Very easy to deal with so far. 1st time taking a vehicle in for repair. I'll post after photos when done.Derek and the entire crew were so great to work with, my insurance is another story. Everything on the car came out better than new. The gaps are perfect, attention was paid to every detail and they made sure that the repair was the highest quality. I cannot recommend AutoCraft anymore highly than 5 or I would.

They are a great place to bring my car!!! Definitely recommend it from start to finish they have been very informative, helpful, and have helped me step by step through the process of the repairs to my car. Derek is an awesome person and the staff is super helpful they are there for me and it makes all the difference I appreciate you guys very much thank you for all your great work. If I could give 10 I would. My experience at AutoCraft in Paso Robles was definitely top notch! I am a VERY picky person and AutoCraft not only did an EXCELLENT job at fixing my car, but they also were very quick and professional. It s so nice to walk into a business that listens to your concerns and takes care of your requests without hesitation. Thank you so much AutoCraft Team!!

Autocraft repaired and painted my Ram truck with extensive damage along the entire drivers side. The work was phenomenal. My truck was only 1 year old and looked better than new when they finished it. Derek Carnes helped me and was incredibly informative and his communication the entire time was spot on. I have 2 family members that used them in the past and they recommended Derek at Autocraft and I'm glad they did. Derek worked hard when my insurance was fighting on getting it fixed right with quality OEM parts and got it done. I will highly recommend this business to everyone I know.

Autocraft is definitely the place to go if you have body damage to your vehicle. I had a hit and run while my car was parked in a parking lot, back in May. When I got the car back it looked like new. The work was excellent. Derek, the gentleman that took care of us was awesome. He kept us up to date on all the repairs and timing to completion. He also worked hard with the insurance company to get them to cover a much as possible. We were extremally happy with not only the results of the repair but the customer service was above and beyond.

My wife hit a deer in her jeep and we just moved here from the Bay Area we had no idea where to take her jeep so I had looked on the internet to see if I could find a reputable body shop and I came across auto craft collision.so I thought I would go by and check the shop out when I arrived I was greeted right away by Derek while talking to Derek I looked at the shop and was completely amazed at how clean and very well organized it was and I ve seen a lot of body shops over the years and I never come across a shop as clean and organized as this one so right away I was convinced that this was the shop best for our repairs they even had a rental for us to drive while our repairs were being done . I also want say that while driving their rental we had another incident with another deer a few weeks later . When I called Derek with the news the first thing he asked was is everybody okay.I thought to myself that these people actually care about their customers and they gave us another vehicle to drive. When we came to pick up our jeep you could not even tell it had ever been damaged it was perfect.if you ever have an incident with your vehicle I highly suggest using Auto craft collision I know I m going to be a lifetime customer. The whole organization is second to none. Thank you Derek and the rest of the crew who worked on our jeep

Start-to-finish, Derek at Auto Craft was wonderful to do business with, offering sound advice and additional support beyond expectations. It is not a highlight of anyone's day, to wind up in an auto repair shop for post-collision diagnostics... However, Auto Craft is now 100% my Paso Robles/San Luis Obispo County referral to get you through it, from hear on out.Derek, as well as everyone I spoke with at Auto Craft are all professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, Grade-Above individuals, with your best interest in mind.Oh, and they have a super cute, custom, mini hot rod in the lobby

This review is long overdue. Last month Autocraft fixed our rear bumper on our 2014 Ford Flex after we were rear ended. This was probably the 4th time we ve had this happen but the first time we used Autocraft and we will never use anyone else. This was a routine case that was done through the other drivers insurance. I m sure they do this all the time but they stand out in excellence for quality work and incredible customer service. They go above and beyond in a way no one else ever has for us. Derek was such a nice guy, very knowledgeable, personable and truly cares about what he does. The bumper was fixed to perfection and they even cleaned and vacuumed the inside of my car which blew my mind. No one else has ever done that for us and it helped so much. We were headed to a trip and it saved us time not having to clean the car. We had such a comfortable trip with a nice clean car. Thank you so much for everything. We will recommend you to everyone and will reach out next time we need work done for sure.

Took my car in for some repairs and the issue ended up being pretty minor/an easy fix. Throughout the process, everyone at AutoCraft was super transparent, friendly and helpful. Very happy with the results my car looks new again!If I ever need body/paint work done on my car again, I ll be going here.

