Excellent job with communication and my having to reschedule a couple times due to health reasons, excellent and friendly service in-person but gave me a key fob that was missing pieces and now they won t return my texts.

The service rep named Daniel Juarez was rude and very unprofessional. He acted like I was bothering him. He was not kind at all and had a frown while talking to me. I waited over an hour and a half just to have my battery checked. I was ready to walk out! It was a wonderful woman in a red Polo shirt named, I think, Rosa Rosales who finally came and helped me solve the issue with my battery. The beginning of my service today was horrible because of Daniel but the end was wonderful because of Rosa. I appreciate her kindness and listening to me and following through with me. Toyota definitely needs more positive, kind people like Rosa. Kudos to her!

Chris from service desk was SO patient and helpful while trying to work around my schedule to get my vehicle in for repairs. He made sure my rental was ready for pickup so i didn't have to wait any longer than necessary, kept me up-to-date on the repairs and personally inspected my vehicle before i picked it up. I felt he went above and beyond, he made the entire experience a positive one

I went in this week for an oil change and tire rotation. I had no appointment, called last moment yet i was able to be accommodated. My service representative was John Subee. I always ask for him because he is patient, informative and kind. Generally, all the service are great.

Was immediately welcomed and greeted and then directed to door 4 to meet with Miguel who also welcomed and greeted me. He processed the paperwork quickly and took time to explain what the service included. I signed paperwork and Miguel said he would be in touch with me by text. My car service was due to be completed by 11:10 but my car was ready by 10:14, a pleasant surprise.The process of retrieving my car was also done efficiently and courteously. It was a good day of service at Toyota. I and my Prius are happy.Thank you!

The staff at Toyota of Pasadena is friendly and welcoming. From Anthony who greeted me with a big smile when I arrived. To Haide who explained the service thoroughly and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle. She is knowledgeable and pleasant.Great vibe to start my day and very efficient wait time. Even Chris another Service consultant was engaging and nice as well. My first time at this location after an unpleasant experience at a Toyota dealership much closer to home and they confirmed I made the right decision bringing my vehicle to Pasadena.

It was a simple job of providing a second e-key for the new 2024 Toyota Crown we purchased in late November of 2023. Arrived at 7 am and rolled out at 9:30 am with the new e-key. 2.5 hours to unpackaged and program the key. A little long but I get it. Enjoyed coffee during my visit, walked around and looked at new cars. They drove our new Crown around and I asked why they didn t wash it? They used to do that as a thank you for the business, but they said the city made them quit that hmm. So I drove off. The service was fine, just a little long for a simple job on a early weekday morning.

Daniel in service was amazing, he helped me deal with the 3rd party service contract (who refused to pay) and then went above and beyond helping me with getting my truck fixed despite that. He's the man and deserves a raise and to be promoted!! My truck is fixed now, and is running great!

Service was excellent. I left my vehicle the day before since I have to be at work very early in the morning. The work was completed early the next day. I picked it up the next day at 5:00 pm. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. My only complaint is that I wished someone explained to me how the new alarm system is supposed to work and its operation. Later the next day I found its manual in the glove compartment.

Very satisfied with the service. I was taken in by Freddy Caravallo without hesitant. He told me how long will it take and he was on the dot. I arrive, and checking then check out. Fantastic job. I recommend Toyota of Pasadena.

Great service The service writer was very helpful and Went above and beyond. I had to take my truck in to replace the passenger side heads due to a. Common issue that Toyota tacoma have the service writer Stephanie very helpful kept me up to date on The status of my vehicle. I ve had many bad experiences with dealerships. That s why I never take my vehicle to one, but this one. Is Different I bought my truck here back in 2018 and never had a problem . and when the time comes, I will be buying my next one here also.

Just took my car in for routine service- the experience was great! I had an appointment for 7:30am, I was helped quickly and worked with Chris G. I appreciate his integrity and helpful nature. My car was done pretty quickly, before the time it was promised. Pickup was easy and pricing was reasonable. Glad to have this as my go-to dealership/service center. Haide was helpful also and I appreciated her assistance. Thank you! :)

They did an adequate job. It was relatively affordable because I found a coupon on their website but I don t know if they did anything better than a Jiffy Lube would ve done. I listed a number of things that I wanted to have the service people take a look at when I dropped it off. It did not seem like any of the things were put in the notes therefore the technician did not address them. I was told the service people only have certain amount of time. All of the things that I listed were things that could be looked at visually while they were doing the maintenance service. They did take pictures of a couple of problem areas that I need to address on my truck which was helpful. I came in with a check engine light on, and I left with the check engine light on. I did not expect them to fix it, but they didn t even bother to give me a code or tell me anything about it. Overall, I probably could have gotten the same service at a Jiffy Lube for less money and those technicians would have given me ten minutes of explanation time.

I took my new Prius in to get my second key fob, reprogrammed, got an appointment, immediately dropped the car off, and they were done in less time than they estimated. Everyone was very friendly, especially Angela. I m very happy with the service

Today I took my car in for maintenance I always take my car to this dealer because they always do a great job I always get the best advisors today I was helped by CHRIS GHATTAS he had such a great customer service he explained to me what needed to be done with my car thank youThe only problem I had today was that they left a spray bottle in my car with liquid that spilled I believe it was the maintenance who left it there other then that everything was great

Chris and the Team are amazing!!!! They helped me with a problem I was having for over 5 months and were able to fix the problem. From the moment I walked in everyone was welcoming and kind. I am so grateful! Now I can drive with peace of mind.

Everyone is professional and nice. Came in for an oil change no appointment, I waited for just over 2 hours for it to be done. Jiffy lube has me in and out in 10 minutes and they charge less for the oil change.While I will return and I do recommend this dealership for other services, I will not return for an oil change in the future.

We needed to replace our side view mirror on our Prius V. When we called, Toyota of Pasadena made an appointment for the next day. They efficiently checked us in when we arrived and completed the job, as promised, in the early afternoon. They also kept us updated during the repair process. We were very happy and satisfied with the service.

Freddy was my advisor for my last minute appointment. He took all my information and concerns quickly. Gave me realistic timeline and was able to stick to it. The virtual assistant they provide was easy to navigate and made picking up my vehicle that much easier. I will definitely continue to use this service department.

Freddy was super nice and throught the day kept me updated. He was very conforting for my needs. My brand new 2024 is having issues, and he was very patient with me and understood my concerns. He even started a claim for me. He also got me to work promptly after my drop off.

Efficient service. My only complaint is that they want to charge you $118 to replace the cabin air filter - this is highway robbery. You can get the filter for $15 and replace it easily in 2 minutes. Otherwise great service. Just shop around for prices if they suggest work on your car. For example they suggested wheel alignment for $170 and I found it at a wheel alignment place for $130
