Had an insurance case and my side mirror got smashed while parked.Alan and team are top notch, customer focused, and extremely likable people that do business here.The team takes extreme care given the fact it's a stressful circumstance for a vehicle owner dealing with an insurance case.Can't thank Alan and team enough, highly recommend for anyone needing auto body work in Pasadena or NELA area

I have had three separate repairs spread over years by Zoom. Always an excellent experience. I really appreciate Andre s son is there carrying on the professionalism and they work brilliantly together.Go. Hire them and relax. You re in good hands.

Unfortunately, after moving to California from Texas, 7 years ago, I have had way too many accidents- a couple have been my fault but the major damage to my car came from hit and runs. I found ZOOM totally by accident the first time and since then I have come to trust them completely. Andre and son Alan are wonderful, amazing people! I think of them as friends rather than impersonal business owners. The shop has always done excellent work and I tease that I have them on auto dial! I can highly recommend this body shop.

I looked at several shops and this one caught my eye is based on the good reviews and the conversation I had with the owner when I took my car there for an appraisal. They did an amazing job. My car it was fixed like new and they kept me updated on how long it would take for the job to be done. Very professional and could not be happier with how they handled fixing my car.

After my 2008 audi a4 was hit while parked.. I decided to take my car here to ZOOM and they took care of my car and got it fixed as fast as they could. Communicating issues that have arised and figured out a solution quickly.They worked with the insurance company and issues where solved with ease... I would definitely recommend this body shop.

Highly recommend this place. These are the guys who make your car look like brand new. Easy to make business, always find a "real" person to talk to (and feeling that he actually cares for you).

Andre at Zoom AutoBody must be an angel. Two times now he has fixed minor problems on my car, on the spot. Without an appointment. Himself. One fix was late, on a Friday afternoon. Customer service at Zoom is beyond compare, and they can do anything.I will never go anywhere else.Service: Body & Trim

I'm on a budget so when I got some dents in my door I was hoping for someone who could pull it out and make it look OK again. Owner looked it over and said I would have to buy everything new $1500-2200 for a car worth only a little more than that and with a fully functional door. Must be nice to have so many wealthy clients that you can stick it to the little guy.
