This Paso Robles Jiffy Lube team is simply the best! They check everything thoroughly, keep track of everything with care, offer solutions to issues outside of their control and do it all with competence, speed and genuine kindness. I recently compared pricing between a couple of Jiffy Lube locations and found Paso Robles to be the best pricing as well.

Very overpriced for an oil change especially with the price of synthetic dropping to near regular oil prices. As usual they always try to upsell you with overpriced services and MAKE you feel that they are necessary. I recommend going to your local mechanic over Jiffy Lube even though it is convenient, hence the reason for two stars instead of one star.Revised reviewThe area manager Gene reached out to me after my review above and put things in perspective. It is the customers choice in the end and you shouldn t base your opinion on price and more so on convenience and your time and after a survey of the area and local dealerships their prices are in line with the services they offer so I am changing my 2-star review to a 4-star review.

This JiffyLube saved us! We had had work done the day before, driven 4 hours to Paso Robles for vacation only to discover that our oil had drained and sprayed everywhere. They were kind, meticulous, communicative and as efficient as possible given the mess! Each person there was all the above, and Jose, the manager, was the best! Highly recommend!

Service was good. The shop was busy when I arrived so in took about an hour. I haven t used Jiffy lube much in awhile. I was surprised I was charged for installing a new cabin filter when they already had to reinstall the old if I didn t purchase a new one. And there was an extra charge for replacing the wiper blades. The tech didn t mention a fee for either replacement other than the cost of the part.

On 12/13/23 I went to the Jiffy Lube in Paso Robles. It was relatively quiet and to my benefit the service was completed in short order.The greeter and cashier were pleasant and professional. I looked over the invoice and seemed a complete check was made. Normally I would expect Jiffy Lube to kind of do a baseline check of things listed on their invoice, but they went a little above that expectation on my visit. The lower bay employee note that the steering boots are cracked and came into the waiting room to inquire about tire pressure as I have over rated tires on my vehicle.My only gripe is about the ever increasing price at Jiffy Lube for which the employees have no control over.Overall great service on this visit, 5 stars.

Not only did they do an oil change but they topped off my brake fluid , checked my air filter and told me my cabin filter needed to be replaced (I wasn t even aware of a cabin filter and it was filthy). Their price was very reasonable and I am very pleased with their service. I highly recommend them. They also did the work with no appointment.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Gentleman that greeted me was friendly and told me I needed to pay for my replacement windshield wipers before they could put them on. Went inside and ladies had rude tone stated I pay after service is done. The service was done fast and I was put of the in 15 minutes.

The personnel was very nice, but it seemed very unorganized with personnel work assignments. I arrived around 1130am didn't leave until 145pm, I had 4 new tires put on, they had to go get 2 more somewhere else. But after they arrived, my car just sat there with no one working on installing the tires. While I was there another person was having an oil changed but somehow they drained the transmission fluid, not the oil, had to go and find transmission fluid from another shop. Again personnel was nice, but very unorganized personnel on work assignments. Will not return for any type of service.JW

Speedy service, Friendly staff, Comfortable lounge area. A bit pricey if used as a one-stop-shop, but depends how much your time is worth to you. My dad took his SUV here for an oil change. Ended up getting an oil change and a cabin air filter change. Even with a Senior discount the prices are ridiculous. I checked his car the next day and noticed the Low oil light was on. I told him to take it back and have them fix it. Not once did it leak any oil. HOW DO YOU GO TO A PLACE OF BUSINESS THAT SPECIALIZES IN OIL CHANGES AND THEY DO NOT PUT ENOUGH OIL IN!!!!! Above and beyond that they have a quality control person working who checks the individual's work. How did this HUGE mistake get past two people?

I needed an oil change just an oil change nothing more...I understand that up selling is part of the deal and leads to more sales and in its own way important.Those working on the oil change seemed to be bored and more interested in what was in the vehicle. Half the employees looked and dressed much like homeless individuals. I get it..working on vehicles is dirty n messy but have a little pride in yourself..and in what you're doing. The individual that was adding new oil, was messy about it, spilled oil, tried to clean it (with an oily dirty rag) used a spray to help but really didn't seem to care much. Left only hand prints didn't take the timeWhen it was noticed that I was watching, there was alot of standing around that some individuals started finding or looked busy...I very much regret getting the oil changed and definitely will NOT be back. I took a chance and failed lesson learned. On a plus note..the lobby waiting area was clean

I was greeted by a nice young gentleman who walked me inside where I was greeted by a nice young lady who walked me through what they were going to do to my car. I was in and out in less than an hour. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why. I was also given tips on car care and an error with my tire. I appreciated the time they took to personalize my visit.

Oil got changed, 45 mins. Unable to rotate tires, (said cross threaded lug). Didn t know the proper tire pressure for the tires. Didnt vacuum as claimed.

Every time I go here they push tires on me. Once just six months after I had just bought 4 brand new tires from this Jiffy Lube. This last time they refused to do a tire rotation because one of my tire treads was too low. I look at the tire and it looks fine, I think their tire tread computers are faulty.

I went there to get my oil changed and tires rotated. They only did the oil change. Previous places would call me to confirm if things come up or they have recommendations but these guys didn t. So I have to make another appointment elsewhere to get the rest of the stuff done.

Very friendly people, process they use could improve. For example they couldn t add tire rotation to estimate which made final price a lot more then estimate.

I was super disappointed in this place.. on memorial day, I called in the morning before driving into town 35 miles, to make sure they were open and how late. I was told they were open until 6:30. I arrived at 2:50 and was refused service because they decided to close early. I explained that I had called and was told they were open and would be until 630. The bats were still open and they were several guys there still working. I needed to leave at 5sm in the morning for an emergency road trip... No go!!! I understand that it was a holiday and i was super grateful that they were open at all.. But come on!! Customer service is key guys!

Service was good and fast. Upset that driver window was put down after specifically asking it not be put down as it does not always on up properly.