Derek was my lead contact there and was fabulous!! He helped me with all my insurance paperwork, kept me updated on progress with my car along the way, and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the work done. The crew that did all the work did a complete and thorough job on my car. My car was returned in great shape. It was done in the timeframe discussed, as well. Josh and Kayla made my painting experience as easy as it could possibly be. The roof of my car was oxidized and a real eye-sore and now it looks brand new again. My car is almost eleven years old, but I love it and they saved it for me. Everything they promised, they delivered on. I'm so happy driving my car now. I'll never let it get like that again. Eric and the crew did an excellent job taking care of our company truck. We had a minor fender bender a few weeks back and I was able to show up without an appointment to get a quote. Eric had me out the door with a quote in hand in no time. After getting the parts they were reasonably quick with the repairs and our truck looks like new again. Thanks guys!

After having a terrible experience with Caliber in a past accident, I decided to look elsewhere for repairs when I had a recent accident. Autocraft was recommended to me from a coworker. They are definitely the best autobody shop, they have the best technicians and the friendliest staff. They kept me constantly updated and fought to the tooth and nail with the other parties insurance to get my car properly repaired

It was the worst party shops ever been to no communication. They have my car for three months, not communicating with me. The car was dirty when I picked it up battery was dead when I picked it up I never cleaned it in the inside and now they lost some pieces on it had to bring it back and never cleaned it again like they said they would, they left dirt and all the paint really don t recommend his body shop

The undercarriage of my car ripped apart and folded unexpectedly while driving down the freeway causing a lot of damage. The owner offered to take a look and help me out without hesitation. I had called many other places and they didn't have time to add my car to their list, and I have had negative experiences with auto shops in the past. Autocraft turned a really awful experience into a positive one. The entire time they were very kind to me, and on the day of the accident they even gave me a ride home. When I checked in, they were honest and upfront about their progress and the steps that I should expect. They didn't have any hidden fees or extras and they restored my car to it's natural looking self prior to the unusual situation. I think for everyone, especially my experience as a single mom, it's nice to be treated honorably and have trust that they're doing what they said they would, at the agreed terms, and doing a quality job. Auto craft was so professional and amazing to work with. They fixed our truck in a timely manner In spite of high demand. Mom had a little scrape with her car that left the front bumper hanging off just before a long trip. Brought it in with no appointment just to see if they could do anything and whether it was safe to drive. Eric(?) looked at it and declared it safe, just a broken clip, and he popped it back into place and secured it with a zip tie, no charge and done in minutes. I'm very grateful, and would definitely bring any vehicle to them if needed in the future. Thank you!Service: Body & Trim

From the first day I drove my car into their lot, to the day I picked it up I was given excellent customer care. Derek walked me through what would happen between the insurance companies and them, and the work they would be doing to the car. It went exactly how he explained it. That gave me confidence in what would be happening, and the time that would be needed. I feel my car looks better than before the accident!The receptionist Kayla was so welcoming and pleasant. She kept me up to date with the repairs with phone calls that were timely. Everyone there was so patient and didn't mind answering any and all my questions thoroughly and acceptably.A well done and excellent experience. This was my first experience with AutoCraft. The service and professionalism was outstanding. I had a catalytic converter stolen from our Prius, AutoCraft was one of the recommended facilities from my insurance company. In addition I took the car to them a second time and had them install a catalytic converter shield to protect from future thefts, separate from the insurance claim.I primarily worked with Kayla and Derek. They were professional, courteous and focused on great customer service. They reached out as soon as the car was towed there and provided timely updates throughout the process. I was never in the dark regarding the status of the repair. Their office and shop is super clean and professional. The atmosphere is welcoming, friendly and professional. Both are A+ representatives of this business.The work was completed timely and even ahead of schedule (both times). When I picked up the car, it was washed, vacuumed and clean. Bottom line, this repair facility is top notched. I would recommend them for any collision repair work. If you want quality, professionalism, and good communication, this is the place to take your car.

Autocraft Collision repair is an exceptional professional repair facility, and it shows in their fine craftsmanship. The Manager, Josh, gave me a fair quote for my vandalized 2015 F150 left side rear fender of the box end. Kayla in the front office kept me up to date and prepared all paperwork, and Drake, Shop Manager, said the job would take about a week, and it only took three days. I turned it in Tuesday, received it back Friday, and sold it the next day for a higher price than quoted; job, well done! The end result was my vehicle looked factory fresh when I picked it up. The exterior and interior were cleaned and added a personal touch of class most businesses seem to overlook these days.
