Purchased a vehicle here and I could not recommend them less. They told me I could register the vehicle in my home state instead of California, then did the incorrect paperwork on the day of and registered it in California anyways (I do not live in California). They also assured me I could pay with my personal check, then refused to accept it on the day of and forced me to take out a loan. They treated me with insane disrespect and talked to me like I am stupid. This behavior only changed positively when they found out I am in the military. You should not need to be in the military to be treated with respect. The icing on the cake is they never sent me my title and are dodging all texts and calls surrounding getting the title so I still cannot register the car in my home state. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I don t want to give one star. The car delivered on Monday said it will be inspected on Tuesday. We waited until around 4 pm on Wednesday to call and said that it hadn t been inspected yet. It will be inspected on Thursday. We didn t receive a call until noon on Friday. I went directly to the store and found that it hadn't been checked. really rubbish

Excellent service, of all the times I have been to this place for any services and checkups on my vehicle... since I bought it in the same placeEh, been to other dealerships and Thorson Buick GMC is my favorite.
