Great customer service. We called to get an additional ac installed on our 5th wheel. Desiray was quick and easy to communicate with. Dan went to the location of our trailer and did the install. Easy process. Thanks again!!

My heater stopped working and I was able to get him out to fix it same day for reasonable pricing that they were up from with. Having a good warrantee to back it up is nice too. Thank you.

Central Coast RV Medic is a life saver. Our 2021 Grand Design solitude 5th wheel had a hose come off from water heater and everything flooded underneath. I called Daniel and even though this was at night he arrived promptly. Not only was he able to fix the issue but he replaced all the under belly material and insulation. What really impressed me was how thorough he is. He was able to pinpoint other issues that the rig had and fix them before they caused problems. He also came back to do follow-up work to make sure I didn t get any water damage. I am definitely keeping his number for any future issues. Both Daniel and his staff are professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for your RV repair needs.

From the first phone call to Central Coast RV Medic to the final billing the experience was professional and pleasant and all repairs to this date were successful and affordable. Daniel was more than fair with charges and expedited repairs to suit the situation. When the a/c went out when 110 out he went out of his way to help our family! Talk about " Above and beyond" this goes way above and below. Our entry steps stopped working and needed to be replaced. All done in one quick afternoon but Kwikee now uses a different switch that I didn't get when I bought the steps any way Central Coast RV Medic ordered the switch and sent it to me and everything is just like new. Daniel was so awesome with us, we've had so many issues and each time they were able to get back to us and get out and help us! We live far outside of town and he's made it to us same day for an emergency more then once. Cannot even begin to explain how awesome of he was to us and how much he did for us! I cannot say enough good things about Central Coast Rv Medic and Dan. Communication was outstanding and the whole process was seamless. Was able to fix my RV camper van refrigerator and a leak that ended up being from the shower. Clean, well organized, and reasonably priced. I ll absolutely use Dan again if/when needed. Awesome job, Dan!

Outstanding experience with Daniel and Central Coast RV Medic. I called on a holiday weekend and got right to Daniel. He met me at my RV very quickly and addressed my hitch issue so I could make a 5 hour drive home safely. Service was excellent and pricing reasonable. I plan on traveling to Paso to get any regular maintenance or major service done by Daniel in the future.

First of all I want to say that when you call RV medic Desiree is a breath of fresh air. Especially, when you're already stressed out about what's going on she gives wonderful empathy. And then you meet Daniel so efficient so concise, he knows what he's doing he gets the job done and offers additional advice if needed. He's the best they're the best!

Had a issue with my refrigerator in my Voltage 5th wheel. The service was great... first class... with electrical there is always diagnostic that needs to be done, we thought the problem was solved the first time... the refrigerator ran just fine for few hours then stopped working again Central Coast RV medic came back by that night to verify it was still working and help solve the issue... the issue was the refridgerator fan was in reverse polarity witch back fed the system popping the 5amp fuse... he ordered part and just installed... thank you again great service Service: Electrical

Daniel and his staff did excellent work for us here at the Camp Roberts RV park. He found the issue, ordered the part and repaired it. When it took longer than expected he kept to the quoted price.
