Hands down, best auto shop in Paso. I have had a bad luck streak with mechanics in this area and I'm so glad I found Paso Robles Auto. They are honest, reasonable, and relatable. Huge thanks to Erik who worked with me practically all day to resolve the issue my car had. You're in good hands here!

Definitely knowledgeable and super friendly. Nothing but respect most other mechanics in Paso are rude and over charge. Go here!!! 3-19-24 just came back to get my smog done. Super quick and best price in Paso plus everyone who works here is chill and respectful. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE!!! COME HERE AND GET IT DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. These guys are awesome! I moved from SLO a few years ago and was sad to leave my lifelong mechanic. Happy to report we finally found an honest, nice business. They are fun to joke with when you walk in, and I feel like they actually care about your safety and giving you proper advice. They actually saved me money on a project. Can t recommend them enough! Erik is awesome. They have a great front desk crew.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Change of ownership, nice guy but uses unqualified, unreliable mechanics. Excuses kept my car for a week longer than the estimate and my road test immediately showed me the car was not drivable and I was quoted another week to get it looked at again. Had it towed to dealer in SLO and was told that cables had not been clamped back on properly and the transmission had been damaged. Ultimately I had to SCRAP the car after a lot of expense. Would never recommend unless ownership and mechanics change.

Excellent service made an appointment and they took my truck right in and started fixing it. It was done very quickly and Eric was straight up polite and honest. I will go back

I noticed my car was leaking coolant the Monday night before Thanksgiving, when I tried to get another shop to look at my vehicle I got no response,I was stressing out over missing Thanksgiving. I showed up to Paso Robles Auto Repair that following Tuesday morning and Erick and his team were more than happy to take on the work and found out my water pump was going out, they got me up and going the following day and even changed my oil for me for a more than reasonable price. Thanks again!

If you're looking for a mechanic, just go here, you won't regret it. Eric and the crew did a great job. Very honest prices and quick turnaround. They even came under their original quote which I didn't think happened these days.

Came in for a quick quote for my left driver s side tire. Ended up getting quoted to change all my tires for $300-$400.I didn t take up the offer because I just replaced 2 tires that have a tread of 10/32. Anyways I only came in to see how much it would replace just one tire & still came down to $295 with what he mentioned with labor to balance, ect.Very excessive all around, doesn t seem to add up especially since he mentioned in the beginning for all my tires it would be $300-$400, then only one tire cost close to the first option.Next time, don t try to upsell and keep it honest

My service at Paso Robles Repair Shop has always been excellent. Iam 84 years old woman and just got out of the hospital. Had problems with my car, and they arranged so my car would be first in line to be worked on. NOW I CAll THAT EXCELLENT SERVICES !!

Our car broke down on 101, we called their garage and told them that AAA will tow our car to them. They were great! The car had some major to minor issues but we had it back in a week or so. It is running Great. Definitely recommend this shop.

I had a fantastic experience at the paso robles auto repair shop I recently visited. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and they went above and beyond. I went to get my car smog checked so I could renew the registration. The service was prompt, and the pricing was fair. I'm grateful for their expertise and professionalism, and I'll definitely be returning for any future automotive needs. Highly recommended!

We have an older Toyota that drives great, except when it doesn't. Recently, we have spent top dollar at the SLO Toyota dealership for not the top service. So we gave these guys a try and they were great! Fixed the car in less time for less money.

Absolutely 100% satisfied! Erick and his team are great and did everything to make sure I was satisfied. I actually can down from Northern California to see family and got my car done at the same time for a better deal than at home. I will always make a trip for an honest mechanic.

I called about ordering 2 tires they didnt have them in stock so they ordered them for me they got there the very next day dropped my car off at noon and picked up at 5pm Erik was wonderful in keeping me in the loop on what was happening i will recommend them to everyone. They where Awesome! Thank you guys!

I had to get my car towed to Paso Auto Repair on a Friday afternoon. They were able to find the necessary part, install the part, and call me to pick it up before they left for the weekend. They did a great job communicating and working with me to get my car back as quickly as possible.

Paso Robles Auto Repair is the place to go!!! I had my a/c compressor and actuator fixed. First the quote was $1300+ for just the compressor then he looked around and got it down to $998. I really appreciate his efforts for finding a cheaper price!
