I called this auto zone twice in one week to get help with finding snow chains for my two different vehicles. Jake remembered me and my car when I called back. He took the time to patiently help me. He really went above and beyond. It always makes my day to have a good, personal customer service experience like this!

Stooped into our local AutoZone for new wiper blades, and had a wonderful customer experience. Christine was both extremely knowledgeable and helpful! If you re in Paso Robles stop by, great selection and friendly service!

Great staff and super helpful!! Paola greeted me as soon as I walked in the store and went above and beyond to help me test my battery, which ended up being bad, but she got me a new one and even installed it for me!!! So grateful for her help and knowledge!!!

Today I went in to return the wrong size rear wiper from the day before for my car, Ethan was really helpful and helped me find the right rear wiper that I needed and helped put it on. They had to get the right part transferred from the other store in Atascadero to the one in Paso and it wasn t much of a long wait it was like a 20- 30 minute wait and I went shopping came back and I had a really good experience. I definitely will be coming back for future parts and to know that if I need some help putting it on especially with a different kind of attachment that I m not too familiar with and to make sure it actually goes on that was really cool.

We asked the worker at the front what oil filter I should use for my vehicle, and usually at every other Autozone they pick it out for you, but he showed us the numbers on the computer so we could then search for it ourselves. He seemed very lazy and even irritated that we needed help, like that wasn't his job or something. We decided to go to another place because we couldn't find what we were looking for.

Great Store! Great AutoZone Store! The Manager and his crew got my battery replaced and installed upon arrival. And told me it was all under warranty before I had AAA come and jump start my car, so I could have the battery replaced!! Turned my morning around. Bravo

The large man working 7/29/23 at 12pm needs a lot of training on listening and customer service skills. I brought a bulb up and asked do you mind looking up this license plate bulb to see if it fits my car ? He replies well I need your car make and year first with a rude tone. After he enters the info he asks what bulb and I look at him and he says come on man what kind of bulb?! I said a LICENSE PLATE bulb if you were listening to me at first you would ve known what to do! It was the unnecessary rudeness and condescending tone that turned me off. I will only go to O Reilly across the street from now on.

Amazing service! I was on a road trip down to university and noticed my oil light went on. Stopped by the autozone because I was unsure as what to do. The worker who helped me was super kind and helpful! I don t know much about cars so he helped me find the right oil and he even taught me how to find out what kind I needed (turns out that info is on the cap). He even was kind enough to put it in for me! I offered a tip but he was so sweet he refused. Thank you for the wonderful service!! Definitely recommend this place.

The staff and the mgr Vicente Avila went above beyond to help. My truck was out of clutch fluid and they came out front and filled it up for me and I was back in action. I highly recommend this location and their employees are 5 Star

Great location!! Next to a Smart and Final so (from out of town) was able to get shopping done and then go right next door to Auto Zone! I was in a hurry and asked Christian where an item was. He knew instantly! Very knowledgeable and friendly! I so appreciate his help.

Stopped in this morning to have my alternator tested and turned out my battery was shot but still under warranty. Abel and the AUTOZONE team got my battery replaced and me back on the road in no time even allowed me to use some of their tools to get the old battery out! what a lifesaver thank you again Abel!!!

Customer line is a little confusing and Spanish (men)people take cuts at store all the time in front of caucasian people or women and staff doesn't stop them from doing so very often. There should be a "get in line buddy gotta wait for it to be your turn" policy. Its more of a customer issue rather than the stores fault. People have no comin courtesy these days and language barriers only worsen things.

Love the fact that they seem to have the parts needed when I go, but what earned this spot 5 stars was the customer service. Been a while since I've had someone make me laugh like the woman here did

From the 5 or 6 times i have both called and walked in to get parts the staff has gave me wrong parts. And when i called thay told me yes we have your part and it will be on counter waiting. Only to either for me.to.get a ride or drive in to find out thay doent even have part in store. And all.i got was oh sorry and i live out on a ranch over 30 miles away. Lady manager is rude and no one is even held accountable and company customer service is no help what so ever so make sure yiu know you get the part you pay for

Associates have no knowledge and do not even offer to research or make phone calls to get the answer. Customer service is about going the extra mile and taking care of the customer. Doing what it takes to get the answer. We are coming to you because you are supposed to be the expert. This company needs to do a better job educating their associates or selecting who they hire to represent them.

Rosa did a fantastic job of helping my wife out when her car was having battery issues. She even went so far to change the battery out for my wife, while they were swamped with customers. Highly recommend and will use again in the future.

Went in to possibly buy a new battery but asked to have them hook up my current battery to their reader and check to see if it was good, or if it was the alternator. The sales clerk behind the counter (who looked and acted stoned af) told me they weren't currently testing batteries because of COVID. ?? So you'll let people in your store and touch all your products, but you won't come out test my battery?? How does that make any sense? They wouldn't even have to touch my car or anything I touched to be able to do this. Went across the street to O'Reilly and was greeted with fast, super friendly service and they tested my battery and alternator for me. O'Reilly jut gained a customer for life and AutoZone lost one for good.

Staff knowledge is pretty much non-existent. I ask about the availability of a tool, and they respond by asking me what year, make, and model vehicle it is for. I explain that it is a tool, not a part. They still request a vehicle. It never ends. At least they're located by a grocery store so I can buy beer when I'm done.

My GMC needed a headlight. I walked into Autozone in Paso Robles and was greeted by exceptional service. They were quick, efficient, and professional. Not only did they quickly find the right light-bulb, they offered to help me switch it out. I was very pleased with their service that I will continue to shop here.

This is going to be a long one....We are from Bakersfield, CA. We were on our way to the beach for my wife's birthday, when our alternator went out. I was originally greeted by a lady at the counter (forgot name) who was very friendly and helpful. At first she went with me to check our battery, but could not get a reading on due to the low voltage, I told her it was an old battery, let's replace it anyways, purchased a new battery put it in with the tools they loaned me, but car was still not fixed. The District Manager came out to the vehicle to take a look at it (Memo Cobarrubias) he agreed that it could be the alternator also, He called over another manger (Uriel) who proceeded to help me. We realized at this time, it was going to be a little while. Memo was leaving to Fresno, but offered my wife and family a ride to the park so they could hang out there while car was being fixed (honestly who goes out of there way like that anymore?) While they were gone, Uriel took out my alternator, tested it, verified was bad, got a new alternator, verified it was good and installed our new alternator. Uriel did all of this in the very hot sun and while he as actually off the clock. This Auto Zone exceeded my expectations. They are the #1 example of customer service and in my opinion what it is to be just a good human being. Thanks to all of the staff and Paso Robles Auto Zone!

Phone call was brief but very helpful n visit was successful.. Got to deposit the used oil i had. I had to dump it in the bin..but no biggie... I think they should have it out side so people can just do it they're self w o bothering them inside... But that's just me...

Reasonable selection of parts and well organized - though, don't expect any level of mechanical expertise behind the counter nor technical know-how on how print a lost receipt (even given our business was in their database). In brief, good stop for parts, not so much for assistance.

it is a store that does not help you with what you need the staff is very rude and racist.They are supposed to help you and it is not like that for me. I give it zero stars.

Thank you to the employees at autozone for being so helpful and informative. Way better then o'Reillys which made a big mistake with my order and caused such a delay. Autozone is way better and have shops across the u.s which is a big help for travelers like us. Thanks so much for your advices and support
