The service was excellent aside from the woman that checked me out. I wanted to ask the mechanic that handled my repairs a question about one of the services that was recommended and first refused to call for him then finally agreed to in a very rude manner. Other than that everyone was so friendly and helpful so it really surprised me.

Jorge and his manager Mike were very knowledgeable and spent almost the entire day to answer questions and show us how to drive our new EV VW ID4. So far we love the car. This is great dealership!

Kingsun and the service team were immensely helpful at fixing my Tiguan's broken sunshade and even identified a few other issues that were also covered under its warranty. Within a day, they located a loaner car for me to use for the days it took to receive the repair parts and fix my car. I paid nothing out of pocket. So friendly and efficient, a truly wonderful experience.

After my initial visit to the Pasadena service center for the standard three-year (36,000-mile) maintenance check, I encountered a new issue with the battery, and the car began malfunctioning. I reached out to the service manager, who promptly prioritized my case, scheduling my car for service the following day. Upon my return, the team was well-prepared, having arranged for expedited service to ensure my car would be ready by 2:30 p.m. that same day, as I had requested. Throughout the process, the service consultant consistently updated me via messages, showcasing their commitment to customer care. The inspection revealed a faulty battery, which was replaced under warranty, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution. I was immensely satisfied with the high level of service and attention provided by this service center. Their exceptional customer service truly sets them apart from other dealerships in the area, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking reliable automotive care.

Service was absolutely fantastic and I felt it also went above and beyond! was able to get my concerns reviewed, advised, and taken care of in a timely manner. I also appreciate the attention to detail from the techs to ensure everything was done correctly, and for my Advisor Kingsun providing a temporary rental vehicle to remain mobile for the fix. Luckily, my vehicle was up and running and ready to go the following day, and it came back in great shape! The rental also gave me a taste of possibly upgrading my vehicle sometime in the near future.Overall, it was an absolute 10/10 level of customer service!

Please update customers as to the status of their vehicle especially the ones that are waiting in person. I understand it s busy but what is the point of getting an oil change appointment and it takes 3 hrs to do one. I might as well have gone to Pep Boys.

I had such a seamless and pleasant time getting my car at Pasadena VW. No one patronized or talked down to me, and everything was clear and transparent. Jorge was my sales associate and he was so kind and informative and a real person.When I got my car home, there was a small problem with the seatbelt. I called Jorge and he drove to my house right away to check it out, then had someone come and take the car to be checked out again at the dealership and give me a loaner car for a few days before delivering my vehicle back himself. This is above and beyond service and I was so happy! Also - I love my car so much!

I've never had such a positive experience with a car dealership for service. Wendy is such a nice and professional person that I hope I am lucky enough to work with her in the future. Dropping my initial review due to lack of concern/urgency regarding unscheduled maintenance for a new vehicle. - Summary: spoke with female service rep on phone regarding an issue with the vehicle that has happened in the past (loss of engine power while driving on highway. Car was brought in to get checked prior due to the same issue, tests/checks came back normal. possible sensor fault). Was told to bring the car in on a Friday, but due to how busy they were it might not be looked at/worked on until Monday. Asked if a loaner was possible for Monday, was told none were available. Needed vehicle to get to work so this would be an issue. Service rep spent zero effort in trying to find a solution. I asked to please contact me when they do have a loaner available. never got a call back. Luckily that issue has not happened again while driving on the highway.-The staff at the VW Pasadena service center are always courteous, friendly, and professional. They are always very accommodating to our family every time we've brought our vehicle in for maintenance service. Kingsun went above and beyond in helping us with the logistics when our new car was being repaired due to a factory oversight with the HVAC system. Overall, I can't say enough positive things about the staff at VW Pasadena.

My recent service was excellent! Claire, my service consultant, was fantastic. I was stressed out that my car wouldn t start in the morning, and I had to get to work for a meeting. I called VW Pasadena, and Claire helped me get my car in right away to get my battery replaced. I left the car there for service and was provided a Lyft ride to work, and made it just in time for my meeting. I was also able to do the oil change service while the car was there too, which was very convenient. Great service at VW Pasadena!

I brought my vehicle in for it's service and had a recall, "ignition starter switch" taken care of. To make a very long story short, the recall was not done properly and my car died. Could not even be put in neutral so towing it to the dealer was a long ordeal. I was without my vehicle for two days and spent a lot of money on Uber's and towing.

