justin". He took his time and answered all of our questions about the new truck before we left and went home.

1st time to have service at Paso Robles Ford Dealership,I was greeted with upmost respect and my vehicle my Ford truck was taken in immediately and worked on with no hesitation. Parts were ordered in advance and appointment was set up. I was even shuttled to my hotel since I am not from Pasa Robles. When everything was finished and completed I turned around and told the gentleman that I would definitely come back to have service because I trust the service and the mechanics at Pasa Robles Ford Dealership.

Oil change went well. They didn't know that I just bought the truck 2 months earlier and you guys replaced the wiper blades then. They then told me that they recommend that I replaced the wiper blades. That confused the heck out of me. I told him and he looked it up and it says that they were replaced in September. They replaced them again but the wiper blades that they replaced were not the brand that Ford carries so I don't think they were replaced originally in September when I bought the truck. Also on that note, when I bought the truck the wiper fluid level was low 2 days after I got home so the fluid levels were not even checked when I bought it. This all leaves me a little concerned. Not to mention I was informed when I bought the truck that an oil change was going to be due soon and that it was going to be covered since it was only about a month out. That was not the case, I still paid full price for the oil change but they didn't charge me for the wiper blades cause they were under warranty even though I don't think they were replaced to begin with haha. Then the very next day I get a call from Paso Ford telling me that I'm due for an oil change. I asked the lady if it shows that I just had a service the day before? She said it doesn't say that. Customer care doesn't seem to be the most important part of your process at Paso Ford.

Paso Ford is by far the best dealership we have ever dealt with. The sales and service department are 2nd to none. Being a local to Paso Robles I am thrilled that we have such a great dealership in my hometown. We purchased a 2022 Bronco from Gary Moritz and the experience was awesome. The sales transaction was flawless and between Gary and Tony they gave us a full tutorial on how everything worked and were more than helpful in answering all our questions! This type of service is rare, but much appreciated! I would highly recommend purchasing your next car from Paso Robles Ford. They also purchased our 2017 Mercedes and made that transaction the easiest we have ever experienced. Everyone that works there is courteous and helpful!

I would like everyone to know that this dealership is not too big to help out someone in need. I was passing through on vacation and my FICM was starting to go out. I was pulling my travel trailer and had to camp out in front of the dealership. When they opened in the morning they welcomed me in, and we're able to fit me into their busy schedule 2 days before New Years. I was touched by their kindness, and professional work. My vacation was awesome, and truck made it home to Tucson running like a champ! Thankyou Paso Robles Ford.

Anthony and the Team at Paso Robles Ford are great. I'm super happy with my experience. I wanted to order a specific vehicle. Other Dealerships near me only wanted to sell me what they had on their lot even after building it on the Ford website. There aren't many times that I have received such great customer service that I feel compelled to leave a review. But the service department here at Paso Robles Ford was incredible. From being greeted as soon as I walked in to the wealth of knowledge I received from Kyle my service advisor. If I was a local there is no doubt I would be choosing Paso Robles Ford for all my service needs on my vehicles. Thanks again!

Ensure you know the purchase price and any agreed upon trade in values. Would suggest paper as verbal seems very fluid during the process. Otherwise enjoyable experience.

I have done business with Paso Robles Ford for the last 15+years and the service I received during my last visit has insured I will never go back to them, nor will I refer anyone to this lot in the future.The service advisor Kyle. Was rude to both my husband and I he did not explain ANYTHING about what was going on with my vehicle and behaved as if any questions were not worth his time to answer.I purchased a new car from this lot in February of 2021. This vehicle broke down with 19,000 miles on it. We had it towed to this location for service. Kyle never once called to let us know what was going on with the car. We had to reach out to him. When I asked about my car, I was given short one word answers and no details. I needed a car as I drive for my job every day, and he did not provide me any details about a rental or loaner car. When I asked about one at first he said they would not cover it and then he said they would cover 5 days at $25 per day. The issue with my car was not due to my neglect, it is a problem with this vehicle and was under warranty. I called around to other lots and Paso Robles Ford was the only lot that was not offering a rental/loaner car to their customers when warranty issues occurred.I was not only upset about this I was shocked! Like I said I have been a loyal customer for years and the customer service from Kyle was upsetting. I finally spoke with the manger, Keven. He and the other manager Gary were the only bright spots of this experience. When I spoke with Keven he told me that I would have a vehicle during the time my car was repaired and it would not cost me. I was without a vehicle for 14 days. When my car was finally ready, I confirmed with Kyle that the rental was taken care by them and he said that is News to me. We are only paying $35 per day. Rental cars are expensive, as is everything these days. I was charged $168. For my rental while during the repairs on my vehicle that were no fault of mine.I called and Keven said to send him the invoice so I am hopeful he will take care of the balance.This experience caused so much stress on my family as well as myself. I still do not even know what exactly was wrong with my vehicle, as Kyle did not explain anything when we picked it up which does not make me feel confident about driving it. I also do not feel confident about taking it or any of our vehicles to this lot for repairs in the future. As a result of this experience I will not be doing business with this lot for future car purchases. They have lost a loyal Customer due to the poor service after the sale I received.

