I have used several different car audio companies in the SLO area, with varying results but there is only one I would recommend to friends nowadays, and it's Drive Customs. My truck wasn't simple, but Jesse went out of his way to contact manufacturers, procure parts and even provide multiple levels of accurate quotes immediately after my initial inquiry. The install is seemless, factory-looking even. A+++ service, turnaround, and overall satisfaction as a now loyal customer. There's a reason he's trusted by many police customizations and fleet vehicles. Look no further. This is your guy.

I gave these guys a little bit of a curveball, and brought them a partially installed lighting system.They saw me quickly, buttoned the whole system up and running in a super clean factory way.Very impressed and very reasonable pricing.

Drive Customs is legit! Moved to the area about a year ago and shopped a couple of stores out for pricing on subwoofer installs for my S4. These guys were slightly more expensive than the other places but I knew as soon as I walked in, these guys knew what they were doing. Lance and Jesse are extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I recently upgraded from the S4 and took my new car to Drive Customs to reinstall my subs and once again was extremely happy with the work they did. You can trust these guys no matter what car you have. They will get the job done right the 1st time, every time. Thanks again Lance and Jesse

I went to Drive Customs for my new deck and sub two seperate times and both times were awesome. Very knowledgeable and professional. I've even gone in multiple times and asked questions after my installs and they have been more then helpful to help with my problems. Prices are reasonable and work is top notch. This is the only place I go in SLO for my cars.

I live in a town a 3hr. drive from This company and have made this company my go to place for any and all stereo work to be done on my car. I have had alot of stereo installs done to my cars in the past and consider Drive Customs to be the BEST by far. Jay and his crew go that extra mile and are in my opinion top notch (the BEST) in all areas of stereo installs and knowledge. i don't mind making that long drive to have the work being done to my car done right and perfect.

I went to multiple places in town to get a system put in my 2007 Dodge Ram. No one could really help me. It was insane how I could not give money to someone to fix my problem! Jesse was amazing! He knew exactly what I needed got me in before my big move and did a beautiful job! I know want to drive my hauling truck every day! There is no where else to go in town for your car audio needs.

Great customer service. They go the xtra mile in answering questions and are not constantly trying to up sale u. They come across genuine and like they care about you and your circumstances. They have a life time customer out of me and I recommend them to any one who is looking to do after market work on their vehicle.

They fixed all the damages from a horrible shop I went to an Atascadero, they were so accommodating and helpful and did not try to upsale me. I will be going back for more customizations for my cars :)
