Have always had a great experience with Adam in service. He always takes care of whatever we need on the cars and makes sure to update us when things change. I feel like I can really trust him and Ford.

Check in was fast, I did not have to wait. I was given a shuttle ride home. They were well ahead of their estimated completion time and then sent a Lyft to pick me up. Overall, I was very impressed, and being offered a Lyft at no cost to me was surprising.

I really liked my experience with Paso Ford! Adam and Greg are great at the Service Dept as well as Jesse at Parts. I would not trust anyone else with my vehicle in the shop accept for Jose. There were a few misunderstandings at what needed to be done to my vehicle but they went beyond my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone!

My car didn't start when I was going into work at 5 Am. I called to see if I could bring it and they said it was okay so I had my car towed from heritage. Car was there two weeks before I got it back and all they did was change my battery. Charged me a little over 300. The 2nd day of my car being home it didn't start again at 5 AM. I called and left a voice-mail to see if I should bring it back or not because I left it there for 2 weeks before. It's been three days no call back. Do what you will with this information.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Don't go here!! They fix one thing and mess up another and aren't held accountable for it, costing us hundreds of dollars we weren't expecting to spend. You are better off driving to SLO.

Ford dealership took my car for one whole week didn't do any work that I requested i ended with more problems in my vehicle than I started with they charge me an arm and a leg
