I am so happy with Vince and his services. As a woman car owner, I feel supper safe. I'm not being taken advantage of. He's honest and provides great quality work. Reasonable prices do not gouge with prices. Thank you, Vince. Highly recommend to all Mercedes-Benz owners.

I highly recommend Vince's Auto Services. I have been a satisfied customer since 2006. I have owned about 40 cars. I am a home hobbyist, mechanic and do, perhaps, 90% of all repairs myself.Vince's team has repaired that last 10% on my Mercedes and Jaguar, with AC services, help to pass Smog, change injectors, Intake Manifold Gaskets, Engine Mounts, Differential and transmission services. We have really good communication and I understand all the steps involved in a repair.In the 13 years, I've had Vince work on my older 80's cars, every single repair was correctly done and charged appropriately. The turnaround time for service was always reasonable.I have even driven 60 miles to his Pasadena garage to bring in my Jaguar XJS V12 to review and pass for smog, even though there were closer specialists, available to me.If you want quality work and be treated with great respect, go see Vince. If you have a budget limit, tell him. He will tell you what has to be fixed and what can wait.

This mechanic shop was recommended by someone in my Pokemon Go community and I wasn't disappointed. Vince and his team took care of my car in a timely manner. They also gave me a reasonable price as well, so in my experience of getting my car repaired, but also repairing it myself. This shop is totally worth your money and time to invest in if you're looking for a honest mechanic.

Honest, friendly, and skilled service. Took my car in after the dealer was going to charge me a ridiculous amount for new brakes. So I took it to Vince and he informs me that actually my brakes were fine and wouldn t need to replaced for a while.I ve taken my car there for other services and have had only good experiences. I recommend him to all my friends and family!

Vince takes care of all our family's cars, including a PZEV and a specialty road/track car. They are always reliable, honest, and charge a fair price. They won't ever oversell or upsell service, either. We have been with them for years and plan to stick with them.

A friend recommended Vince's to me and I've been going for the last year. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, honest, friendly. Prices are reasonable. The work is thorough. I've only had good experiences with them.

My check engine light came on. I took it in and was told that my car needed about 5 different parts replaced and was given a 600 dollar price tag to fix. According to Vince, there was something wrong with my evap system. I had a bad feeling, so I declined the service and decided to change the gas cap. This cost me approximately 8 bucks.... It's now been months and the light never came back on. This shop is a HUGE fraud. DO NOT fall for Vince and his lies.

I very much appreciated the service I recieved with Vince and his shop, and, I will definately bring my vehicle back.As background, I purchase a used vehicle elsewhere. Shortly after the purchase, I experienced problems, had the vehicle inspected, and learned that costly repairs were ahead - significant oil leak, fault with fueling system, there was a hole in an axle boot (CV joint), and brake fluid had become corrosive. At a 2nd shop, I had another inspection and got an estimate for repairs. Because I did not get a good feel from the 2nd shop, I searched online and decided upon Vince's shop.And I am glad I did. I shared general information about the previous two visits and that I generally expected that a lot of work was needed. I probably should not have indicated this, but what the heck. The diagnosis I got revealed that I needed fewer repairs, different repairs, some of it did not require costly parts - only labor - and the impact to my wallet would be much less. I went ahead with repairs and my vehicle is now a champ. No oil leaks. No sensors activating. And more money remains in my wallet.I will recommend Vince's Auto Services to others. What is also great, his shop is within walking distance to the Metro Gold Line at the Sierra Madre Villa Station. Although I was offered a ride, the train was convieniently located to get me between my home and his shop.

Quick, clear, and out the door. Helped arrange a hassle-free tow to the shop. Broken alternator, new tires/brakes, and half a dozen other small fixes. I'd go back again.

This is the most honest shop in town. They give rides too. They will take you home and pick you up. Vince in amazing! My friends and family wouldn't take their cars anywhere else.

Don't just drive in, call and make an appt. But Vince was super helpful and reasonable. Seems like a trustworthy place.
