I received 5 star care and attention from Symes Collision Center.My car s damage was caused by another driver. The driver s insurance company was challenging to deal with and I was disappointed by the Insurance company s auto shop.I received a recommendation from my Toyota dealer to head to Symes Collision Center. The moment I walked into the shop, the team at Symes were there to help. Not only with the repairs but with dealing with the insurance company. It was a relief to focus on just getting my car back to looking like new. When I went to pick it up, the team walked me through all the repairs and my car looked great.I highly recommend the team at Symes Collision.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Hands down the best service. I was in a hit and run, went straight to them and they were so kind. My car ended up being there way too long because of a part that was not in stock anyway- they made it right and even went out of their way to help me get my car back in the most convenient way. Great place with excellent service and a friendly staff. They knew ordering parts would be a problem and since my car was drivable, they looked it over and had me come back when all the parts finally got there. Saved me the headache of needing a rental car beyond what my insurance could pay for!

...so someone wrecked my Range Rover over two years ago and I kept putting off the repair. Finally, when I left for Europe for two weeks I left my baby with Symes Collision Center of Pasadena. They are THE BEST. They treated me like family from the moment I walked in the door. My car looks great! They even have a guy on staff that details your car before they return it to you. Sylvia, who works the front desk, is a "make it happen" kinda woman. She worked within my schedule and dwelt directly with the insurance company. I never had to talk the the insurance company! What a joy!! Take you car here and you'll be happy you did.

I technically did not do business with Symes, but I would have gladly. When I arrived to get my car worked on after a small collision they told me that I should go through my insurance first to make sure I didnt pay anything I shouldnt have to. They assisted me when dealing with my insurance agent, and even when I decided I wouldnt get work done at their shop they continued to assist me when I asked questions for the next hour or so waiting for a tow, all while being very reassuring and kindObviously this is not the same as other reviews but I thought I should write this, at the very least to thank them for their help

I'm very pleased with "SYMES" collision center. Different people and very professional. I say "different" because the dealership service is truly not even close to how nice the people are in the collision center.The work is professional. I simply like these people. They are top notch.

Most reputable repair shops are able to fix a car, but Symes went above-and-beyond in my opinion. My car looked like new (at least the part they repaired), and I was struck by the honesty/transparency of the customer service. They were unafraid to go into detail with me about my replacement part(s) and the variations in cost depending on a variety of factors. LOVE when my nerdy questions are met with patience and detailed explanations.

The staff is not enthusiastic, and casual, the car will take a look at the direct verbal quotation, on Wednesday afternoon I will estimate the price to repair the car, the staff said today busy, let me come again next Monday, are you the President? The valuation asked me to come back in four days? Does your boss know about your arrogance, madam?

We have and to bring back our BRAND NEW (only 9 miles on it) truck over 4 times to them. We went in with just a dent and tiny chip in the door that needed to be fixed (was there when we bought the truck). And every single time we got it back from Symes there was more damage done to our truck. Every single door had chips and dings on it. Clips for door molding broken. Sanding marks on doors. You can see tape marks of where they painted and took off the tape afterwards. Paint not fully covering parts of the doors. There was overspray all over rubber molding and windows. Absolutely atrocious work. And, they now refuse to work on our truck to fix the damages that they created.If I could give a negative star, I would. They have been the most unprofessional and undercaring company. Would never in my wildest dreams ever recommend them to anyone. I honestly don't understand how they have so many great reviews. We definitely did not receive such service.

Symes Collision Center does good work, but if they give you a timelineof when your car will be ready for pick-up, duh...well - they are a little shakey on that of your deal with them. You should probably add a week ormore to whatever they tell you (be sure to tell your renta-a-car company that too or you will have problems with them. If you don't care about time l-lines, just quality then they are perfect for fixing it right.

I refer all my customer to this place when I am in the the area. They never fail to impress. They wash wax and vacuum every car before delivery. They are not the fastest shop but in comparison would you rather have fast food or a sit down restaurant. Check them out they are awesome. 5 stars is not enough for this place.

Did excellent body work. And when job was delayed by late arrival of a part, they absorbed the rental car charge. It is a pleasure to do business with people who take pride in their work.
