Great experience, from the first phone call, to the time I was handed my keys, I couldn't have been more pleased. My car was hit on the passenger side. Needed new bumper, headlight, front side panel, right front door and hood. As a caregiver, I couldn't get my mom in the front seat as my door wouldn't open. It was such a mess. Everyone at Davis was so accommodating, kind and professional. Very honest with letting me know it would take a bit of time to get all the different parts needed. Once they got my car and started working on it, it took a day longer than estimated. I got a call regarding the completion date change. Great customer service! When I picked up the vehicle I was so very pleased with the quality of work. Great paint match! Great experience! I will continue giving this establishment any and all business!!!

When completing the repair for small fender dent in July, Davis called me to say the AC was not working and that the control module was bad. I thought this was strange as the AC/lights/everything worked perfectly after the accident and even when I dropped it off for repair. So Davis replaces the module, tells me the car is ready. Now the right headlight is not working. I take it back and after 5-10 days, they tell me they can't fix it and I need to take it elsewhere. They supposedly even had an "expert" come in to diagnose/fix the problem. I go to pick up the car after hours and the battery is dead just to add to my frustration. Davis tells me the module failed due to condensation. The odds of the module failing during the first five days of repair are so small that its ridiculous. Possible but very unlikely. When i had the car repaired, Mazda said that Davis put in the wrong module, didn't replace the headlight fuse. Who knows what else they did while fixing my car.I presented DAB with my expenses to repair my electrical and they have reimbursed me. Thank you DAB for standing behind your work.

I will have to say this is the worst experience I ve ever had with an auto body shop as soon as we took the estimate and we walked in their computers were down so they took copies of everything and tried to set some thing up to get some things fixed on our Tucson ..we re waiting for a new bumper and a new back door hatch so we set everything up with our insurance company through Allstate Allstate sent these people to check on 18 August and then we come to find out today, the 28th of August The woman at the front desk said that she never received the check so after a lot of back-and-forth calls through the insurance company Alstate said that they confirmed the address and sent the check .then the woman@Davis auto proceeds to tell us that she doesn t pick up her mail directly there that it is actually dropped off at the Chevy dealership out front ! so now we had to cancel a $3400 check and start the process all over again ! completely dropping the ball. Don t think I ll ever recommend anyone ever want to come here after this type of unprofessionalism .

So I have gone to them on multiple occasions and none of the times have I been in a good mood given the circumstances and these professionals are just absolutely amazing! They will do absolutely anything possible to give you the best service possible in a timely manner and always take the very best care of my family. I was hit and they were booked out for a week, they requested photos and did an estimate by photo to get the claim rolling so there wouldn't be a delay, I had an estimate in hours. I won't go anywhere else ever! 10/10 recommend.

Well no one wants to have to be using a body shop but if you need one Davis is great. Jason was a pleasure to work with and so was Ann in the office. Plus my car was done earlier than predicted and they did an amazing job looks like new and was finished sooner than expected, but their service is amazing. Jason kept me informed of everything and was a pleasure to work with. Ann in the office was always friendly and took care of getting the rental car on time. I can't comment on their prices as the other parties insurance company paid for everything and they sent me to Davis Auto Body, but I highly recommend their service & workmanship.

My imported Ford van got clobbered and needed serious body work. My insurance agent recommended Davis Auto Body. It took a few weeks to get parts, repairs and painting completed, but it was worth the wait. They did a beautiful repair, and completed the work four days earlier than forecast. In a flashback to the past, when good service was expected, they even cleaned the interior! Davis seemed pricey but very good!

I know you delete your negative reviews but I m leaving this here anyways for the few people who might get to read this before deciding what shop to take their vehicles.Do not go here. Please.Davis Autobody Shop is, without a doubt, one of the most incompetent and unprofessional experiences I ve had with a business here in Paso. Their lack of communication and lack of attention to detail put me out without my car for over a month and put my vehicle at a serious risk of being totaled. This was over the course of August and September of this year.Though I would love to, I can t list out all the things that went wrong from start to finish. The primary thing you need to know about Davis is that they are sexist and extremely negligent.First, they could not manage to call me at any point during this ordeal. They preferred instead to call my father, who has nothing to do with the care of my vehicle. I see no reason why my father was called other than the fact that he s an older man. I asked them several times to please call me. Gave them my phone number and everything. It never happened.Secondly, and most importantly, even after discussion of the exact damages over the phone, Jason did not oversee the repair of my radiator which was the primary reason I brought it in in the first place. He sounded surprised there was even an issue with it. Even after I called to tell him my engine was overheating once I had picked it up from Davis.Caliber Collisions found a fairly large crack in the radiator the next day... it was repaired within the week. Absolutely crazy how much Davis managed to mess things up.Please, do not go here!!

