I don't usually have a problem going here as I found it much better than Auto Zone, but the young man behind the counter was using inappropriate language with the customer in front of me. He didn't seem to care. Otherwise I don't mind coming here. Hopefully his supervisor or story manager sets him straight.

The guys at the King City O'Reilly's are a great group of people. Very knowledgeable and assertive to the consumer's needs.And I have to give them credit for going above and beyond.I had a situation with a customer where her alternator went out. I was about 25-30 miles away and I only had 5 minutes to get there to the King City O'Reilly's.The crew there told don't worry, we'll stand by. The crew stayed open long enough for me to get there and get the much needed parts and supplies I needed.Had everything set up on the counter and billed, just had to pay and go.Thank you to those who have been there to help me, help others.Eddie and Joel, special thanks.Because it was a cold dark night, and she was stuck between King City and Paso Robles.

Great customer service and a motivated crew to get you what your looking for ASAP! Furthermore, the assistant manager has helped me tremendously with the right advice and parts going on five years or so now!

Mossy of the staff is knowledgeable most are friendly sometimes I leave very unsatisfied. But more often than not they have what I need unless it's for a vw.. I've had a few tones that they told me unable to get part at all when other stores have had it in stock. Price is usually higher here than other auto supply chains.

My power steering pump pressure switch was dumping fluid. I barely made it into the parking lot at Spring St. The guys gave me tools and a employee went and got me a part from another store. Total professionalism and top notch customer service. Thank you.

Michael was so helpful and nice to me!! I have never met a man so enthusiastic about his workplace. He cared so much about me as a customer and I felt so at home shopping here! This store has earned my loyalty forever as long as you keep employees as good as Michael around :) This really made my one trip to California not a disaster when my car broke down. I'll have to come back here when I visit my family and recommend it to all those who live around here!!! Thank you Michael

Just save your time and go to the auto zone across the street. The reason I go to these places is because I need help on what my truck need. Not just a guess, guy didn t even try to look it up waste of time. Auto zone guys were awesome plus it was cheaper.

Always very Helpful, Professional and Friendly People who work here. They actually go out of their way and helped me install my headlights free of charge. I tried to tip them a few different times and they said no thank you just Yelp us out. Blessings.

So I ordered a transmission from here with an employer who worked at o'Reilly's for over 30years he stated. Yet he forgot to get the needed info which delayed us two weeksI had to get a full refund because of this as it would have taken another two weeks to get to us. We were stranded in Paso for over a month because of his mistake. Which is so disappointing. He also didnt wear a mask most of the times it was falling off his face. I don't recommend at all this place. Autozone was way more helpful and were able to assist me correctly and quickly. I still want to talk to a manager as he was so rude and spaced out, and didnt care a bit for our situation. Couldn't even take the right Info.

I don't use O'Reilly's often however I got to say the assistance is excellent! with one of the ladies that helped us find our light bulb and even came out and showed me how to put it in correctly. This is why I'm giving it 5 stars. prices were average.

Went in after being rudely turned away from AutoZone with unprofessional service. All I wanted was to have my battery tested since the light came on. O'Reilly greeted my with fast, super friendly service, checked my battery and alternator for free, both of which were good and offered a suggestion on what else might be making the battery light go on. O'Reilly just gained a customer for life and AutoZone lost one for good. Highly recommend taking your business to the friendly team at O'Reilly Auto Parts.

I was in Paso Robles for the Zinfandel Festival last month, and the battery in my car died. I called on Saturday night and Roy confirmed he had a battery that would my car. I managed to push start the car Sunday morning and made it to the store. Tom, the store manager, and Roy were a great help, and as I didn't have any tools they replaced the battery for me. It's tough to find good service like this, can't thank you guys enough!

The O'Reilly employee was very helpful...retrieved all my items I needed...carried them to my car...friendly, nicely dressed...it was so nice to be treated properly with the employee getting what I needed. Keep up the great work O'Reilly

Had a return on parts no needed. No issues. Course.parts were untouched and had not been installed.All.the.while keeping socal distancing to a 6 foot distance. High 5 team.

Excellent service at this Oreilly's on Spring street. Alvaro made our day. we had experienced some terrible service at a auto service place. They tried to strong arm us into buying their wind shield blades when we said we wanted to check other prices they were very rude there at Jiffy Lube.Alvaro came to our aid at Oreilly's on Spring Street. He not only gave us good service but checked on another place that was a cheaper price and honored that price for us. We were so happy it saved us money and Alvaro installed the wipers also. What service. Thank You Alvaro :-)

Last month I stopped in while on the road, needing wiper blades, a tail light replaced, and a few other items. I received outstanding service - especially from Chauncey and Tom. It's hard to find places today where people actually care, and these folks do it well.

Anytime I need a part for my car,jeep or rv this is my first choice. They are helpful and even installed my batteries before and my windshield wipers. Great service and knowledge.

Service is slow and mediocre at this location even in non-busy times. The workers seemed to lack a sense of urgency to assist customers when I went there . It was just me and another customer and still took a good 10 to 15 minutes before getting helped. There were at least two employees I saw when I went there.
