Pasadena motors services are the best. They make it easy to plan getting your car serviced. I've had my car serviced twice and both experiences have been great. Plus, the prices are reasonable unlike the dealership that wanted to charge me 3 times as much. I will continue to that my range rover to PMC as long as I have it.

This experience was my first time using the service of this shop because of their expertise on Jaguar cars. If I have to choose one word to describe this place, it would be "professionalism". When you walk into the office/waiting area, you would feel a sense of cleanliness. Some car repair shops would have greasy and sticky spots, but not here. Everything is neatly placed. Regarding to my service request, I was provided a " no obligation" estimate. They also provide free inspection to see if there are other problems with the car. But you can decline works on these findings. At the end of servicing the problem of my car, I was surprised to see that the bill was a lot lower than the estimate. Lastly, I have to give a shout out to Aaron. He was the person taking my service order. He carefully listened to my explanation of the problem with my car and explained clearly of the work and estimated cost involved. Moreover, he was not pushy in trying to sell me other services.

Many of today's auto repair shops lack integrity; with a disconnect between the customer and service end of the relationship. Which was the complete opposite experience for me while doing business at Pasadena Motor Cars. Not only was the work on my vehicle done properly but the overall experience gave me the confidence to believe that I was being treated fairly. I highly recommend doing business with Aaron and his team at Pasadena Motor Cars for its quality service and good customer care.

Our family has been using PMC s for years. They are honest and trustworthy! I previously used the dealer and found them by accident. However, shortly thereafter I found out that our local dealer sends cars to repair. This business is a father and sons outfit and have all certifications so don t think they don t have the most up to date training. Let s support our local small businesses where service is still of paramount!

Very professional, very nice, and very thorough!! Highly recommend. They do all that they say they will, very detailed invoice explaining what was done, with photos, and give your car back nice and clean, to boot.

5+ star Customer Service & repairs. Found them by accident looking for Land Rover repair besides the dealer. I liked what I read on their website how they care about their customers small town business family owned. I work a hardware store that is family owned & 100% customer service-based so I felt comfortable calling them to get information about my car being serviced. Jake Sadie Aaron and Owen are simply amazing from start to finish, prices are reasonable & honest. Service repairs were done quickly and professionally. They even washed my car before my pickup. It was super clean. I even asked for more info for detailing my car. Guess What they do it all diagnostics, repairs, keys, detailing, & body work! Definitely recommend Pasadena Motor Cars. found this place on google, jaguar specialist. Price is fair. All the maintenance info is clear with photos and suggestions , payment is easy , super fast. Highly recommend.

This is probably THE best experience that I've had, not with just a luxury body/service shop, but any business.I took my I-PACE here for a minor, but very noticeable scrape on the lower bumper. After they looked the car over, which took all of a few minutes, I received a more than reasonable quote shortly thereafter. I was told that they could have the work done in a couple of days.A couple of days later, I had my Jaguar back looking as flawless as it did as when it came off the assembly line. They even touched up a small chip in the paint on another part of the car and detailed it without me asking.Pasadena Motor Cars' quality service, professionalism, efficiency, and cordiality are better than the dealership that I purchased the car from. Being reasonably priced was the cherry on top. Very impressed. This was a 2nd opinion after Bimmer PhD told me my 2002 BMW Z3 Coupe was unsafe due to undercarriage rust, yet they wanted to buy it from me.Aaron at PMC was professional, listened to what was needed and politely disagreed with other shop. My car had its many old age problems fixed, including an instrument pack rebuild, for an amazing price. Excellent service, had turbo replaced due to code. Brought in on a Tuesday afternoon and it was done and washed by Friday. Car runs 100% better. Couldn t be happier. i took my '97 defender to this shop from a friends recommendation, and the friend has never had his car serviced here, he just heard great thingsthey sourced parts, took photos of what needed replacing, explained everything as i only drive cars, i dont service themits a family business, one brother is the service writer/mechanic, the other is the full time wrench, they work on classic and modern carseven though im a good 35 miles away, ill be heading back for a tire change if i have too, big trust herethanksService: Steering & suspension repair

This is my second Land Rover discovery. They sorted out my first one, and now I am trusting them to do the same with this one. I take all our family cars to PMCs. They are honest and that is hard to find today. An honest shop that goes the extra mile. My only regret is that I did not find them years ago! I'm very pleased with the service provided by Pasadena Motor Cars on my last visit. I took my older MBZ in for a regular service and they identified a few issues that needed attention. There're quite a few British indie exotic shops you can go to in SoCal. I came here because it's closest to my house, and prices seem within reason. Mind you that you can probably find some other places cheaper but you might be sacrificing quality. of the small and big major work that these guys quoted me, i'd say it's "within reason". i am a strong believer in paying a reasonable price to get quality work done rather than having someone work on your car and feel short changed while doing it. But the main point is that one of the lead mechanics, Owen, seems to know the ins and outs of Aston Martins quite well. This is my second year servicing my Vantage with them. I even had a major clutch/flywheel job done here and Owen knew about all the particularities that's involved with the major work. For the Vantage, he knew about the mis-fire sequence, which needed to be re-programmed in after a clutch install, and he also knew how to properly cycle through the ASM fluid. These Astons are notorious for being particular on the details. So far i've had Clutch/Flywheel installed, Coolant flushed, Transaxle fluid changed, brake fluid changed, and the rest of the annual service items performed two years in a row now. They do allow you to bring your own fluids or parts if it's within OEM spec. Being a car guy myself, and used to work on my own car back in the day, i sometimes would buy my own parts and have the shop install them. It's also good to know that they don't scalp you on the parts. I bought the clutch/flywheel directly from the supplier VelocityAP in UK, but it also helps that Pasadena Motor was already an authorized VAP distributor as well. I also appreciated that they didn't charge me for unnecessary work. A few months back i had a little bump in the rear. Being OCD myself, i asked if they could take the rear bumper off to make sure that nothing behind the bumper cover was out of wack. They informed me on the price and work required to take off the cover and recommended that they would instead check from underneath the car. Good thing that everything looked fine and It saved me hundreds of dollars in return. They do seem to be more responsive through phone calls. so if you don't hear back through email within a few days, give them a call. Sades is usually quicker in response through phone calls and follow-ups. I will continue bringing my car here for as long as they keep up the good standard of work and continue to be competitive in price. They also service exotic Audi here too outside of the usual Jaguar/Land Rover/Aston Martin. I am actually thinking about picking up an R8 in the future so will for sure keep them in mind.
