Derek and Lucas were excellent! They were very professional and did not push me into making any rushed decisions. I felt very relaxed and at peace knowing I could take time and work out the details before I made the purchase. And they made the purchase process extremely simply and quick!

Michael and Derek are amazing! At the beginning, I cannot make my decision on colors and options, Michael gave me a lot of professional advices and helped me on test drives and changing my orders many times. He got me a perfect grenadier much earlier than we expected. The whole experiences were amazing. Strongly recommend rusnak pasadena if you are interested in buying a grenadier. Thanks!

A very pleasant experience of overall purchase. Special thanks to Michael Toramanian who made my day special, starting from picking me up from the airport all the way to delivery of the vehicle and its demo. Highly recommended. Derek made the whole paperwork and other formalities smooth and easy. Over all a very pleasant buying experience.

Great experience working with Luke, Barby, and Daniel. I had to fly down to pick up my Grenadier and Daniel made sure it was a smooth and easy experience getting there and learning about my Grenadier. Excellent communication from both Barby and Luke to make the process go well. Love my new blue Grenadier! Highly recommend the whole team.

Picked up my Ineos Grenadier Trialmaster from Rusnak Grenadier. It was an absolute pleasure working with Aren Mirzakhanian (sales extraordinaire), Quincy Armstrong (manager) and Barby Mates (Finance). Aren was incredibly responsive through the whole process and always kept me in the loop. Quincy and Barby were also incredibly helpful on the day of the pickup.

Rusnak and its employees particularly Javier, Derrek, Quincy, and Daniel were nothing but helpful and supportive. Derrek has been on top of his game delivering my car and letting me know what the next steps were. He even got us a ride one hour away from the dealership. Thank you Derrek/Rusnak. And, Javier was nothing but helpful and informative; ready to answer any questions and shared exciting news.The team being excited for me made the whole experience much gratifying. Stellar experience working with the outstanding team at Rusnak Ineos Grenadier. My salesman Aren Mirzakhanian was incredibly patient, professional and kind the entire process of getting the vehicle into my hands. No high pressure tactics, which I absolutely appreciated.Barby Mates, the finance manager was also a breeze to deal with and exceptionally personable and efficient.Quincy Armstrong, the Associate GM was great and you can tell he and the entire team at Rusnak Pasadena have a passion for the Grenadier.I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone. Picked up my Trialmaster Grenadier last year in December 2023. Both Aren and Michael from Sales Department did an exceptional job informing me the status of the delivery. Everything was a smooth process from waiting to delivery. Also, Derek did an awesome job with the finance processed.

A fantastic experience with Rusnak Ineos is motivating me to leave my first-ever online review (believe it or not).I really couldn't have asked for more in my experience with the Rusnak Ineos team. I went from finding out about the Grenadier, to meeting with the team, to proud owner over the span of about a month.The process was exactly what I typically hope for. From Ineos corporate through to the Rusnak team, it was simple, efficient, honest, and fair. The team took a low pressure and trustworthy approach. An approach that remains the same now that I'm an owner.This is particularly impressive for a team that has significantly more demand for their 4x4s then they actually have 4x4s to sell in the early roll-out phase.Particular kudos to the team members I interacted with (Derek, Javier, and Aren). The rest of the team seemed similarly great as well.All much appreciated!

Had an amazing time, I went in to see if my dog (170lbs Great Dane) and I (6'7") would fit. Not only did we fit but they took care of my dog while I test drove the car. Aren Mirzakhanian was very helpful and has been great with communication even after the purchase of the vehicle. Actually looking forward to taking the Car in to get serviced.
