Hi, working for a Federal agency we needed a One Stop Sales and Service Center for the multiple pieces of off-road and trailer equipment we use in maintaining your Public Lands. Management is very pleased we have a qualified group of Service and Sales Individuals that handled all of our Service and Purchase needs with Aplomb.My background was 36 years with BMW and I operated my own BMW Shop in Newport Beach, Ca. for 29 years. I am a olive farmer in San Miguel.I purchased a Bob Cat utility vehicle two months ago. Mike the sales manager helped me resolve some minor problems with the vehicle. It s hard to find a local shop that sells a variety of cool bikes and offers quality service. California Customs did a great job servicing my Africa Twin. The cost was reasonable, the work was done in a short time and my bike was even returned with a full tank of fuel. I wouldn t hesitate to have service work done again and highly recommend them for your service or purchase needs.

Tiana made buying my trailer and bins painless! She was very friendly, had an awesome personality and knew her products well! I had an estimate emailed to me within an hour and was in business within a week! Definitely one of the best salespeople I ve had to deal with! If you call California Custom Trailers, Definitely ask for Tiana!

We lost a belt on our Victory Cross Country and had to be towed to California Custom trailers and Powersports. They put our belt back on and adjusted it and were on our way. Made it back to San Diego with no problem. Thanks for the great service !!

Good people. Just bought my new KTM 690 there. Jessica and Manny were kind enough to price match the dealers in Los Angeles and Fresno. I was able to keep my business local and will return next time.

Editing to add: the manager of California Custom called me shortly after this review posted and offered to sell the machine at the original quoted price. Even though he was CC'd on all emails with the salesman regarding the price change and my displeasure, he never cared to reach out or make a compromise until after I posted this review. That should tell you what kind of business they run.If I could give 0 stars I would.I'm not sure if this place as an issue with deceptive sales staff, management, ownership, or all three but I would advise anyone thinking of doing business here to go somewhere else.In November I inquired about a Bobcat MT100 and was told that one was coming in February, but that if I put down a deposit the sale would be considered "retail" and it would expedite the delivery and it would come in January. The salesman gave me a quote for the machine and attachments, I accepted and signed a Purchase Agreement for that price. I then canceled an order with a different dealer as California Custom promised they could have the machine sooner and at a better price. The salesman contacted me by email, phone, and text multiple times a day for two days straight until I paid the deposit, then he fell off the face of the earth. No contact at all, no response to my emails, no returned phone calls, nothing. January came and went, still no response. February 13th I get a call from the salesman telling me my machine was delivered and is ready to be picked up, and that he will send me a follow up email. He then calls me and says Bobcat prices changed as of the first of the year so he would send me a new quote, even though I signed the Purchase Agreement in November of the previous year. I originally told the salesman I wanted to complete the transaction before the first of the year for tax purposes for my business, he said no problem but then would not return correspondence causing the first of the year to come and go. His new quote was $5,300 more than the SIGNED Purchase Agreement, to which I was obviously livid. California Custom refused to honor the purchase agreement price, but offered a paltry two free services and discounts on parts. Why they think I would trust them to keep their word after they already broke it is beyond me.Their sales tactics are bait and switch, unethical, and dishonest. They lied to me and wasted 3 months of my time. As a local contractor they will never have my business. If you value your time, money, and honesty I suggest you go somewhere else. If I was the owner of this business I would be deeply embarrassed at the way my representatives were conducting business.They claim to have mailed me a refund on my deposit, I will believe it when I see it.

I was interested in purchasing a KTM 690 SMC R, I ran into Manny the sales manager witch was very kind and greeted me at the door , i told him i was interested in buying the KTM 690 he said he didn't have one in stock but would be happy to find me one . So later the next day he told me he found one some were in so cal and drove down there for me and picked up the bike him self , that being said it was excellent customer service and going above the call of duty witch shows a lot about the dealership. I got my bike the next day and couldn't be happier ... Thanks buddy

I just purchased a 7X14 ATC enclosed trailer from California Custom in Paso Robles. I could not be more pleased with my trailer and my purchase experience. I live in Auburn, CA, too far of a drive to visit them, but they had the inventory I wanted. I dealt with Mike over the phone and he answered all my questions, sent pictures of everything I wanted to look at, and negotiated a fair price for me. He then moved my trailer to their Elk Grove store, just an hour drive for me. There, I was again treated like a VIP customer, by people who know why they are in business - to deliver a top quality product, treat customers with the respect they deserve, and deliver a service that makes people want to buy from them again. There were a couple of minor issues with the tires on my trailer and they took care of them without hesitation, really going above and beyond. I would highly recommend these folks for your trailer and powersport needs.

