OUTSTANDING customer service. Traveling through Paso Robles on a Sunday and discovered a slow leak with one of our RV tires. Tried the big tire shop and they wouldn t even look at it. Called Gutierrez Tire Shop and he met us at his shop. Took the tire off in the pouring rain and couldn t find a leak. Thought it might be the TPMS. Checked that and no leak. Tightened the tire valve and sent us on our way without charging us anything. Highly recommend this tire shop. Genuine concern for our safety. Thank you!

Just passing through town on a Sunday afternoon and stopped for lunch. Noticed that I had a badly leaking stem valve when I returned to my vehicle. Found this place in Google maps and I was in and out in under a half hour. The cost was very reasonable and the service was excellent. This guy is a saint.

We got a flat tire on a Sunday. These guys were open, in less than 20min we were back on our way. Highly recommend, more than fair price and excellent service.

Had a tire mess - traveling up from LA . Ivan was great and did everything i needed to find the matching tire i needed. Only guy who did not put you on hold at all for 45 mins. Great service and price. Support small businesses like this !

We were stranded waiting for a tow truck on a Sunday. We had a flat tire and because it was a Tesla we weren t able to find anyone who was open a and could fix it.Juan and Rosa drove to where we were, took our tire to their shop, broaught it back and put it back on. It was as good as new.They saved us from a stressful night.We are grateful for their expertise and generous, friendly service. Thank you!!!!

Mr. Gutierrez is very helpful. I called and asked every shop to help me with my car problem and nobody wanted to help me in Paso Robles. I called Gutierrez and he helped me out right away my car was their for less then 10 minutes highly recommended this shop !! He doesn t only do tires give him a call and tell him your issue with your vehicle and he will assist in whatever the problem may be.

They took great care of us after a tire blowout on our tour bus. Made it to the gig on time and we paid a fair amount for a replacement tire.
