We wanted to replace a kitchen window, and instead replaced almost every window in the house. From the start of the project, this company and team have been top notch. Brian educated us thoroughly on window choices, companies and overall quality. The misses later told me she was thoroughly impressed with Bill Martinez, who walked her through the tons of choices available, and how knowledgable he was in this arena. The prices were better than competitive, and the install happened right on time. Lead installer, Lalo Quintero was friendly, and just great to work with. He answered every (odd) question we had, and explained things well as he and Miguel worked through our house. The finished product has changed / improved our home in ways we didn't imagine. I only wish we had called them years ago - what a difference. We are real people, not sandbagging the rating system - and I will be recommending this company to anyone who asks. Great quality and finish. Thank you so much to everyone at A-1. Looking forward to seeing you all again-

This review is related to a frameless glass wall/door that they A-1 put into my shower.1. They are super responsive (they came to measure within a few days of my call and came as and when promised)2. They have very reasonable pricing (their quote was 50-60% of the amount of two other bids I got)3. They kept me informed as to status of my glass order4. They performed a very professional installation and it looks perfectAll in all a totally positive experience, I would highly recommend them!

Had a great experience with A1 glass. I've used other local glass companies & this one was very prompt, returned calls & emails, showed up when the promised, called of running late.I just had a 20 year old Radco slider replaced with a Milgard French door & the installation crew was great, the worl quality, the care for our home outstanding & they even played with my dogs for minute to keep the dogs from stressing. Brian & Jo in the office were so easy to deal with.

My windshield did not have a proper seal and got water intrusion over the rain. Spoke with John and he immediately got my truck in and re-sealed it properly. He was super helpful and I appreciate him and Jesse's work for taking care of my issue. 100% recommend A1 glass

A-1 did for us what two other companies failed to do fixed a Martin front door locking mechanism. The door is dated and it proved to be a challenge to repair. A-1 could have easily convinced us to buy a new door but instead they took the time to diagnose the problem and then to search for the parts needed to solve it. That search took several weeks but the parts were finally located halfway across the country. The repair cost significantly less than a new door. Their technician, Matt, was excellent and their admin staff members were very helpful. Next time we have a door or window related need, we will skip the other companies to go straight to A-1.

Had a major crack in my windshield on a 2020 Subaru Outback XT with eyesight technology. I ve heard A1 s radio ads while at work all the time and decided to have them do the replacement. Rancho Grande motors quoted $950, A1 was able to replace the windshield AND add the tint strip at the top of the windshield for $960. They were very professional and got the whole job done in 3 hours. Subaru as well as their manual state not to tint the windshield at all. After hours of research on the internet, I found a photo of a Crosstrek that came up with a creative solution for tinting around the eyesight cameras so their not affected. A1 was able to replicate and implement the tint solution I had found. Came out beautiful, no issues with eyesight at this point in time. Special shout-out to Jon for working with me to make this happen, and I forgot the name of their tint guy, but he did an amazing job! Highly recommend this place!

I had a bad crack in my windshield, so I sent out a few requests for quotes and nearby businesses. A-1 called me within minutes and scheduled me for the very next day. And, they were much more affordable. Can't say enough about them. Great work, great prices, and it was done before they said it would be. Thanks!!!

Couldn t be more pleased without my Tesla model Y came out. Did the tint exactly like I wanted. Fast friendly, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I recommend to any of my friends or family.

I've used A-1 glass for 3 different house projects and they have THE BEST team and customer service. Rarely does a company who work in the home remodel business have as tight of operations, communication, service, and quality of work as this team does. They work together super well, and they genuinely want their customers to be happy with the process and end result. I would recommend A-1 1000x over. Thank you to everyone there who has taken care of me as a customer and my home. We are so grateful for you!

