Finally a space/store that is in the middle of LA. Venice is awesome but the drive is a bit far. I love the store concept of your living room. I felt so comfortable with the area. They had a library for me to read on adventure and a few books for my kid too. I was blown away with how sweet and helpful the entire staff was. I met Andrea the Store Manager and she was so sweet. She even made an extra effort to get my kids some treats too! Henson was my drive coach and he was super helpful and knowledgeable about everything Rivian and EV. I was there for a demo drive and it lasted about 20 mins. I was quite surprise on how well thought out the drive route was. Being in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Pasadena we didn t experience traffic one bit. Super helpful in the overall driving experience. As I returned back to the space there were quite a few customers inside. Everyone seemed like they were all having a good time. I can t wait to see what events Pasadena will have in the future. You ll for sure see me there!

A hidden gem. I love coming here to hang out in the library to relax and sip on my morning coffee. Rivian s atmosphere is such a vibe. I love that they have a selection of books to read that highlight the rich history of Pasadena. The customer service is always so friendly and kind.

Stumbled upon this new Rivian Experience Center on my late morning walk around town!Jay greeted me and offered me test drive in a R1S! Super fun drive and I got to explore the Ute in-and-out.Whilst looking around post test drive, I sipped on some boxed water, perused the retail and local artisans products and talked to Andrea about the products, the company and the locally inspired curation of books!Checking out some of the books and chillin' on the couch was great! Definitely will be my spot to come and kickback and maybe work when I need a change of scenery!Andrea also told me there is complimentary coffeeSaturday mornings! So maybe I'll have to take the place up on that offer!

We walked in to explore and learn more about Rivians. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Definitely stop by if you re in the area. The store is also very well designed and welcoming.

The design team really hit it out of the park with this location! It s a beautiful homage toThe historic vibe of Pasadena while still speaking to the adventurous nature of the Rivian brand. The staff is so friendly and ready to answer any questions I have about the vehicles or EV life in general. I love spending time here with my family and it s incredibly dog friendly! This place is definitely worth checking out on your stroll along Colorado Blvd. and a perfect place to explore all that the Rivian vehicles have to offer, including a scenic drive through Pasadena! Make sure to check out the shop in the back with cute branded items to take home.

My wife and I came across our first Rivian dealership when visiting the Pasadena area and decided to walk in. Our rep was Mr. Henson Santiago. He did a fantastic job explaining all of the different features that these powerful vehicles had. The overall experience from the detailed explanations to the test drive, definitely sparked my interest in possibly acquiring one of these vehicles in the near future.

If you're interested in electric SUVs and trucks or are a fan of the Rivian brand, I highly recommend visiting the Rivian Space in Pasadena. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and the space is modern and comfortable. You'll have an incredible opportunity to learn about the vehicles, their features and available configurations. Also, you can book a demo drive and experience the R1T or R1S firsthand. I work for Rivian and guarantee you'll have an outstanding experience. Don't miss out, be sure to visit them!

Rivian picked such a great location for their space. The interior design is so welcoming and beautiful! They have a lounge area where you can hang out while you enjoy your coffee or read a book. Also, their crew is extremely knowledgeable and are really passionate about sharing the Rivian experience with the community.

I happen to believe that Rivian is the best car ever made. Aside from that opinion the car buying process is one of the BEST. Especially when compared to traditional car dealerships. Will NEVER buy from a dealership ever again. And Rivian by FAR hires the best, friendliest and most down to earth people. This company is going to be a mainstay of the American (and eventually national) automotive industry and I couldn't be more thrilled.

This Rivian location was absolutely amazing. Tia was so friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to show us the awesome details of the vehicles and explained how it would be perfect for my outdoor lifestyle and interests. Her enthusiasm was hard to ignore and I was happy that I stopped in. The space offered a great atmosphere to truly get to know Rivian. The vehicles, specialists/staff, cozy library and lounge space, awesome merch area, and decor added so much to the experience.

