Let's start with the fact I have an older car. It's a 17 year old Mazda5. This car has seen 2 teenagers learn to drive. It's done things no family car should ever do. It's been a staple in our family. This past weekend, something was very wrong. After having it towed to Eric and the team at Allegiance Auto, we thought the car was done for. The team quickly diagnosed broken engine and transmission mounts, gave us a great quote, and had it back to us in 2-days! She runs like a dream again. We're still holding on to her hitting 20 years!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

This shop is extremely professional. They are pretty good with availability. They will go above and beyond to make sure your car is well maintained and safe to get on the road again. Good communication and will show you in person what your car needs serviced. Honest owner and friendly. Prices are fair for the quality of service they provide. I first took my car to Allegiance Auto on a recommendation from a friend a few months ago because I was new to Paso and was having trouble with my car AC. I got excellent service at a reasonable price, so I have decided to bring my car here for all maintenance needs even if I only live here part time. I recently took my car in for regular maintenance and oil change and Eric fixed some other minor issues at no cost! I haven't seen this kind of customer service anywhere else - Eric is truly committed to customer satisfaction. Connie is also wonderful. She drove me home while my car was being serviced and picked me up when the car was ready.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Eric is the owner and chief mechanic..... I found this place online several weeks ago and discovered he had five stars. Not knowing any other mechanics in the Paso Robles area, I gave him a try according to his positive reviews. Eric was exceptionally helpful and kind always with a smile on his face. He got everything done on time. My cars have been back several times for different odds and ends. I just want to take this opportunity to both publicly thank Eric (and friendly staff) and recommend his services to everyone!! This man has spent countless hours diagnosing and repairing my 4 vehicles. He is thorough and very professional. As a woman, mechanics are generally pretty miserable to deal with. I have been manipulated and taken advantage of by more than one shop in town. Eric has always been very honest with me about the issues and repaired them at the most reasonable rates around. Having a European car can be a mechanic hassle. After checking prices from the three major European mechanics around Templeton and Paso Robles, I found Eric's rates to be most fair. I am so happy to know that behind my vehicles is a mechanic that is kind, honest, reliable, fair, and accommodating!! Thank you Eric for keeping my family safe while on the road!!

Amazing service, Billy was extremely helpful and nice! They had the part I needed in stock and were able to replace it the same day I called. They got the job done fast and efficiently. I also had some questions and needed my alternator checked and they helped me out with that free of charge. Their prices are good and they are open later than any other mechanic in the area. I highly recommend this place for everyone!

Eric runs a great shop! He was able to get my Sprinter van back on the road quickly. It has been difficult to find an honest, affordable Sprinter mechanic in this County. Eric is top notch

This place is great .I called around to find out some prices for parts my vehicle needed and I talked to Eric and he was very nice and helpful to talk to. Be gave me a quote for parts and labor and it was by far a lot less than other places in the area had quoted me. He saud he could get my car in 2 days later and Eric and 1 of his employees came in on a weekend when they're usually closed to work on our car. It needed multiple things and had them there and ready the day after I called him. They had all the work done in a couple hours and the vehicle runs great .Amazing customer service and quality work for such a great price. He was really eager to have us come in and help us with whatever he could and we appreciate it so much .We will Definately be taking our cars back there for anything because they are Definately a business worth supporting .

I love this place! I come here with any problems I have with my truck. They are very reasonable, fair and get the job done fast! With the small amount of knowledge I have about vehicle's, I fully trust Eric and his crew to take care of my needs. I feel content knowing I'm in good hands with any situation. I highly recommend allegiance's automotive for anybody's repairs!!!

Ive taken my car here many times and I love the service. Eric is a great guy and gets my car done quickly while also doing a really good job on it. I recommended this place to anyone I know that has car problems.

Eric is a great resource for my family automotive service needs. He has been servicing my cars for the past several years and he is awesome! He services my wife's 06 PT Cruiser and it still runs like brand new. And he services my Mercedes C300 and keeps it in top condition. Only uses Mercedes pairs and yet his prices are affordable. If you drive a Mercedes or BMW your wasting money if you go anywhere else.

I stopped in on a Friday afternoon. After two other local shops were unable to help me until sometime the following week. Eric went out of his way to get things done for me right then and there. He was honest and his prices were more exceptional. His service was great. Highly recommend.

