The service is good. They offer test drive either alone or with their staff. My daughter loves their coloring book.The best part for me is it is easy. We choose the car we like, then order it, the rest can be done on the app on phone. So I get it.I was looking at Toyota and Honda, where if going to the price negotiation, I have to prepare at least three hours because all their managers are trained to consume customers' time. I think they just want the customers to be very tired and impatient, so they sell their cars more expensive. There are tough customers who are very good at bargaining and enjoy the long-hours bargaining process. They are usually able to get a good deal. Unfortunately, I am not among those. I hate their complex auto parts settings and markups, and I don't want to spend my day bargaining there. Especially, now they are still short of cars, maybe hunger marketing? So, goodbye!I like the easy setting of Tesla. Just like iPhone, a few different models, easy everywhere. The staff here are very friendly as well. Very pleasant.

Edgar was a great help! I had came in clueless and he was such a big help! He was able to attend not only me but other customers around with all the craziness. Edgar deserves to be promoted above peers and definitely be put into a leadership position, if not already in one. Thank you Edgar and the rest of the Tesla team, it was a pleasure providing business to a company that wants to earn customers in comparison to other car companies we have visited.

My mother in law had issues with the brakes in her Tesla. We came today (the day after thanksgiving) and the tall and handsome Jose was so lovely and helped us. I ve never had such great service in all my years owning a car. Today they were even functioning with minimal staffs very impressed and appreciative. Employee of the month, Jose

I had a great experience. One of the employees was super friendly and helpful and actually interacted with me, she was great. The other guys kinda just gave me the cold shoulder. It was great to be able to get into the car and check out the features. I definitely want to buy one!

Very friendly staff and a nice store. It is just big enough to house their 3 car models, and getting to sit in them while talking to the staff is excellent. I am not sure if they have cars to test drive, but exploring the features themselves is nice. One staff member even connected with us when it organically came up that he was a singer! Ha. Thoroughly enjoyed this store and would visit again if I m ever in town and still can t afford a Tesla. :)

They don't know the meaning of customer service. Our charge port was acting up to a point where the car wouldn't go into drive, the car thinking it is being charged. Happened a few times and happened last night in a bad area of town, where we couldn't drive the car, so after dealing with tesla roadside, they instructed us to tow the vehicle to a service center. When we took the vehicle, AUSTIN at the service center said we need an appointment. Since the car wasn't giving that warning in his presence, then he cant take the car. How ridiculous is that. He was refusing to take the car in and forcing us to make an appointment, which is 5 days out. he said we need to take the car and if it does it again, to tow it back to them. Not being able to start the car is not an emergency for this guy. They really need to train these service advisors to do a better job if they want customers to continue to stay loyal to Tesla.

Very satisfied. They offered me a brand new Model S and allowed me to drive it around in 50 minutes alone. Great service!

All I can say is do not buy a Tesla total piece of junk have had so mane problems with the charging system and the dealer says it s not covered under warranty! Biggest mistake of my life!!!

Ahhh window shopping maybe someday. I love the Tesla brand and everything that they stand for. Elon Musk is an absolute stud and if he ever is looking for a loving wife I would be more than happy to throw my name into the hat! Although I love the model S, I think I would rather go big with the model X because it is a beautiful car.

Maybe they were busy came in on 09/10/21 at 02:00 PM was ready to bring in a car to trade in and pay that 100 dollars to go through the credit application but just stood there not being acknowledged for a solid 5 mins everyone was on the phone. I get it people are busy but not even an "hey we will be right there with you". I never complain but the manager should knows this, I would want to know if my employees are just goofing off if I'm not around.

We enjoyed visiting the showroom. The staff was helpful and willing to answer all our questions. If you are interested in buying a Tesla vehicle or solar panel, I recommend visiting this showroom to have all your questions answered and to schedule test drives. Love the no pressure atmosphere.