My car needed my rim replaced after my accident. When they returned my car, it still had the damaged rim. Also, my headlight wasn t turning on after the accident. When they returned my car the light wasn t turning on. Please check on everything that needs to be replaced before you leave that place. My other car I was in a accident with took about a month to get back! I regret giving this place a second chance. Don t go here. Go to caliber collision ! I will say their staff is friendly tho.

We are "repeat" customers for many years! As always the team is beyond awesome! Jason and Anne are nice and professional. They treat us as family. Jason is in a field of his own in talking with us about our granddaughter's vehicle! He definitely gave us peace of mind! Also, whenever we pick up our vehicle it is spotless inside and out! We took one vehicle to competitor once as the dealership was paying. I was so disappointed that the car wasn't cleaned like it is at Davis!

I was very pleased with not only the repair done by Davis but also their professionalism. Jason was courteous and explained the work to be done in clear terms. I was sent regular texts to keep me up to date on the progress of the repairs and the job was finished in the time schedule he had estimated. I would recommend Davis for any auto body work that needs to be done.

I was in accident in beloved 04 rubicon Jeep. It was unexpected accident. I was devastated because I take such good care of my Jeep. Davis auto body restored my vehicle to amazing condition better than even I had seen before the accident. This was 3 years ago. Great service.Everyone was very nice and knew what to do. Would highly recommend your shop. Jason,Ann and Edgar were very helpful. My car was just like new when I picked it up. I'm glad that Jason helped me I didn't have to get another car.

You guys made a bad experience good. Fast efficient aprasal. Got the parts fast and had us in before we expected. Then had the car done 2 days early. It looks like new. Love you guys, just hope I don't need you again. Don't take it the wrong way!Well I back again . Your service is still great.

Went in to replace a broken tail light, and fix a spot on my rear bumper. After 3 days I got my car back. To my surprise, they detailed the exterior and interior of my car. It looks almost brand new. Talk about going above and beyond. I am significantly more than impressed. Thank you everyone at Davis Auto Body!!!

It's kind of an oxymoron to talk about having a great experience with an auto body shop; your car's been damaged, stress levels are high, and it's a terrible hassle. Well, welcome to the world of Davis Auto Body. Everyone we had contact with was friendly, professional, and a joy to work with. They understood they were working on something important to us and they understood the stress having an accident creates. We cannot speak too highly of the Davis team and certainly will return to them should we have need again for auto body repair. Our car looks terrific and was ready ahead of schedule!

Nobody likes to take your car to a body shop, however Davis Body shop made it a pleasure. From the initial phone call to arrange an estimate to the actual pick up of the completed job was handled in a professional manner. They arranged for a rental car to pick me up when I delivered my car and all the paper work was completed in a prompt efficient manner. My car's repair was completed sooner than promised and looked like new. I will Rx. Davis to everyone I know. 5 star rating in all respects. Jack Hixon Paso Robles

Person at the front desk was very professional always kept me updated through the entire process. No issues with work done on vehicle.They did a awesome job on it. Love that they clean ur vehicle from inside/tires as well. Would strongly recommend this place. P.S watch out for young Hispanic male with earrings working in garage. He gives you a mean face like your his enemy.

Amazing staff and high quality work. I always trust Jason and the team. This is the second car I've had to bring in after an accident. Jason helped work out details with my insurance company and gave me tips on a faulty part he noticed on my Impala. I trust them whole-heartedly.

This was my first experience with collision repair, I was a little nervous and had no idea what to expect. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful every step of the way. My truck looks amazing, like nothing ever happened! And I even picked it up cleaner (inside and out) than I left it! Absolutely thrilled with the entire experience. I wouldn't dare go anywhere else in the future!Seriously, these guys rock!

I have gone to Davis Auto Body more times than I care to admit over the past 3 decades. They are still as terrific as they were in 1986, and I wouldn't want to take my business anywhere else. Friendly, helpful, efficient folks, and always excellent reconstruction.

Since beginning everyone in the office was very polite and helpful. Office staff followed up every step in a timely manner. I like the way Jason fixed my car. My car came back as brand new.Thank you

I was 'bumped' in a parking lot while I was in shopping, so when I came out I was upset about having a dent in my car. I called my insurance company and they gave me 3 body shops to choose from and because of such a good reputation I chose Davis Body Shop in Paso Robles. It was painlessfrom then on and my car was ready one day ahead of the scheduled date. You'd never know that there was any damage, they did a perfect job. (from beginning to end).

Jason from the Davis auto body in Paso Robles has great customer service. Jason made it easy and convenient to repair our truck. They meet and exceed our expectation.
