Ten days before Christmas, a disturbing incident occurred the windshield of my Maserati Levante was inexplicably shattered by a brick, thrown by a homeless individual in Santa Clarita. Despite the incident being captured on security cameras, both the authorities and my insurance provider appeared unsympathetic, which compounded the distress of the situation.Given the impending holidays and our plans to host family gatherings, the need for our SUV became absolutely paramount.I devoted countless hours over the following week contacting my insurance company, only to be met with frustrating responses insisting I exclusively deal with Safelite. Upon contacting Safelite, I was disheartened to learn that the windshield was a specialized order, necessitating a 4-5 week wait for it to arrive from Maserati, followed by an additional week for replacement. This news left me feeling utterly disheartened.In a moment of desperation, I contacted Rusnak Pasadena, a dealership where I hadn't previously made any purchase from. Despite the late hour, I left a message for their service department and arranged to have my car towed there. The next morning, I received a call from Jennifer at Rusnak Pasadena's service desk, offering me an appointment for the following day. Little did I know that this encounter would become a turning point, marking the start of an exceptional customer service experience.Upon meeting Jennifer, her warmth and genuine empathy were immediately evident. She assured me that she would handle everything from that point onward managing the insurance process and overseeing the repairs. Given the stress and disappointment from prior interactions with my own insurance company and SafeLite, I was initially skeptical.However, Jennifer's kindness and professionalism soon began to reshape my expectations. To my surprise and immense relief, Jennifer graciously provided me with a loaner car, a brand new Maserati Levante, to use while my car underwent repairs. A few days later, Jennifer reassured me that despite the holiday rush, everything would be managed efficiently.After Christmas, Jennifer informed me that the repairs were completed, and my car was ready for pickup. Upon arriving, not only was the windshield fixed, but Jennifer also shared that a faulty rain sensor and battery had been replaced, and a loose interior panel fixed, all at no additional cost. The car was meticulously detailed, leaving it feeling as good as new.At pickup, settling the insurance deductible was the only thing left for me to do Jennifer had seamlessly managed everything else. Her exceptional kindness and the outstanding service at Rusnak Pasadena made me feel like a valued VIP celebrity customer, despite my lack of prior purchases from them. Jennifer's dedication to exceptional customer service was truly unparalleled.Rusnak Pasadena is incredibly fortunate to have Jennifer on their team. I have bought a brand new Bentley continental gt from Rusnak last year August. I have experienced numerous potential safety problems since I bought the car, and these problems have never been solved after went through Rusnak service for twice that took a month! Not only they didn t fix all the problems but also claimed that some issues cannot be found (all the issues are the ones I ve experienced). Ironically, in the second service they found one issue that they claimed that couldn t be found. That means I will drive this car with concerns about the unknown potential safety risks such as automatically shifting to N mode for no reason while driving, automatically tighten the safety belt ready for accident while normal driving for no reason, etc. This is an extremely terrible experience.

Happy customer. It didn't start out well but they made up for it. I called to make an appointment to replace a broken windshield on my Maserati. I was told it would have to be ordered. Was given an appointment a few days later. Arrived was told it would be a couple hours to complete. I was taken to the nearby mall to wait. About a hour in I received a call saying that my windshield was given to someone else. They couldn't repair my car today. I had driven down from Lancaster. When I returned to the Service Center, Chad apologized for the mistake and provided me a loaner to go home in. Loaner car had issues. Driving home the alarm would go off while driving. Very frustrating. I had gone to far to come back so I continued home hoping I wouldn't be pulled over by Police thinking the car was stolen. Contacted Peter the Service Advisor explaining the situation. Was told they could call roadside service but the didn't have another car for replacement. Finally made it home without incident. The next day I received a call that my car was ready. Because of the issues with the loaner. I was afraid to try driving back. They actually had a flatbed delivery of my car and took their car back. I started out a frustrated customer, but ended a very happy customer. They provided excellent customer service. Thank you Chad,Peter and Hannah.

My Ghibli had a flat tire and was taken care of. The road side assistance is amazing , did not have to worry about my care getting picked up and taken to the dealer. Mitch at the dealer is amazing. He always goes out of his way to take care of you with clear information about your car.They picked my car up tpok it to the dealer and brought it back to my house. You should read my year old review below for details on how this was the worst service center I ever went to.Yet I thought things might have improved when in May of 2019, they hired a new service manager, Brian Edwards, who wrote to me: I am unfortunately aware of the recent and past issues here at this location. With our new General Manager and myself, along with various others, we are working on repairing those issues and rebuilding good relationships with our clients, and working to returning back to the Rusnak Standard of business!... Thank you very much for your business and giving us the opportunity to assist you. So I decided to give them another chance. The past wasn t Brian s fault after all.But when I booked an appointment, Brian intervened and canceled it, writing I have had time to review your file and your history with the Rusnak Service Department, along with your Yelp review. I understand that you were asked not to return to our service department. At this time, unfortunately we are unable to assist you on your Fisker. So even the new manager they hired to fix their customer service problems was utterly unable to fix anything.So my warning to innocent car owners remains: this remains the worst service center I have ever known.

This is a fraud company. I asked them to do oils change, and told them if there are any other services need to do please let me know and offer a quote. They said ok and performed all services like replaced spark plug, air filter and carbon filter without my agreement. Although I remind them and sent a message to them, they just disregard it with no response. After that, they forced you to pay! Be careful the contract they may trick you to add some stuff but they will never clarify that!

I called up to see if they could service a 1998 Jaguar XJ8 Vanden Plas that was purchased from them and after being placed on mutiple holds the receptionist, Ivy, told me they could not because it was more than 10 years old. When I asked if she knew of a shop that could she curtly said, "no" and hung up on me.
