Came in a few days ago because my low tire light went on. They very quickly and courteously put air in my tire for me. Unfortunately, a few days later I needed more air. Realized there was something in the tire so I scheduled an appointment for this morning. Once again, they were quick and courteous. Told me an estimated time the service would be done and they handed the key back to me 3 minutes before estimated time. Great job all around!

Every time I come here, I get a thorough snapshot of the vehicle's tire condition. They do an excellent job of explaining what they're looking at, why they are looking at it, and what the possible solutions are and leave it up to you to decide. They have some of the best prices in town.

My tire blew out on the way back from a beach trip, but luckily we were right across the street from America's tire! They even let us barrow a wrench to help put on the spare, and when they realized we had a longer trip than the spare could take, they replaced it in about an hour! For info, the tire cost a grand total of 106 with tax. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would Def recommend!

Usually get very good customer service. This time was horrible. I waited from 11AM until nearly 3pm with an appointment. Watched employees talk and stand around. Apparently they forgot about my vehicle even though I had been waiting and checked in on their mobile link. Only reason I was done at 3pm was because I finally had to go ask at 2pm what the deal was. They have definitely gone downhill since their customer base increased. Very disappointed.

Great service! Welcomed me as I drove up, had an issue after I left. When I returned, met me again. Resolved the issue in a matter of minutes! Back on the road again! Love this team!!!!

I'm so happy with this establishment and I can't say enough positive things about it.From the hard working gentlemen at the front desk to the very very hard workers in the garage.I can't thank you all enough for getting my tires shipped and installed in time for my long distance trip.It was so refreshing to see these young men hustling and I mean running to get the jobs done. I haven't seen anyone work this hard in a very long time.~TP

Our car tire picked up a bolt, and America s Tire was fabulous. Joshua not only assured us that they d do a permanent plug but offered to rotate the tires to increase their mileage. Even though we hadn t purchased our tires from them, they did this all for free. We were in & out and on our way in ~30 minutes. Excellent service!

Friendly and attentive service. Josh even found I could replace a tire under warranty, which I would have never realized. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

Both Austyn and Jovanny helped me while I was at this location in Paso Robles. Had a tire punctured driving through the vineyards in SLO County. These guys were super courteous and respectful. We were in and out within an hour. Couldn t have asked for a better outcome with the situation we were in. 5 out of 5 stars. Thanks, guys

I've been back a few times and decided I should let others know how good Americas Tire really is. The guys here will go above and beyond for you to be a happy customer. If you ask they will explain every detail of any costs involved without any hesitation. Their work space is CLEAN and they work safely so I don't have to worry about any scratches or damage occurring to our vehicles (2 other local tire stores have both damaged different vehicles we own). They truly stand behind their additional warranty service they offer as well - no bs - not getting paid for this review *disclaimer. I go through a lot of tires and Americas has had exactly I was looking for every time. The service area is in full view of the customer waiting area. They have coffee there and will make it fresh if you ask - but you probably won't be there long enough! That's all - drive safe out there.

Austyn at America s Tires in Paso Robles was super helpful! I had been to the AMTires in San Luis Obispo for a low tire pressure sensor alert. They added air to the rear tires & checked pressure then said I was good to go . After a bit on the hiway a bigger, red check tire pressure alert popped up! I pulled in to the Paso Robles location where Austyn checked pressure on all tires, then asked if the car alert system had been reset! No, it had not. He not only reset it, he taught me the how & why so I would be sure to not miss this step after adding or reducing air pressure in the future! Thank you Austyn for your professionalism!

Had a flat tire on our 2004 Toyota Highlander and America's Tire (Paso Robles, CA) took fantastic care of us, quickly and courteously. This is really a great service they provide and I can't thank them enough.

Stopped here for a quick tire check. They were a bit busy but after only about a 15 minute wait someone came over and filled my tires to the proper amount. Advised me that the tires are wearing evenly and I was on my way. Very friendly knowledgeable staff.

I have always considered America's Tire the best source for all your tire needs.I recently went in to have my tires checked on a truck I recently bought for a cross country trip we are going on. Even though they looked fine the truck had been sitting for months prior to my purchase.I was met in the store parking lot by their service person and he went to work checking for me. The tires it turns out are in great shape. I learned that for a nominal fee I could purchase road hazard coverage from them even though I didn't purchase the tires from Americas Tire. I purchased this plan and now my tires are covered up to replacement (if needed) all across the nation. Then after having my tire pressures checked for free we were on our way knowing our tire safety is secure for our trip.What a deal!Thank you guys.

Punctured my tire headed through the area, was there when they opened. Greeter took my info quickly and got me handled. The guy assigned to take care of me, I could tell, was not thrilled about working across the parking lot, so I took the wheel off and handed it to him. From there out it was smooth, tire repaired, rebalanced mounted and torqued. All at no charge!

Don't Patronize These Thieves! They Bait n Switch. Baiting You With Advertising One Tire n they Try To Get You To Buy Another One. I Ordered a Cooper Tire Had It Mounted. Went Back To Purchase Another Matching One They Said They Didn't Have It In Stock n Proceeded To Try n Sell Me a More Expensive One. I Told Them I Wanted The Same Tire Even If I Had To Order It. I did! Came back to pick it up they tried to try n charge me again. Crooked

I bought my tires and made my appointment online. It was fast and very easy. Once I got to the store Dalton checked me in and was thorough with explaining the process. Very professional and a great guy I couldn t have had a better experience, everything was excellent. I m definitely going to come back for my next tire change. 5/5 stars

The best tire experience I ve ever had.. They ve done multiple sets of tires for me and I will never go anywhere else. Their customer service is always above and beyond. Joshua the store manager is a huge asset to the company!!

There was a wait, but it was a holiday and they are right off the hwy 46. If you have AAA, much of what you could need in a tire emergency, they can handle. They'll do it at a discount and with a smile.

I had the best experience buying new tires for my car! Huge Thanks to Dominic for making it happen! He was very professional, super nice and got the job done! I went in to order new tires and realized I had applied for the wrong credit card from a tire shop with a very similar name! I didn't want to go anywhere else, so he was so helpful and got me approved for the America's Tire credit card and promotion. At first, I ordered some nice Continental tires, however, I was concerned how they would look on my car. My car has the sport package so I wanted some sporty tires. After a days work, I was worried that the tires I ordered wouldn't look right. So I went back in and told Dominic my concerns. I wanted more of a squared look since their low profile. He saw my concerns and didn't try to talk me into keeping something I didn't want. We went back inside and found a tire that I liked, Nitto NT555 G2. He quickly cancelled my original order and got the Nitto's on order! At that point I was confident I would love the new choice. They were also a few dollars cheaper which he was stoked to tell me. So we got them ordered and the tires would be here in 3-5 days. They ended up coming in 2 days, super quick! They got me in as soon as the tires arrived and I couldn't be any happier with my choice and his willingness to make sure I was happy. When I saw the tires on the car for the first time I knew I made the right choice. I want to thank Dominic and all the employees for their high level of service! People like him are hard to find these days. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for new tread!

If I could give 10 stars I would have. I got a puncture on one of my Montana trailer tires. I brought it to them and within 20 minutes I was out of there with no charge. I could not believe it. The best staff and crew. Thank you so much, from Robert & Anika Bartley
