Horrible customer service. The rep I was working with suddenly took off work sick and no one replied to or monitored her emails while she was gone. Parts didnt ship by specified date. The next day I was told by one rep it would ship that day and be bumped up to expedited shipping. It did not. The NEXT day I was told by a phone rep it would ship that day as well but NOT be expedited. I had enough at this point, order canceled. If you want to get your parts, you have no choice but to use their brand, but you do have the choice to order it from summit racing. Summit has already shipped my parts and it was $20 cheaper than going through AA direct.
