I would recommend America s tire shop and Ples to anybody. I stopped in there the other day I had a bolt in my tire and I m out of town and have horses here with me. They got me in very quickly and out very quickly very courteous. They checked all the tires they put air in the spare. These guys were just the class act Would come back here anytime and highly recommend them.

A tire blew on the freeway. We pulled into the shop Within 10 minutes the Technician had found a replacement for our BFG 285-65R-18, type E tire. They had our new tire mounted, balanced, and installed in under 2 hours! We were back on our vacation within 2 hours. The Technicians at American Tire Depot cared about us, and did an amazing job !

FIVE TIRES !!! ANGEL and Freddie are TRULY an Angels!!!!! I discovered a huge screw embedded in my front right tire and I was wondering where I would go to get it repaired in the evening and I discovered that American tire depot was open and I m getting my vehicle tire fixed right now and I m so so incredibly thankful for their care and attention to my emergency situation. I will become a loyal customer from here on out. If you re looking for tire pros .you gotta come here. These guys are awesome!!!! They are PRO Personalized service. They do a really good job. I ve taken three separate cars here for oil changes and new tires. I ve never had any problems. They offer great customer service, affordable prices, and high quality service. I d highly recommend them!

We were passing through town and had low tire pressure from a screw embedded in our rear tire. We called and asked if they could patch the tire or repair it, and they told us to just bring it in, and that we would not need an appointment. When we showed up They quickly were able to remove the tire and patch it such that we were able to make our next appointment without delay. We expected them to charge us for the service, but they stated that it was free. We were in disbelief, and gave the servicemen 20 bucks to buy him lunch. They were fantastic we highly recommend them.

I had a great first time experience, I usually take my car to the dealership but have had bad recent experience and wanted a second opinion on car maintenance, im really glad I came to American Tire Depot. I would like to thank Freddy and his team for helping me find great tires for the price range I was looking for and let me know about the original Pantera tires that I was going to get didn t have good feedback that they were tearing apart and I m glad they let me know and switched me to another brand that was the same price and great ratings . I am definitely coming back for future car services.

They left both my cars dirty. I understand that the mechanics get their hands dirty it comes with the job but they didn't take the time to at least wipe the areas after. However when a new/ expensive car drove in they had a huge smile on their face, got him in/out quickly, and were careful with his car. So apparently his money was worth more than mine.

We were on our way to San Simeon for some family camping and there happen to be a bunch of debris in the road that my husband dodged, but something flew at the tire as we drove past and we ended up with a flat. We were unable to access our spare and roadside service would take too long with littles and a dog in the car. We called the shop because they were the closest to us and when we called and asked if they could come to us they went out of their way to service our needs. I am so grateful for their impeccable customer service! They were kind and super fast. THANK YOU Steven and Brian!!!

It is not so common to find a set of people who care so much about their customers and .... are really competent professionals. We were picking up several ton of wine grapes and, as we started to drive home, we noticed our front tired had severally worn and we would not make it much farther. We had a chevy 3500 dually pulling a loaded tailer. These guys helped us un-hitch the heavy tailer and unload the truck. They had the replacement tires but what caused the damage? They had a guy with some 20+ years experience with suspension who found a tire rod was worn. They found a replacement part in San Louis and had it in their shop the same day. They then stayed late to complete the entire job getting us to our winery that evening. Amazing people, amazing service, amazing place.

This is for American Tire Depot- NOT Big Brand- These guys are awesome. I came to them with a bit of a ridiculous request- and they worked their rears off to make it happen. A+ customer service

So grateful for being seen today. Had a bad bearing on one of my tires. Was not able to wait to make an appointment due to seriousness of the problem. They took care of the bearing without any hesitation. They were kind and helpful.

Freddy the assistant Manger at this location did me a solid!!! I had a bad misfire with one of spark plugs and a bad ignition coil. I was stressed out no money all my cars lights were going off; and Freddy not only swapped out my bad spark plug but he also swapped out my bad ignition coil with a spare part he had to hold me over till I got paid. Once I get paid and get the brand new parts I will be bringing my car back here for them to install the parts. I appreciate him being honest and forthright and giving me knowledge instead of excuses. This is especially true since I had a bad experience at the Arroyo Grande branch, Freddy really brought back around to being a customer since I've started my car care with the company since I've owned my car and that was at the branch 112 miles away in Visalia nearly 3 year ago!! Thank you Freddy!!

There is a reason those guys have 5 stars and over 300 reviews. Mike at the front desk is really nice and good at his job. The mechanics are really good at their job. Their prices are fair and they don t try to rip you off like other shops.

We were on a road trip and developed an issue with 1,200 miles left to home. The guys here were so friendly and helpful. They got us taken care of quickly and safely back on the road. The manager, Chad, kept us informed the whole time. He was awesome!

Wonderful people at American Tire!I made an appointment via their website for a set of Firestone Indy 500s. Unfortunately, the website and location didn't sync up inventory (they didn't have it in stock). While I was bummed, I was prepared to come back later, which would have been tough to schedule with a newborn.To my surprise, I was then offered a set of BF Goodrich G-Force Comp A/S Plus for the same price. While not my first choice (summer tire vs all-season), they do have a higher speed rating and offer better traction in rain and cold, not to mention the tread pattern is visually appealing.. It was an easy decision on my part to accept.A short while later, my car was wearing new tires and sporting a fresh alignment. The ride home was great and so was my experience with American Tire Depot. I will be back again with the Jeep!

Michael, Elissa and the team are awesome! Nice. Helpful. Very willing to help. This is our go to place for all our cars and all our work. We have 5 in the family and have bought tires, had brakes done and oil changed and alignments. I ve never been disappointed. And they get it done when they say they will.Highly recommend them.

Just with my first phone call to inquire about their services and prices made my day...courteous, straight forward and actually stayed with the price they quoted me over the phone! Quality AND affordability! Seriously..

Needed a set of two tires for my Tesla desperately and this shop had them in stock at extremely affordable pricing. They were able to fit me into their busy schedule and they were extremely kind and had excellent customer service. If you need to wait for your car there is also a winery and a brewery within walking distance.

We got our tires here less than 2 years ago and the metal cord is already showing on one of them. Another is about to show the metal as well. Called to ask about a warranty and I was told there was no warranty. Instead, he tried to sell me 2 new tires for $400. No thanks.

Really good staff. Had a blown trailer tire. They didn't have the tire but after I bought it elsewhere I took it back to them and they mounted it for free. It was a nice gesture and made my rough day seem not so bad. I'll definitely gonna l for my tire needs.

Michael the manager and Steve the mechanic did an awesome job on my tire rotation, balance, and alignment and even honored their warranty! And all was done in good time with a smile. Highly recommended.

I called at 3:45 and asked for an alignment, balance all 4 tires, change my oil. They got me in at 4:30. I arrived at 4:10 and they took my car right in. Very kind staff. Willing and ready to get me in and out. Thank you for great customer service. That s rare anymore. I appreciate it.
