This business supports the local. I like that. But, the Hero was Ben. He was very helpful, super kind, friendly & professional. We have a minor issue with underneath the van. We called ahead when we pulled in, and he came greeted us. Offered us the coffee & T.V. in the office. Did not take advantage of 3 women who know nothing about cars. We can't, thanks him enough. We really appreciate how genuinely such a good human being is. Lots of love from Apple & the gang

Hi my Name is Danielle, this is Not a Quality 1st plumbing post, but a me post. I don t know how to switch to my other email on this IPhone! Anyway, I have received some great service here, Benjamin got my car taken care of and made sure it was safe and we were treated with kindness and curiosity the entire time. He has done an outstanding and time efficient job each time I have taken my vehicle in. The rest of the staff, was nice too. They all deserve so much praise for their hard work. I hope the owner realizes how valuable this staff is.

Been coming here for over a year now and I m always impressed with the outstanding service and customer support, and this last visit was the best I ve had. The manager Ben, gave me very much insight and a great deal on the service. Will absolutely be returning for more quick, reliable, and well priced services in the future.

I dread getting oil changes at this place, every time I leave I swear it ll be the last time. But sometimes the convenience of short wait time outweighs the fear tactics they use here. Today really was the last time. I pulled up and asked for an oil change. As usual within a few minutes he came walking up with different parts of my car wanting to replace them all, plus some others he couldn t bring in with him, when I declined he pushed further, making me feel like my car would make it out of the parking lot if I didn t spend at least the additional money for some filters. I finally get out of there and in my car I noticed a box I had on my floorboard that was upside down was flipped right side up. I know it was upside down because I intentionally flipped it over moments before arriving and I noticed a tear on the bottom of the box. Nothing from the box was missing but was flipped over and not because they vacuumed, because they didn t vacuum, wash windows or check my tire pressure. Then when he put my cabin air filter back in he didn t even put the fabric front filter back, just put it in my glove box, so I had to take it all apart again. And they charge an additional $5 for non-featured oil . They didn t give my an option. They advertise $99 for a synthetic oil change that s really $118.00

Quick in and out oil change!! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. And not trying to put in extras just because they consult with clients first. Definitely recommend going there!!!

Met Ben. Not really sure what was wrong with my car. I mentioned a braking noise and they knocked out their preventative maintenance steps. They removed my tire, inspected, and found nothing wrong. They put everything back on. After I got my car back, they said they found nothing, but it was a good thing they looked into the issue, and it was no charge!I'm coming back to get my oil change. This is an honest place and I'm coming back. Thanks Ben for looking into my problem.

Passing through decided to get oil change done boy was I disappointed!!! The first thing they said oh, you have a skid plate? Of course. Well, we had oil change done, about 1 hour down the road, sounded like we ran over something lord and behold... It was our skid plate!! They didnt reattach it correctly!! We could of caused or been in an accident. Never have I seen such incompetence from workers! I'm so disappoi ted. Never againService: Oil change

Ben and his are crew awesome! Some say that "honest mechanic" is an oxymoron. Well, that is not true about Ben. He is definitely a man of his word and provides excellent service. He's changed my oil in the past and offered free estimates for brake service. Yesterday, he was backed up towards the end of the day and wasn't sure if he could get me in for an oil change, but said that if I would be the 1st one in the next morning, he could get me in-and-out in 20 minutes and would give me a discount. Sure enough, he opened on the dot at 8 AM, and I was the 1st customer. He actually had me in-and-out in 18 minutes with a full oil change service and topped off the fluids. He honored his word and gave me a discount too, and this was all on New Years Eve! I highly recommend Ben and his crew and the excellent service they provide.Service: Oil change

Highly recommended. Friendly and competent people. Fair prices and quick work. Made it easy to go have lunch and walk the square while work was going on. I like their style and their prices. Came in for oil change and coolant flush.