First I got an appointment online for Friday , I was on time, my Advisor Erica was extremely rude , she said will get your car but it will stay without examination till Monday, once I ask for a loaner or rent , she said you have to wait 2 weeks to get you one, better if you get your car on you and bring it Monday, she is very rude and mean, no way Volkswagen of Pasadena will have such an advisor on board. Once I asked for a manager she was very angry and rudely instruct me to wait away for him.After couples of M manger came he was nice but he did nothing to resolve my issue.I will never go back there or advise anyone to go there if the first point of contact has such an attitude.

I appreciate the time VW took as I did not have an appointment, I do appreciate that. I did, however, prefer when they were located in Alhambra though the customer service was above and beyond. I understand facilities are getting a face-lift, but that does not justify the lack of customer service, especially for the amount of money people are spending here we're speaking from $100 to thousands of dollars, therefore hospitality should be above and beyond. Do better, we've purchased enough cars from you to know how VW car owners should be treated, and it is better than the current zero hospitality version. Thank you for your time.

I had 3 sales reps helping, Kevin and Dominic prior to coming in and Jorge the day I got my car. All were very helpful and kind. The day of getting my car I was in a big rush and Jorge did everything in his power to get me in and out as quickly as possible, all with a huge smile on his face.

We shopped around for an ID4 Pro EV for a couple weeks, contacting sales people at several dealers in the LA area. VW Pasadena was by far and away the most reasonable to deal with and the most transparent in their pricing which beat every other dealership we contacted.Their ID 4 specialist, Ray, was courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He respected what we were looking for and never tried to push costlier alternatives.We would definitely look to VW Pasadena again. A good dealership to work with.

I made an appointment online and when the day came to take in my car for an oil change, they couldnt find my appointment info. Aside from that, everything was amazing! Their customer service was beyond great! Wendy was very informative, funny, and friendly. She explained to me in detail what was the issue with my car. They said that my car was going to be in the shop for a few days and so they loaned me a car (jetta). I will be bringing my car here for future services. Thank you!!

I got my car two and a half years ago from VW Pasadena and since then I am a loyal customer and aways service my car there.Every time buying all recommended services and paying without questions until today.I was told that my battery needs replacement since I was complaining that my car is turning off before full stop and the start stop system is not working as expected. I was also told that the warranty of the battery is expired because my car us 47k miles and the warranty is for 36 or 3 years.....the car is less than 3 years old and we were told by the time of purchase that the car has bumber to bumber warranty for the entire lease. I asked for manager and even that he was nice he told me that it's not up to him and he can charge me 300$ for the battery and wave the labor of 140$. I walked out of that dealership and contacted VW customer service.

Everyone I worked with that day was extremely accommodating and helpful! We worked through the minor issues and they handled everything professionally and made me feel less of a burden. I will be referring anyone I know to Volkswagen Pasadena.

I have been going to VW Pasadena for nearly 20 years. I came to VW Pasadena to turn in my lease and get a new one. Kevin, Dominic and Ramiro were so helpful. I would highly recommend to come to VW Pasadena. Their service department is very helpful and nice as well.

A HUGE HUGE THANK YOU to service manager Martin Ramirez and his friendly team over at VW Pasadena!I initially went to VW Santa Monica for a standard oil change and was told that a recall was pulling up for my car and the airbag needed to be replaced. I had to drop off my car and after 48 hours I picked up my vehicle and immediately noticed the airbag was installed improperly to the point where you can visibly see the airbag coming out of the steering wheel(images attached). VW Santa Monica not only did not fix their mistake but refused to take any responsibility AND they also failed to tell me that my front breaks along with the coolant tank needed to be replaced. The only reason why I know this is because the technician (Paul) at Pasadena actually took the time to examine my car and notified me of what needs to be fixed.The whole point of this review is to just give praise to Volkswagen Pasadena for the excellent service that they provided me and I really have to thank you again Martin for turning this horrific incident that I experienced into a resolution! You and your team went above and beyond!! You guys are truly the best. Thank you!

Mr. Ron Hancock was very pleasant and accommodating. He clearly explained what my Jetta needed to solve the problems of my car. He provided me with a courtesy car for me to use while my car was in service for several days. Kudos to the technicians who worked on my car. This service center even provides an Uber ride from the dealership to my house and vice versa. They know how to treat their customers well.