A-1 Glass gets 5 stars from me~~~ Not only do they have the best Prices around for Windows, Shower Enclosures ETC. Their Customer service is outstanding!!! I called on Friday and my shower door was Fixed the Same Day~~~ Needless to say they will have my business from now on and I will send anyone I know there way as well~~~ Nice JOB A-1 Glass

I met one of the owners of A-1 Glass by chance. As serendipity would have it, I was needing a glass company to come out to my vacation rental to stop the water from the shower from leaking onto the bathroom floor and also get the shower door in alignment with the two glass panels next to it.Roger and Roy were very punctual. They both were very nice and personable, too. Roy and Roger worked beautifully together. Roger, who has many years of experience in this field, made sure any gaps between the panels were as closed as he could get them. He siliconed areas that needed it and did a beautiful, very clean job.From here on out, I will be using A-1 Glass because they are truly an "A-1" type of company! I amm giving them 5 stars because they are that good!

Outstanding service. The two installers were friendly and very professional. The installation took less time than anticipated, and A-1 sent me a refund! Totally unexpected. First rate business ethics. My glass company choice forever.

Service is hit and miss here, still waiting for a call back to schedule a service call. Had to hound them to get a prior service scheduled and completed. Go to the smaller companies and you will get better service.

They had my car for about 4 hours. The installation was fine but they didn't clean the glass very well. I would have liked to have seen a better clean job.Update. They told to bring it back in and they would take care of it. And they did just that. Nicely the crew jumped right on it and cleaned the window. Great customer service. Thank you A1

I had my windshield replaced and A-1 saved me over $100. I was able to get my car in the day after I called! We had three replacements within the family in a span eight months, but the experience with A-1 was the best and got the best price. Friendly staff, great turn around, clean office, easy to find, and overall the most outstanding experience with a car issue ever. Thank you A-1 and John!

A-1 Glass of Paso Robles, I would like to say it was a great pleasure doing business with this young ambitious locally owned business. As one of the employees lived nearby, he was able to get an early start while waiting for the others to bring the equipment. They were very friendly, trust worthy and forgiving as my dog decided to mark one of the guys work bag within the first 10 minutes of his arrival. I had over 25 windows to be replaced, the cost was very reasonable and they were able to meet their expected completion date. I would definitely hire them again if ever needed and can say I would refer them to anyone without hesitation.

A-1 glass did a great job on our house and I have nothing but good things to say. Bryan the owner was very personable and very prompt to come out and give us an estimate for the house within a day or two. We went with retrofit windows for the whole house per his recommendation and couldn't be happier. Got the windows ordered in a couple weeks and scheduled the job for 2 days. They were in and out, laid down blankets to protect the floors, cleaned up the work area and did a great finish job on all the windows and sliding doors. Thanks so much guys, will go to them for all my window needs!

A1 Glass went above and beyond to replace our windows. We divided our window replacement in our home into 4 phases as it was a lot for us to handle at one time. They were always very accommodating, prompt, professional and friendly. Their owners and employees have all been pleasant to work with. We ended up having some challenges with large arched windows in our house and they did all they could to make sure the job was completed professionally and correctly!Service: Window installation

If you need any glass services for your car or home please give A-1 Glass your business. Bryan and the guys can do so much more for you than any other glass shop that I have ever dealt with in all my years. I had some very difficult problems with my cars windshield leaking due to rust. A-1 was able to fix the problems with the use of their ingenious minds. Simply put they are geniuses. I am a real customer, and not a paid endorser. now for a public thanks...HI GUYS! Thanks for the excellent service. You went beyond all expectations. I will recommend you to anyone that needs your services. especially when it comes down to unique solutions for odd problems, such as the ones I had with my 1972 Chevy Vega GT. Great job! Cheers!

The quality of the shower door is great, and the install went well. But I had a few issues with their service:1. After having someone come out to see my bathroom and discuss what I wanted, it took over a week and a couple ignored emails to get someone to give me a quote on my job.2. I scheduled my install several weeks in advance. The morning of install no one showed up at the scheduled time. I called them to find out when they would be arriving and they told me they had to reschedule. I had not been notified of the reschedule. After I let them know that I had not been notified and I had taken the day off of work for the install they rectified the situation sent installers down later that day.After install I had confirmed the final amount due and told them to go ahead and charge my card I had given them for the deposit. I then received a call a week later saying I had not paid. I again told them to please charge my card. Then two weeks later another call telling me I had not paid in full.I think they need to improve their communication skills both internally and with their customers.