Absolutely the best experience buying a car. So easy and fast, literally a piece of cake. Called into the store at about 4pm on a Friday to see if my husband and I can schedule a test drive. Spoke to Ernesto who answered a lot of our questions over the phone and told us that The latest test drive is usually around 6 PM since they close at eight but as long as were there by seven he could still take us out .. we got there at about 6:50 and Ernesto took my husband and I on a test drive allowing us to both drIve the car. He first explained to us so many features on the car and during the drive answered all our questions about financing as well as technical questions. Back in the show room Ernesto put us in line to receive a car and got us through our whole entire credit application. By that time the store was closed and all his coworkers had left but he stayed for about an hour after the store closed finishing up the application with us and walking us through every single step very thoroughly. My husband and I both had a ton of questions and Ernesto was very patient and very professional. He wasn t just trying to sell us a car, he wanted to make sure we were happy. Since we applied for the credit application after hours the status was pending until the next day The next day we called him and he checked up on our application and finished the very last steps of it all through the phone call. He was beyond helpful, beyond professional, and beyond patient. If you need to buy a Tesla, seriously go see Ernesto in the Pasadena show room. Can t wait to receive our car in late March!!!

I am very dissapointed with this TESLA Dealer. We came Friday to renew our Lease as usual. When we arrived the person who helped us Said we have to take the car for service before updating our weekly renewal. I was and still soooo upset because I took time off from work and drive 2 hours to get to PASADENA TESLA's Dealer then when i arrived they tell me this? They should have had emailed me or called me before hand to let me know the process. I am not a mind reader and I can't guess their producers. I would appreciate nanagers to train their customer service Agents about how to pre-frame to a customer what to do when service has to be done. This would assure an easier transaction and avoid wasting my time and the time of other consumer. I have this lease for 7 months. Managers please correct this problem. Thanks

Lease Model X about 2 years ago, and visited Tesla Pasadena showroom today where I leased it to discuss for early termination and trying to buy it. The guy name, Vincent claiming as showroom manager did not answer none of my question and he says he does not know anything, and he did not refer to any contact person information. He said he will contact his team and will let me know and I asked him who that person would be and he folded his lab top that he will not share it. How pathetic ! It was NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL, and basic message is that he only cares and knows the future delivery sales orders, and if I want more information, I just need to wait till he finds out for such a basic questions which he does not know how long it will take. Simply go home and wait for his text for whatever. Tesla service level was bad before, but it is getting worse by hiring those type of unprofessional showroom manager who claims that he knows what he is doing but literally knows nothing, and he said few times he does not know anything about service area but told me visit to other showroom i.e. Burbank or Marina Del Ray to get the more information. Why they turn down the future customers like this and basically abuse the former buyer's needs ? Only care for sale and after that, you have to deal with Robotic phone app, and no proper training for human ! I am not going to be the repeat customer of TESLA rest of my life based on their service level and attitude after all. If I cannot get the information I need from the showroom I leased the vehicle, where else can I go ?

Scheduled an appointment at 12:30 to test drive a Tesla Model Y. Arrived on time and was greeted but as soon as we were checked in, the person said we will have to wait 10 min for the car to come back. We waited for 5 min and the guy came back actually saying it will be 20 min, we went for a walk and when we came back, we re told to keep waiting and the car is coming back in 5-10min. What is the point of having an appointment and reserving a car for a test drive if we have to wait almost an hour from our scheduled time? Doesn t make sense!

I recently just pulled the trigger on the Model Y and this was not an easy decision for me because I am the type of person that does A LOT of research before buying anything.� After receiving an initial call from Pablo, he made by decision so much easier as he explained to be the pros and cons of hardware and software on the new 2020 models vs the 2017 and below CPO models.� His technical knowledge and expertise was invaluable and made the decision process so much easier.� I was one of the lucky ones to have Pablo reach out to me because without his help I would be watching endless YouTube videos�from people who don't even have answers I am looking for.� As a small business owner I value customer service and Pablo did an amazing job!� Thanks again for solidifying my confidence in the Tesla brand.