Bought a dual sport from Mike and Manny. Extremely Friendly and knowledgeable. Great service all around by every staff member. I ve been taking my motorcycles to get serviced here for years and they have always remembered and taken excellent care of me. Would highly recommend checking California Customs Trailers and Powersports out. They are they best. Will be back again.

Staff was courteous and helpful. I loved that they carried inventory for my 2010 Polaris Ranger. After chasing all over town for parts that we needed we now know this is the right place to get them. Thanks for a pleasant deal.

Great products, ripoff on parts counter. I have a 2019 790 duke and all the work was done by the dealer as a precaution being a new model. The problem with this dealer is the parts department manager. He has had many issues with his knowledge of the computer system. He often doesn t order all the parts that are needed and you have an extra week at best wait for him to reorder. The main problem occurred when replacing the front and rear sprockets and chain. After getting the bill he had charged $167 for a $27.99(called the Bakersfield shop). It was closing and he was having issues taking parts off the purchase order so his fix was to charge me for anything on that order. I brought my own chain and the rear sprocket was 1/3 of the cost of the front. I called him and let him know he made a mistake he said he didn t. A corporate complaint hopefully will get some customer service training for the employees. It s sad when I ve been going there for less than 3 months with multiple issues and to see 3 mechanics leave in that time as well. Red flag are everywhere my friends. Safe to say they have lost my business as well as anyone who has sense.

Cassie and August were great! They are always helpful and helped me with the parts I needed for m 2017 Assault.I was able to tell August about the service work Kevin did on my 2009 Dragon.After Kevin did the service, my sled ran awesome! I was not expecting such a performance boost from a seasonal full service!Thank you!Kip

Phenomenal customer service and attention to detail. I highly recommend buying your next UTV, ATC, tractor, trailer or motorcycle from them. They will treat you right before and after the sale!

Placed a order on May 4th for a E- Brake Cable they told me it would be here in a week 2 weeks went by so I called at11:00am and told me they would get back to me in a couple minutes waited an hour then called back, they said it had came in and I picked it up I said why would I be calling you if I picked it up told them to reorder it and call when it comes in ( They never called me when it came in the 1st time) 2 chance with the cable because its paid for. I had a electrical issue with my honda rancher and was going to take it to them THATS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN Really disappointed I'll never do business with them again other than picking up my cable that's if they can figure out how order it

My son was recently gifted a Polaris Quad! After giving California Custom Trailers and Powersports a call, Cassie answered the phone. She is extremely knowledgable with the models and knew exactly what parts I needed to get the quad up and going. She even made suggestions for other parts I wasn t thinking I needed but I m glad I took her advice. Great job Cassie and great job California Custom Trailers and Powersports!

An amazing resource for repairs and maintenance! I haven't bought anything new there so I don't have an opinion on that yet.I have been taking my Honda generators to various Honda shops with poor results and getting charged $100. Paso KTM did a great job and only charged $50.

I would not even give them one star! This place is horrible!! Salesmen are very rude and dishonest! Would never give my business to them! I wanted to purchase a Polaris and trade mine in, first they DO NOT TAKE TRADE INS ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY! I went on a Saturday and they gave me my a trade in value and asked me to come in during the week to trade it in! I took a day off work, loaded my Polaris and was ready to go trade it in when they called me and told me they WOULD NO LONGER GIVE ME WHAT THEY ORIGINALLY SAID THEY WOULD!!! Horrible customer service!! WARNING STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!

Paso Polaris has the best service department in the county bar none. The staff are always friendly and happy to help me, they get me in quick and I've spoken to their mechanics several times and they are highly knowledgeable and happy to do what you want. I highly recommend Paso Polaris over Santa Maria.

CONSUMER BEWARE!!! Worst customer service I've ever seen. They close at 5pm and wont wait 5 min for you to shop for anything, pick up your equipment or parts. The rude heavy chick up front said "she had her own things to do after 5". Also was quoted a price on service, had the service performed, went to pick item up and it was 3 times more expensive then the quote.

VERY friendly staff!! Answered my questions and found answers to any questions they didn't know. No pressure to buy anything only helpful. I was very impressed with this. Great selection and nice showroom. I will definitely buy from here in the future.

Not very good. Ordered ktm part from this place. Told they would be here 2 day shipping. After 3 days I called to find out where my part was. They of course blamed it on Ktm and said " they screwed up on the shipping". Insted of making it right, they said " it would be here friday. That is another 7 days. They just probably screwed up and forgot to order it. Hope they get it together someday.

The customer service was horrible off the bat. No one really helped us until we actually approached them. The sales representative didn t even greet us as we approached her. Terrible experience overall.