The fact that you now have to get out of the car and let someone else drive your car in is the reason I won t come back! Safety reasons? Please ridiculous new rules.

We were in a pretty tough bind considering the issue and our planned schedule. We thoroughly explained our situation. Ben not only under understood, he delivered various suggestions and explanations on why our issue happened. He exceeded all expectations and feel very lucky to have rolled in. The service was friendly, quick and easy. Would highly recommend. Simply put, good people that care about their customers.

I had the most amazing experience here!!! They were so nice and really worked with me on pricing. The mechanic even came in a few times to explain to me how things worked in my car and showed me the difference in spark plugs and really thoroughly explained everything I had questions about!! 10/10 you can t beat the customer service and quality here!

Have been using this garage for about 4 yrs for oil changes & coolant change type service. They do an OK job usually. Today took my light truck in for oil change. They were done in 4 minutes. Their charge for simple oil change now has gone up about $10. When I got home looked at the bill & realized they had done none of the other 15 standard checks that they had marked as completed. No windshield clean, vacuum, washer fluid, etc. I'm going to find a new service garage.Service: Oil change

I came here to get an oil change done while I was on vacation away from home because my change oil light when on. My husband is usually the one to take care of the oil change on my car but was unable to do it before I left on my trip due to sickness. I call before hand to inquire on service and availability and get quoted a starting price of $$85. Time of service depends on how busy they are when I come in, the guy says. I make it out there when there is only one other car in shop. They take my car in immediately and I expect it to be done in 15 minutes, as he told me if there was no wait. I wait nearly 30 minutes with my dogs tied up before I get the report that the guy can't open my oil pan to change the oil. He doesn't have a 10mm standard tool to release the bolt. But he has "easy-outs" but not in the correct size, which he has already used that have damaged the head on the bolt. It's apparent he'd been trying for a while to open the pan with no luck and tells me it was the previous shop's fault. Angry and panicked, I contact a Chevy dealership 30 min away and get quoted $2010 to do a full labor to repair and replace the oil pan. They refuse to even look at the car unless I'm ready to do the job. I return home traveling over 130+ miles and ask my husband to take it to the previous shop's to figure out what happened. The workers there didn't take more than 5 minutes to let my husband know that the bolt was tampered with and now I need the entire pan replaced. Thanks guys. I would have appreciated more honesty from you.

Good people. I wasn t in the best of moods when I called Lube-n-Go for the first time. I was certainly less than friendly with the guy on the phone. This didn t seem to phase him, he was nice and kind. It was almost as if he felt it was his job to make my day better. They earned my business before I ever walked in.

These guys do a good job but it seems like an imposition to have them do an oil change. A couple oil changes ago I asked for a price for my Honda Accord and the answer was "A lot". I waited for them to tell me and they just stared so I left. Not a lot of options in Paso so you're stuck.

I have been going to lube and go for years. The people are friendly and helpful, they give you options and report to Carfax which I like. Depends on the time and day as to how long you'll wait but in my experience it's quick and thorough.

These guys that work here are weird and they make you feel ucomfortable with the way they act. Maybe smelling too much motor oil went to their heads, anyhow, they smogged my car fast and got me outta there pretty fast. Price for smog is alittle higher than most places but there was no wait to get my car in and get her done. Guess it was worth it for the added cost.

Didn't do what they said they were going to do. Selling me the full fluid flush and fill they said that they "will drain, fill and flush my system multiple times". I watched them merely drain and refill one time. On the way home I had to pull off on the side of the highway because they didn't latch the hood. *pay attention and take some pride in your work.

Did a great job on the oil change. Didnt take long. Drove another 3000 miles soon after (few weeks) checked oil. Still great and full. ! From California to Minnesota to florida. And oil was still great.!

Had a brake light that was out and stopped by for a quick fix, and Brayden couldnt have been more helpful. The experience was professional and had ideal custer service. These guys are timely, attentive and highly reccomend this group - will be back for future needs.
