Great store and service. Had truck issues 200+ miles from home and Russell was great help! We picked up the parts before they closed and he walked us through how to get them changed out. Very thankful for him.

Super duper friendly and helpful when ever I go in looking for something for my cars and I even found some awesome monster truck toys there my son freaking loved it because we haven't seen the one they have anywhere else so pretty Kool man

Wow I've been impressed the past couple visits this year.. The staff is top notch and will do everything to help you out. Just have a little patience and they will get it sorted out. The prices seem to be a little less than usual to.. I'm sure they are working on being competitive with online prices.

Usually quick service, helpful employees, never had any disappointing service here so far and I get parts here all the time. Plenty of parking, easy to find not far off highway for out-of-towners. Fair to competitive prices.

Service is quick and helpful. They take the time to make sure you have all your needs the first time .They even had my O.E.M oil filter for my 2020 in stock .

It may not seem a big deal to you, but for this lady, choosing new windshield wipers, is like learning a foreign language. Larry at the Niblick, Paso Robles, made it so easy. He helped me choose a great set on sale! AND he offered to put them on for me. I'm a busy woman and was out of there HAPPY, not feeling ripped off, within 5 minutes. And he's a DOLL~Thanks, Larry. I'll be back. And no, I don't know him personally, way too young for me. Erica F

Don't dislike the place, just the upper management. Worked there for 10 years and only managed to make $14.00 an hour. Pathetic, considering my client base and working knowledge of automotive repair. I made the place millions and they paid me peanuts. Highly recommend "Rock Auto" online instead.

These guys that work hear it the New Black location have become some of the best customer service agents I've ever met. Larry is one of the most thoughtful managers I've ever met.

A lot of places will not even let you work on your car in the lot. The staff and other customers here helped me pull of an emergency alternator swap on a road trip. When I needed tools that weren t in the lend-out cart, they pulled them from the shelf. You can t buy this level of service from a BMW or Mercedes.

Pretty much have everything you need. If they don't have it they usually can get it within a few hours. Fast courteous employees regardless of whether you are male or female.

Typical of the chain, the store is clean and well stocked for most automotive needs and has knowlegeable staff to assist. Prices are reasonable.

O'Reilly on Niblick in Paso really came through for me.Napa had been promising a gasket for 3 days. Finally I ordered the specified gasket from O'Riellly on Niblick in Paso Ribles, then when it came in the next day the water pump took a different gasket. Chauncey (of O'Rielly) took his time searched and came up with an alternate gasket that fit perfectly.YAY!!! Jose and Chauncey of O'Reilly spent time to make sure my repair could stay on track.WORLD CLASS SERVICE at great prices!Thank you O'Reilly, Jose, and Chauncey

They were very helpful, went in to have my battery tested(for free), even though my battery was bad and is going to cost me 150 for a new one, they told me it was going to take an hour and only took about 20 min.

Coolant hose burst, hours away from local jaguar dealership. Jonathan found me a tow truck and local mechanic. Basically saved the day. Angels do exist. Thank Johnathan, and O'Reilly's!