Overall experience with this place was okay The problem was you have to inform the customer before the work starts that you either pay cash get a discount or you pay by card and they add 3% charge to the total billI wish the company was more upfront and transparent and honest about how they do their billing not hide it until the very endPut a sign on the desks make it really obvious verbally tell the customer that Don't wait until the job is done and payment is neededThe lady who checked me in just asked for my car keys and I asked her just to make sure I was the right person coming in which she did and then the job began the to have the windshield replaced so upon windshield being replaced and it was time to pay I noticed on the card reader that there was a 3% charge for using a cardThe person who handles billing seems to have an attitude about oh you were told this as you came on cuz it says it on your invoiceI am sorry lady I don't have an invoice because nobody handed me any paperwork except being told on the phone the price for the install and glass plus taxSo the lady that was in charge of building proceeded to give me all this attitude when I was simply asking to pay what I already agreed to which was the price to the product and install and taxNow in their parking lot they have a nice little yellow plastic chain going across 95% of the time I was there waiting for my vehicle to be done The plastic chain was on the ground out of the way and there were customers walking up into the upper parking lot granted there was only one sign on the chain saying to stay out well you need to put signs on both sides of the driveway maybe draw a white or yellow line on the ground that says associates only or staff onlyThe parking lot is a real hazard once you fall off into a ditch if you go too far one side you drop off of the asphalt parking lot about 5 ft which I almost did getting out of my vehicleParking spots are way too small for vehiclesThe person putting in the window was nice and politeThe person who did my invoice and took payment was very polite and very kindThe lady who's in charge of building you need to go to schooling to have some customer service skills because I didn't like how you handled the situation and you ignored me when I had a question and I was looking right at you as I asked the questionNow the inside of the showroom is covered in spider webs everywhere I looked under the displays there were spider webs which to me is not a showroomOverall it is a okay place to me except for the The people who handle building need to have a more friendly attitude because you are dealing in customer serviceThe window replacement went without a problemJust wish the company would be upfront and transparent about these 3% fees added on to the bill because they want to have cash so they don't have to what report it to the IRS or somethingCredit card companies will happily change the amount that you paid when you dispute the amount you paidI spend an hour and a half there when I didn't need to spend an hour and a half there it would have taken 1 hour to take the old window out and put it in except the people who putting the window in kept walking back into the showroom so that made the process take even longer which I was not thrilled withSo in all don't take advantage of the customer you eat that 3% fee and make the customer happyNot the customer's fault that you have a bad credit card debit card processing company

I have looked at different glass companies for tinting on my car. I decided to go with A-1 Glass even though I live out of the area because of there excellent customer service. The owners are very personable and are available if I had questions. I also loved how respectful they were to there employees. That sold me. I love my car.

I purchased a fixer upper that needed new windows and a back door. After having a difficult time with a different company, I put it on the end of my to-do list. A couple months goes by and my daughter accidentally broke a window so I talked to A1 about it. I was relieved to find A1 Glass and experience their excellent customer service. I decided to let them help me replace all the windows in my home and also have a sliding glass door installed.They did a wonderful job! Sophia helped me choose glass options that would keep the outside noise from coming in so much. I am very happy with everything!!

I brought my boyfriends truck in to get tinted as a birthday gift, after doing some research I settled with A1 because of all the great reviews... Let me say this first! The quality of the tint is great, the tinting person they have did an amazing job! But the reason for the 1 star review is because the problem I had there was the customer service. I had to take the truck back a second time because the receptionist, Lucinda, failed to get the order right after having set the appointment a month in advance and having multiple phone calls the day of the appointment specifying what I wanted done. Along with the misquote she gave me, she also was going to charge me for the redo that was her mistake, but she changed her mind after some thought. Again nothing wrong with the job done it was the customer service rep., Lucinda, that made the experience horrible.