I had to take my car to Allegiance today. Yes, on a Saturday! Eric and his helper were more than helpful. They checked my car and thought it to have a major problem, so I said I would leave it to be repaired. After they took me home. I got a call from Eric saying they kept checking things out on my car and found it to be a completly different problem and said he would stay an extra hour on a Saturday if I wanted to pick up my car today! Repairs ended up at only 1/4 of my original quote! Thanks to Eric and his helper for getting things fixed so fast!

Heard about the 3 year or 36,000 mile warranty they offer on repairs and thought I'd try a service first. It's always nice peice of mind to know a trusted mechanic. My experience was phenomenal all around! I don't plan on taking my cars anywhere else and I will refer all my friends and family to go there as well.

Will never use them again. Due to not being honest and waisting my money. Spent $426 on a sensor issue that he said he replaced came back within 24 hours. The wife Connie is rude and has poor customer service. My car runs worse now that I took it to them. Wish I would of gone somewhere else. They potentially messed my car up on purpose which is horrible. I m currently 2 weeks away from having a baby. Needed my car to be safe and now it has issues it didn t have before :(Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The best auto repair shop I have ever been to! The owner is extremely knowledge, honest, and fair. Always gets the work done quick and is very reasonable on price. I've recommended friends and they all feel the same way.

This was the start of a 4 day family vacation at the RV park. On the way from LA I lost turbo pressure, hose clamp came loose, then got to Paso Robles. While connecting the trailer i saw oil leaking under the truck. Drove out saw a mechanic outside of storage yard who recommended Eric at Allegiance. He called Eric to let him know I was on my way. Eric greeted me outside, took a look at the truck agreed to diagnose the problem and fix it. I was leaving on Sunday, on Thursday I stopped by the shop, he had found the problem, ordered the parts and repairs were completed Friday afternoon. He was very professional, very fair prices, and the guys that work there all awesome. This will be my go to spot when I am visiting the area for any repairs or maintenance.

They took me in as an emergency due to the fact I thought my brakes were gone I had already bought brakes and rotors and was ready to pay for them to be replaced when the owner took it for a test drive and came back to tell me that it did not need breaks right away and wanted me to Save my money if I wanted and to bring it back the next week so that they could do in overall inspection. Never in my life did I think I would meet a mechanic who would give me the option not to fix or replace something and to Save my money , now that's honesty

It all started with a oil drain plug that was messed up at Jiffy Lube. They put the wrong plug back in and messed up the threads. Allegiance was able to save the threads and fix the leak.My old van needed other work too so I decided to have Allegiance do the work even though I live 200 miles away. My van runs and drives better than ever. I'm going back to have them fix my instrument panel at some point.I can't say enough good stuff about these folks, friendly, professional and honest. What more would you want from an auto shop.Their prices were reasonable too! My husband and I were on our way to work when one of the hoses on my engine cracked. We googled the closest mechanic and allegance automotive came up so we called Eric and he said to bring it on by. Brought it in and he gave me a straight and honest answer. He said I can either fix the one hose to get you on your way or all of them because they are in pretty bad condition. Unfortunately I didn t have the time or funds to get them all done so just had the one. He got me in right away on such a short notice. We are extremely please with the professional, honest and timely experience we had. Thank you Eric. Wish there were more mechanics like you!

I've been taking my car to Eric for a year now and he is a great mechanic and always does his best to help me out and I love the service. it's always quick and easy and I would highly recommend him for anyone that's looking for a great mechanic

These guys are really knowledgeable and thorough, they repaired a bad alternator in less than 2 hours while I was enjoying beer at Barrelhouse Brewery less than 5 minutes away by walk. The price was very reasonable as well !

Eric and the team managed to diagnose, find the correct part, and fix my diesel truck in a matter of 3 hours. All of this on no times notice and on a Friday. If you want your car fixed right and fair then you bring it here!

Just had about the best experience you can have at the machanics. We got stranded on the side of the road just before 5 pm. I called hoping they'd help us before they closed and to my surprise they we're more then happy to help. They got the parts and fixed us up in under an hour! Thanks Erik and thanks to the machanics that helped us out! If you get into a tight spot definitely go here.

These guys stand by their work! I had them install a new heater core. they went above and beyond. I came back a month later for a problem with a hose connection and he fixed it no charge because it took a few minutes. I ll stick with these guys.