I ordered a Ford Maverick last year from Paso Ford. With the chip shortage and many production delays due to the pandemic the truck took over a year to arrive, but every step of the way Tony and Scott and the entire team at Paso Ford answered my questions and were very professional and pleasant to deal with!When I picked up the truck recently Scott was a perfect salesman. I was never pressured into buying any crazy packages, paint protections, etc., and the price we agreed on for the truck over a year prior was honored without hassle. Picking up and paying for the truck was easy. For future car purchases I will contact Paso Ford for the first chance at my business.

I looked around for weeks to find the perfect car, I found two that I was interested in. One was at Paso Robles Ford and the Other was at San Luis Obispo Toyota. I reached out to both dealerships around the same time. I set up a time to meet with Kevin Shannon with Paso Ford and when we got there he met my wife and I in the parking lot with the car I was looking at filled up, Parked right out front and ready for a test drive.We test drove the car and fell in love with it. The car was a bit out of our budget so we went over numbers and got to a more doable yet still out of budget price range.Kevin was honest with both me and my wife the whole time and so I did returned the favor and let him know that we had another car that was in our budget at a different dealership. He understood how important of a decision buying a car is and how he would like for us to be comfortable with our decision.We struck a deal where my wife and I would go test drive the other car and if we decided to come back and purchase the vehicle through him that he would fill up my wife's gas tank. That way we could explore all of our options. So we shook hands and I called the salesman at the other dealership while at Kevin's desk and told him we were on the way.We drove from Paso Robles to San Luis Obispo to view the other car. When we got there I had to find the door and wait for 5 minutes for the sales rep to approach me. I told him who I was and he said awesome let's go find the car. He then proceeded to walk me around the parking lot for 5 minutes looking for the car that he knew I was on the way to see.Come to find out, The car that he knew I was coming to see was locked in the garage getting it's battery charged and not only could I not see it, I also couldn't test drive it. He immediately took me to see another vehicle that was the opposite of what I was looking for when I had contacted him 5 days prior.This car model was known for having a ton of issues and recalls. I asked him about these recalls and he asked his boss and they were unable to answer weather or not that had been taken care of. It was an obvious bait and switch to get me into his dealership so he could try and sell me a different car. This sales rep did not care about what I wanted, Did not care that the car I was on the way to see was unavailable to test drive and he did not get my business.When we returned to Paso Ford, Kevin again greeted us in the parking lot, Filled my wife's gas tank and even walked my 2 year old son around in the rain so we could enjoy some much needed peace and quite while we did paper work.Kevin went above and beyond for us to make sure that we were comfortable with our decision. I could not recommend him enough if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.Everyone at Paso Ford was polite and friendly, Knowledgeable and we felt that they cared. We will definitely be back to upgrade my wife's car in the future.Thanks again Kevin!

Great experience! in at 8 am, out at 4 pm for a full transmission replacement on a dually! Other dealer told me they d have it for 3 weeks, it would be 15k . PR ford exceeded my expectations when they were able to do it same day, for almost half of another dealer quote I ll be ordering my trucks from them as well from now on.

Had my Edge towed into this dealership after the engine failed with less than 80k miles driven. Paso Robles Ford had my vehicle for TWO MONTHS. I picked it up to drive it back to Fresno, where I live, and the engine failed again on the highway. I would never trust this shop with important repairs again.UPDATE: After several months, my vehicle is back and better than ever. A special shout out to Jesse Troili, the service manager at Paso Ford. He remained dedicated to resolving my concerns and standing behind his team's work when corporate Ford refused to do the same. I am extremely grateful to him for seeing my concerns through and literally going extra miles to get me back into a fully functioning vehicle.