Happened to walk around Colorado Blvd since I haven t been there since the beginning of Covid and noticed a Rivian was coming soon. I kept tabs on it and was so excited when it finally opened its doors. I wanted to do a test drive and was surprised how fast and easy it was to schedule an appointment. Our Representative, Henson, was very knowledgeable and very enthusiastic when providing us information regarding the car. I can t wait until they have newer models for Rivian.

The staff here are AMAZING! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Especially Theo who provided me with an excellent demo drive and had very in-depth knowledge about each individual cars features and benefits. The Rivian space itself transcends traditional car dealerships and offers a unique and personalized experience as it invites you to explore each model hands on.

Hanson was super awesome! He answered all of our questions and was very informative. We got to go out on a test drive and it was one of the best experiences I ve had at a dealership. A blast! I highly recommend going in store to try it out yourself. The associates were all very friendly.

Drea is welcoming, sweet, calm, and helpful. Made the whole process of buying our 1st EV pleasant. Also nice to our kiddos.Jay accompanied us on the Test Drive. It was our 1st time driving an EV, and he was cool as a cucumber. Very pleasant test-drive!All the staff at the Rivian Pasadena are nice and pleasant. Love how they also have activities like coloring and train toys for kids to play with. They also have fun events too. Rivian Pasadena should create their own page, so the Pasadena Rivian community can get together. THANK YOU RIVIAN PASADENA!!!!!

This location is a must visit! It s on Colorado Boulevard where there s already so much to do and this space is no exception. The staff was quick to get me comfortable and answer any questions about who Rivian is and electric vehicles in general. Huge shoutout to Jorge and Yader! They helped me envision how my new electric truck will fit perfectly into my lifestyle. They also have some pretty cool gear in their shop to buy and bring back home. If you re a local or just visiting, you have to come check this place out!

This place is incredible! All the staff were super helpful and friendly. I ended up chatting with Drea for a super long time inside the store and she was super kind and informative. The $1 parking for 2 hours in the garage on DeLacey was so nice as well! Definitely worth stopping by if you are in Pasadena!

Very unfortunate experience with these guys! I had a demo scheduled and after the demo they asked me about the configuration that I wanted. After that they found one that almost matched exactly the one I wanted. I had already reserved one at the time of the demo but they said that if I cancelled that reservation and created a new reservation with them on site that they would grant me a $1,000 for this vehicle that they had identified. So I proceeded, cancelled my old reservation and did a new one. Went home and completed the credit application, paperwork, etc. Going on a month went by and no one ever reached out to me from the delivery dept. I decided to reach out and they said they had no updates for me and had no paperwork on the extra $1,000 long story short they could not do grant the additional credit since they were swapping the wheels and had no intention of getting this resolved as I tried multiple times to request an update from the guide Alex and all he had to say was that he didn t have any updates. They ran my credit made me pay a second reservation all to end up canceling my order after a month of lies! No wonder why this company can t sell their cars and it s doing so well! Anyhow, I hope you don t fall for it like I did!

So, my lovely wife and I made an appointment to test drive at this location. Being a car guy, and never having had owned an electric vehicle, I was very skeptical. Once we arrived, we were greeted enthusiastically by an adorable young lady named Sophie. She checked us in, showed us the vehicle inside and out, and then the adventure began!! I was highly impressed with the vehicle on our test drive, as well as the sheer amount of knowledge Sophie possessed with regards to the vehicle. When she told me the horsepower and torque of the vehicle, I had to test it for myself. I must say, I'm extremely impressed with the vehicle! It drives like a car, does not feel big and bulky like an suv, and accelerates like a rocket ship! Highly impressed. I have the opportunity to drive super cars at my place of employment on occasion, and this was right up there with the Audis, Porsches, and the McLarens. Such a wonderful location right in the heart of Old Pasadena! Thank you again so much Rivian of Pasadena, your vehicles are definitely on my short list once I choose to go Electric!

Had an incredible experience at an event they held last week. I unwittingly crashed a private owner event but they welcomed us, fed us, and we ended up being among the last to leave the staff and people we met were so interesting to speak with. Already a regular at the Venice location and will likely drop in to say hello to this one when I m next in the area later today!