The sale guy will not take care of anything after paid the deposit, his fault that cause me sold my own vehicle and the vehicle pick up delays, I want to called him and he is disappearing never reply!!!!!!

While the in-store Tesla experience was good, the experience post-purchase has been an absolute nightmare. Can't get in touch with anybody through their automated system and you have to dial multiple times to finally get to someone.After we decided to make the purchase, the store called us saying they would be making a delivery even though we haven't even decided on the delivery date yet. Was given many confusing and conflicting information. After numerous back and forth with the store and the delivery center, they finally delivered the Tesla at a time frame that we were available but it came with multiple issues and defect. Had to take time off work just to take the brand "new" car to the service center to fix up all the defect. Emailed our rep Caleb about all the issues we had to deal with since he had told us to contact him with any questions, and he didn't even bother to respond back.While the Tesla M3 is an amazing car, the entire buying and delivery experience and customer service (or lack o) are absolute disaster.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They explained different features of the cars and pricing. I was able to do a test drive the Model S including the auto-pilot feature, self parking, and larger computer center console. It's amazing.

They let you get into the car. The price increases every time you visit. Some parts of the car look cheap, but the car looks Cool and very advanced.

horrible experience with this location. It is difficult to get through the phone first of all, the sales rep just want to do a quick sale but does not explain anything at all. Not sure if I made a right decision to purchase the car.

I don't normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so here. My family had an appointment to test drive the Model S and I received a confirmation phone call from Raul the day before. During our conversation, I proceeded to tell Raul that my husband and his brother were interested in this particular model. I, however, liked the Model X. In order to make a decision, I would have to test drive both vehicles since the purchase was for me (my family was just there to ask all of the right questions). Raul informed me that although he did not see their appointments in the books, he would try to accommodate all of us during my appointment time frame for one vehicle only. What happened to our other two appointments? Strike 1. We arrived for our appointment on time only to find out that Raul was assisting another customer. He eventually came to greet us 35 minutes later. Strike 2. At which time, he informed us that he was no longer able to accommodate us because another customer was test driving the vehicle and that we should have arrived for our appointment on time. I let that remark slide. No problem, how about we test drive the other model we say? Apparently this one was out for a test drive as well. At this point we figure since we took time off from work and drove quite a distance, we asked if we could drive the only other model they have to get a feel for their product in general. At which point, Raul had the nerve to ask us "which model were we interested in?" Now a good customer service representative would have recalled our previous phone conversation and known that we were undecided. Strike 3. We left after not being able to drive any vehicle at all. After this horrendous experience, I am no longer interested in purchasing a Tesla. Which is a shame since I was trying to go with the environmentally conscious mindset that is California. I will purchase instead, a Porsche 911 GT3 and be all the more happier.

Great customer experience as always. Thanks Elon. I already have a reservation for the Model 3, but just wanted to drop in and take a personal look at the Model S and Model X. Remember people this is a showroom not a dealership, the product specialists want nothing more than to demonstrate the amazing Tesla cars. You are awesome Nadine.

It is a shame that Raul ruined the experience for me. Due to a minor miscommunication, my wife s appointment (including mine) to test drive the S model was canceled. We had no problem rescheduling as I understand that these things happen, but what I did not appreciate is the attitude when I asked if we could test drive any other model. Raul s response (with a tone) to that was which one are you in the market for? That statement took me by surprise and I was not sure if he was being condescending, or just plain out rude for two reasons: 1) for anybody that lives in LA area would understand what it takes to drive to any location and since we were already at the store and cancelation of our appointment was not our fault, -my intention was to maximize our efforts and still enjoy the electric car experience; 2) the fact that my wife had a conversation with Raul the day before stating that we are trying to decide between models S and X meant that we would be coming back to test drive the other model anyway.Overall, I am extremely disappointed and will not be back.

Stephanie was very helpful and very friendly. This girl knows her stuff. I later learned not only does she sell them, she owns one as well. Great product, very fast.
